Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from one of your employees, Peter, at the 54-56 Great Portland Street branch on the 12/05/23 at 09:30. Unfortunately, my visit was nothing more than rude and disrespectful. I visited the branch to send a parcel and asked Peter for advice on sending it signed for. He responded with a rude comment that the sticker wouldn’t fit and then proceeded to ask me if I wanted 1st or 2nd class signed for. When I asked for his advice on where to put the sticker, he simply replied with a blunt "NO!" and offered no further assistance or advice. When I requested help once again and showed him an area on the parcel where I thought the sticker could go, he remained unhelpful and simply told me to "stick it wherever I choose". I was left feeling frustrated and unconfident in sending my parcel, and when I asked for the receipt, Peter handed it to me without any additional information or guidance. I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from Peter. It seems like he was having a bad day, and it reflected on the customer he was serving. I have decided to use a different postal office in the future, as I prefer to receive better customer service than what I received at the Great Portland Street branch. It is disappointing to see someone like Peter representing your postal office, and I hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the situation accordingly. Sincerely, Leon

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had as far as post office experiences go. Joined the que at was greeted by a lovely woman who scanned the parcel she could then directed me to window 5 where I was told a colleague would scan my Amazon parcel. I stood for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. When I asked the lovely man on self service check outs he took me to the front of the normal Que, I stepped forward when the person before me left and was very rudely and aggressively told to stand back in line by Peter which I then apologised as I didn’t realise you didn’t just step forward when the person before left. Peter seemed in a very bad mood and was hostile. I then gave him the barcode to scan for the Amazon return, he said “get your item out the box” I was confused and questioned why I would do this, having never had to do this before. He raised his voice and said if you don’t like what I am asking get out of the line, the lovely man who was already so busy at the self check outs saw this unfold and was mortified, he then came over and went out his way to help me, it was a 2 second job and I was able to show what was inside without opening the whole package. This should not be happening and it isn’t the first time I have seen Peter be rude or make things difficult for customers and his colleagues.

I recently had the chance of visiting post office to send my application form and important documents to the DVLA for my professional driving license. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am with the exceptional service and the assistance I received from the staff, particularly from an outstanding individual named selvam. He patiently listened to my requirements and understood the significance of my application. Their knowledge and expertise in handling such matters were truly commendable. Not only did selvam handle the paperwork efficiently, but also took the time to explain the process to me in a clear and concise manner. They answered all my questions with patience and professionalism, ensuring I understood each step of the process. This personalized assistance made me feel valued as a customer and eliminated any confusion or concerns I had. Moreover, the overall efficiency and organization of the post office were impressive. The queues were well-managed, and the atmosphere was calm and orderly. I wholeheartedly recommend the post office, especially selvam, to anyone in need of mailing important documents or handling official matters. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to selvam and the entire team at the post office for their exceptional service. Well done and thank you !

Tosin and Rose helped me out today. They are absolute sweethearts and saved me money, time, photos and effort because she went through the forms for me to make sure I understood everything because I was about to miss this one section that would’ve meant I needed to do it all again. Absolute 15/10 service. If I could give more stars I would. They’re an asset to the post office team and service for real.

Tosin was so lovey today, she was actually the best and helped me and my friend out above and beyond. She went out of her way to explain the procedure thoroughly and I love her. First time I used this post office today and needed to return a couple parcels. The gentleman at self service (didn't get his name) was super friendly and swiftly helped me with my returns when i was confused at self service tills. I was in and out within 2 minutes. Probably the best service I ever had in a post office.

They have 2-3 (sometimes more) counters, so generally they Q will move faster. In this you can get most of the courier related items including postal covers, parcel bags, travelling adopters, etc. They also do Money exchange for various countries. BRB collection option available for this post office.

The experience I had at this post office was amazing. I have to give credit to Abdul Aziz for his excellent service. He has helped with the delivery of more than 100 parcels from our business, and has done it with a smile. Very kind man I hope is recognised in your company!

I have very positive response about staff specially Badar-ul. I went in post office with my family to collect residence permits. Badar-ul provided me great support . I was with my kids but due to Badar all process went fine and smooth. Thanks a lot Badar for taking care.

The new customer service guy who stands near the self check outs was so helpful - really appreciated his help and was impressed by the prompt customer service. Returned my two parcels in a matter of minutes. I went there on Friday afternoon

I lost my vehicle logbook and needed to pay road tax. I was unable to sort this out online because I also lost my bank card but luckily Janet was able to guide me through the process in store. Fantastic service!

Just came in to send a parcel today however I did not have any packaging for it. Tosin very kindly jumped to help me and helped me with everything I needed. Overall made my experience very smooth and easy.
