Melissa (Senior Regional Manager) and Richelle (Macquarie Park branch) were astonishing. They were patient with me and spent a significant amount of time helping me sort out my wardrobe and online orders to coordinate my purchases and exchange items till my clothes fit, suited me, and were matched to different outfits. I have never been so excited to open my wardrobe and look forward to wearing my clothes like this before! And best of all, I've made new friends! Here's to a good relationship built, Thank you!

I have been looking for business pants for a while now with no luck. Portmans had multiple pairs that fit me!! Yesterday, (26th MARCH 19) I purchased one pair, then with the help of the lovely sales assistant, she found me another pair that I love too. So i left with 2 pairs of pants that I love! The lady at the changerooms was super helpful too and gave great advice. Very positive experience and I will certainly be returning to Portmans in the near future for more workwear.

I was served by Emily yesterday and she was amazing! I told her I was starting a new job and she was very willing to help out and guided me through the entire process. Her recommendations were not only incredibly helpful but also considerate of my budget and age. Portmans needs more employees as kind, patient and professional as her!

I bought my dress on 11 July from them I served buy beautiful girl maddi I am not sure if i write correctly name but I found that day she is the best customer service team member in Portman she helped me with my dress and every one loves it much appreciated …

I have been shopping at this place for a few times and there is this lovely girl called Tanya, she is just absolutely amazing and has been really really helpful whenever I go there. Would definitely visit again for the service they provide.

Can I ask why the sales person called me "naughty" when I brought things in for return?? I had my receipt, and was in the 30 day returns policy... but I was greeted with a sigh and called "naughty"... I was so shocked I didn't ask why?!

Had a wonder experience at Portmans yesterday. The Staff was really amazing.The girl Madi was soo nice and helping. I have never seen such an amazing customer service before.. i am coming back again…!!

Went to this store this afternoon. The music that was playing was not appropriate for the age group the store is marketed for. . Every second work should have been censored!
