Here comes the post office nearest to my abode but unfortunately the work I needed to be done wasn't available due to the pandemic. I wanted to get the details of Aadhar Card to be updated but upon reaching I got to know that now this task is being handled by Mehrauli Post Office. And its better to do online rather getting in grip of Mehrauli system flow . As they have  too early morning operating window specifically for Aadhar related stuff. Staffs are good and supportive here at Chattarpur post office . Manitaing social distance and availability of hand sanitizer are lacking at this site.

The delivery boy didn't call before coming and he was not attempted the delivery also and he update that my address is insufficient. I received all the parcels on that address. Even I received parcels from indian post on my address and now they said my address is insufficient. If address is sufficient my no. Was given on parcel. Why didn't they called me. It was a fake delivery attempt. And why they attempt delivery only one time.

Due to out break of Covid19, the working hours were reduced from 9-12.00 noon., However now, it is working from 9AM-1PM. EARLIER Only medicines are booked for speed Post. However now, you can book consignment for speed post, even out side Delhi. Registered post facility is restricted, as communicated that a staff suffered corona. And rest is about deposit and withdrawal money.

service is verry verry bad. staf hame sa rudly bat karta h. parcel karne jao to koi na koi galti h bol ke bapas kardiya h. may wohi parcel ignu se karwaya hun. unhan koi problem nehi huya. may chattarpur se parcel leke jata hun sectar 56 gurgaon me. unha se 20kgs ka 5 parcel eksath me khya hun. jo chattarpur balone mana kardiya tha. ninka GOV job h na, issliye yaysa karta h.

my parcel is fully destroyed.. This is not first time.. When we complain about it their response is this is government office like that... As government office we are also paying amou t for that. You are not giving for free transportation.. And delivery is wrost they didn't came home for delivery.. Every parcel I go to office and picking up.... Wrost service

Opens at 9am, the service was okay and sort of quick as it was early. wanted to confirm the address but none of the staff knew the correct address of the building they are lodged in. The current address on Googlebis of the adjacent building and not of this building. This is located in the labe adjacent Ajeet Khalsa Dhaba

Staff is really uncooperative. On inquiring about how to get the aadhaar card details updated, gave the time to come but wasn't assure. Wasted my time. The staff has no information about government authenticated resource where I can share my feedback about fallout in government services related to Aadhar.

Incomplete details provided. Said the parcel will be door delivered at receiving end but asked to collect 50 kgs of weight on my own despite paying 2000 rs. Please dont waste your money instead pay 1000 extra and use a private courier service they will give 1000 times better as well as faster services.

The new post office has moved near ICICI Bank, Chhatarpur Branch. It’s more spacious than the previous location and looks really good and the road to the new post office is much better than the road to the old post office as you won’t see waterlogged.

Also open on Saturday, which is not mentioned here. One counter says that closing time is 12 noon and they are closed, while the very next counter to it has a queue of customers and is accepting work!

Never ever try to deliver the item and update the status by themselves as delivered. People sitting here are lazy and post master responsible for delivery of parcels are rascals.

The employees here, don't even try to deliver my parcel and update their tracker as Door Locked or Person don't exist etc etc excuse. Truly a government employee (Kaamchor)...

Worse branch. Rude people aur kuch bhi pucho toh jawab nhi dete Aadhar ke liye bhi only 30 person ek din me like literally aese log h jese ehsaan kar rahe.

They don't receive customer phone even when customer has an emergency they do not give proper services to their customer and their services is very slow .

Post office staff is very co-operative and gentle, I think they have a lot of works, we should keep some patience, they will deliver their best service.

my wife visited to post office to update information on Aadhar Card and Aadhar Card guy is messaging her on WhatsApp. this is really not acceptable.

Local post office of chattapur. Have moved to new address recently, was previously setup at chattarpur phase 1 near shiv mandir.

Currently time table is as follows: Thursday: 9 am to 1 ko m Friday: 9 am to 1 pm Saturday: 9 am to 12 pm Rest all days closed.
