Went to inquire if this post office has EMS the other day. Staff did not even know what it stood for or meant. Was directed to a higher up who said they don't. Checked the website to confirm if they have EMS, they do. HIGHLY INCOMPETENT STAFF.

The person who came to give my courier was stupid, arrogant and left with my package because I wanted to call the post office and clarify some things. Very bad service. This is why this country doesn't progress or change

Absolutely the worst post office I have ever encountered in the world, not just India. Completely incompetent and unhelpful staff. It's a huge waste of taxpayer money to keep this useless post office open.

Hell bad service. The person who give the courier is illiterate as they have no sense of talking. They don't know how to behave in front of the customers. Didn't even get my courier. Very disappointed

No one picks up the phone. It’s been 10 days I have been trying continuously...they are really unprofessional and don’t work the way they should because of the Govt. Job they have...

timing are 9 to 4 but they not take my courier and told me after 3pm we will not accept courier also they told me if you are in hurry so go to kalka ji or hauz khas.

Extremely bad experience. Staff is very rude and I strongly recommend not to visit especially for adhar. No courtesy, pathetic

Inefficient staff. They don't want to work. They refused a speed post even before it was 4 pm. Very very rude.

Bakwas service. Postal Service should also be privatised. They are a burden on our tax money.
