Most of the time their net doesn't work and the way they deal with customers too is very rude! I've been there 3 times and each time I had to wait for no less than an hour and if someone happens to complain for the same then they stop working and give excuses. Last time I went there, after waiting for a decent amount of time when my no. came someone complained about what's taking so long and after that they refused to work... I waited and waited but they wouldn't work as if they had some sort of monopoly there after that I gave up, koi kam hota h toh vasant kunj post office chala jata hu.

Better to wipe off this post office the works were so rude they never do their job they dont know how to talk and never help customer I am really disappointed they just keep on busy on their phone. Never pay attention to the customers. Their words are all different someone said ok another one said no. And especially the head incharge was so rude he is suppose to solve the costmers who is asking for something we dont understand but shout with a loud voice and never control the workers.

This is the worst post office as employees don't know how to talk to people...... They say on your face that jo karna hai karlo tmhara kaam nahi hoga.. I've been coming from one month to just update my mobile no. But sometimes they say the adhar guy is not well, sometime they say the machine is not working from one week... And sometime something else..... They don't want to work and they are the worst people.

The each staff at the post office is worse. Not ready to help their customers. I was literally standing there and looking there faces so atleast some one come up with the solution but they were just trying to escape the conversation and busy among them only. It was the worse experience I ever had. I would suggest remove such kind of staffs from such places.

One of the worst post office I have ever seen in delhi....manager so rude same goes to the all the employee ...didn't expect such behaviour from the Indian government post office. They need to learn some professional manner. This is a government post office not a personal business place and run like one .

I didn't even wanted to give 1 star to this post office, its that worse. The service is bismal, the behaviour is way bad, it's like they are doing us a favour by doing their own jobs.
