Went in on the 31/08/23 to ask for a specific shoe which they don't stock. Before I left I asked if they had any hats on sale which they said they had them the day before and they've sent their sales stock elsewhere. They offered to look for some hats for me and after 15-20 mins I ordered 4 hats and got it delivered free of charge and to top it off, got the delivery the next day! Great experience. Apologies for not getting the names of the 2 sales Assistants. Gentleman with dark hair and a lovely lady with bright orange hair. Well done to you both for your patience and assistance.

The manager is super arrogant and extremely rude individual! Such an unpleasant experience with a poor care factor for anyone walking in, actually caused me stress trying to seek assistance over an exchange that platypus did in giving me two different sizes in the box to begin with. Why are people with poor people skills and aggressive attitudes working in retail. I have a sour taste for platypus after that stressful experience!!

Well dear reader Ernie and I went shopping Ernie insisted that he wanted something uniquely Australian..... I tried to explain that all Bec they are called platapus shoes they don't sell them....so I approached the sales girl and asked......of course not but they do have a great range of shoes at good prices.......check them out... They don't have shoes for platapus!!!!!!! Friendly staff..... good stuff...!!!!

No clear communication as to when items are been sent. I'm missing 2 pairs of shoes and after contacting the store I only got sent to an article to read instead of somebody actually sorting the problem and telling me when to expect my delivery. I've received no tracking details for my order and no sign of receiving them either. Appaling service to be honest.

I was served by Georgina (this was her name on the receipt). I went there during the black Friday week and despite of the fact that there was a long queue of people waiting and she was by herself, she was able to maintain a high customer service by being kind, fast and she even made me have a laugh. I am really happy with my purchase.

Waited for 20 minutes for service, got no service, left and came back 10 minutes later and waited again for another 10 minutes! Very poor service. Went to footlocker in the same centre and got service right away and was able to purchase the sneakers I was after

Brought puma walking shoe, payed$160, not even the value of the price, i am now having foot problems, so tight, the sales guy sa8d 8t eill stretch. What the f...., i am having saviour feet problem, i cant even walk in them …

Not helpful at all. I have placed an order weeks ago but still have not received the product. Called the store many times but were not willing to help, instead said there is nothing they can do about it. It’s not good enough!
