I never really order online and I don't normally leave reviews, however with current restrictions with covid19 I decided to bite the bullet on online ordering. I placed an order on Sunday night and received my order on Tuesday morning. Plus I had emails with updates of confirmation and where my order was throughout the process. This was a great service and am loving my new shoes... Much needed as I too work in retail and am always on my feet and I have put off buying new shoes for months. Well done to your team. I will not hesitate next time

Terrible customer service. I bought a $300 pair of shoes with a deffect which means that I can't wear them but they will not refund me! They admitted it was a default with the shoes but will not help at all. Will never purchase from Platypus ever again if this how you treat your customers.

Went in store to buy a pair of slides, was an easy and helpful process. I also went home and bought a pair of sneakers in their online store and the parcel arrived the next day. The online shopping experience was easy and streamlined. Highly recommend buying from their online store too :)

Im giving 5 stars for the service I received. We didnt catch the sales staff's name (italian/croation female) but her service was personal, attentive and professional. I bought a pair of shoes and considered another purely for her application to her role. Well done.

I purchased shoes at Platypus in South Wharf & arrived home with 2 lefts! The staff in the Frankston store could not have been more helpful. They arranged for return & a replacement pair to be delivered to my home at no cost to me. Excellent customer service.

I was served by a girl named Isabelle who in my opinion had the THE BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! I bought a pare of docs I’ve wanted for ages and she made me even more excited to buy them! Very lucky to have her on the platypus team!!!

I was disappointed because I asked the salesperson if they were on sale tomorrow. She assured me No NEVER. However, the next day they were nearly $100 cheaper. It’s not the money, it’s the dishonesty. I wont shop there again. I will buy my Docs online.
