Tracking shows item delivered ! Didn't received the parcel ! Didn't know,to whom they delivered ! Tried to contact by phone ..they never attended the call.The phone is Dummy there ! Luckily once they picked the call..and the Dump staff responded that the parcel will come and i have to wait for it even since 1 week the tracking shows item delivered ! Finally got the postman responsible for the area ..The great man said he don't know anything about it..saw same complaints about this post office..i think they are Stealing the Parcels ! Never seen this much irresponsible people..Nobody here to Help !

Today , I went there for ADHAR registration , Post master refused as per them , operator is absent but there were doing adhar verification for somebody there. They informed that u can go to adhar centre mentioned in the list . I went to R K Puram sector 12 . Sector 12 post office informed that the R K Puram sector 12 is not adhar centre anymore. Really pathetic service from Post office RK Puram sector 5. They should be ashamed for themselves.

One of the normal Post Office of Postal Department Government of India. Also delivery post office for large area including Sector 3 RK Puram New Delhi. Selling postage stamps, taking registered post, speed post and parcel booking. Free parking for vehicles of customers is available.

I went there for Aadhar update at 11 am. Staff involved gossiping, he first noticed me after repeated requests so many times and giving me a form, he told me to come after lunch for the purpose. So, sincere employee and what a duration of lunch time! …

Provide best services regarding aadhar and staff behaves good if you have have decent behavior. My child's aadhar was made in few minutes with proper guidance. Also helped me with ippb banking activation even though I have ppf account of other station.

I went to rk puram sector 5 post office for speed post at 2:30 hrs, but they refuse and not do speed post, i visit total 5 place for speed post but no any done speed post. …

The post office mentions it closes it 4pm but they don’t take parcels after 3:30pm. I have reached here in emergency at 3:40 and they didn’t take my parcel

Kindly call them before coming, because of corona pandemic they have different working hours. Almost all facilities are available

Sector 5 post office will open only on Thursdays from 20 july 2020
