Avoid at all cost! Terrible service and completely unfriendly workers. I wanted to send a retour package from there, but couldn't print the label beforehand. So I went there and asked if it would be possible to print the label there. The worker that was helping me told me, yes no problem, he'd just need to scan the label. After he did that, his boss (really unfriendly lady) rejected printing the label though and told me to go print it somewhere else (although they have printers there!) Since it was weekend, there was nothing else open though. So when I came back a few days later with a printed label, they told me, that the label was not valid anymore, since it was already scanned. They didn't care that it was them themselves who scanned it and just told me, that it's not there problem and offered that I could of course buy a label from them (after they invalidated my previous one!) In the end the receiving company sent me a new label luckily and I could send it from a different and more trustworthy post office.

I sent two packets this year, first a laptop with insurance and tracking to my brother, then a small package with keys to my friend in Germany, also with tracking. Both packages had a correct address written on them with big capital letters, both got lost, because they mistyped the address. Both times I spent 30 minutes on the phone with barely competent support staff to no avail. I spent one and a half month looking for my laptop in the end it was returned back to me. So basically they failed, then failed solving their fail and then failed again. I am still waiting what will happen with the second lost package. This is possibly the most disfunctional post service I have come accross. My advice to you if you want to send something abroad using Post NL save yourself the trouble and just chuck your package in the nearest bin. You will achieve the same effect and save some money.

Elke keer als ik duidelijk mn pinpas tevoorschijn haal wat ze dan ook zien wordt er evengoed nadrukkelijk gevraagd "U WILT PINNEN? als je dan niks zegt en aanstalten maakt om te pinnen vragen ze het nog een keer,.... ze zien best dat je wil gaan pinnen. Die vrouw presteert het zelfs om vervolgens te vragen als je al met je vingers al op de toetsen van de betaalautomaat zit "WILT U UW PINCODE INVOEREN AUB" ? belachelijk, .......ik ga voortaan wel naar Freds Tabaksshop in de Javastraat is nog dichterbij ook....

The employees were very rude, the cost was extremely expensive and it did not even arrive on the time I was told it would arrive. On top of that, the tracking qr they gave me doesn't even work. DO NOT COME HERE

Hele matige service. Ze sloten de deuren al om 16.55 terwijl ik slecht een pakketje wilde afgeven.. Gingen vervolgens binnen roken en wilde me niet meer helpen. Erg flauw.

Er zijn weinig plekken in Amsterdam waar het personeel zo chagrijnig is als hier. Vooral die oude vrouw heeft duidelijk heel zwaar leven. Nooooit vriendelijk.

Niet heel vriendelijk personeel. Het verschilt heel erg wie je voor je hebt. Vooral de vrouw staat regelmatig op standje chagrijnig.
