I am an expat and have had multiple very bad experiences with this PostNL shop. The owner or manager (a lady) is very moody. She only services Dutch people well. I suspect she has a deeply rooted aversion against foreigners.I thought that racism in the Netherlands was not an issue, but unfortunately she proves that wrong. It is a shame. I hope that a new manager is appointed shortly as the shop location is excellent, right next to the Museum Square.

For some reason no matter what request I go in with there always seems to be complaints from the lady who works there. The cost is too low, you can’t pay by card, you are bringing the package at the wrong time of day, the writing is wrong, the time of collection of a letter is wrong and so on. The Dutch do not seem to get the same treatment, in front of me she has been polite and considerate to them no matter what the issue...

This place is terrible. The woman working there is mean and rude. It’s a good location but not worth the stress of interacting with her. I would not recommend this store! Do not go there! Dutch: Deze plaats is verschrikkelijk. De vrouw die daar werkt is gemeen en onbeschoft. Het is een goede locatie, maar niet de stress waard om met haar te communiceren. Ik zou deze winkel niet aanbevelen.

Onvriendelijk. Een keer was een pakket zoek dat volgens PostNL bij dit punt is afgeleverd. Ook een hier bezorgde vaas was in gruzelementen (kan door TNT zijn veroorzaakt, maar draagt niet bij een positieve ervaring). Beter een ander postkantoor gebruiken, ik kom hier altijd geïrriteerd vandaan. COOP in de Pijp is een goede optie. Ruime openingstijden en geen gedoe

De mevrouw achter de balie is tegen de ene klant superlief en vervolgens tegen de volgende klant ongelooflijk kattig en ongeïnteresseerd. Als ze zo vriendelijk doet, hoop ik altijd dat ze óók zo tegen mij zal doen. Helaas ben ik altijd de klant waar ze tegen sneert en ik vraag me dan ook af wat ik verkeerd doe in haar ogen. Hopeloos ongezellig!

I didn't write the address on the postcard. So there was not enough room for stamps. She was angry because she had no room to put stamps. She threw me a envelope and a pen.There must have been some things that ignored me because I am Asian. I had a bad memory in Amsterdam because of her. I wonder if she will deliver my postcard well.

In de winkel word ik altijd geholpen door een heel aardige vrouw, hoe druk het ook is,ze blijft vriendelijk. Ik heb bewondering voor deze positieve instelling. En in deze kleine kantoorbenodigdenwinkel is een rijk assortiment aan pennen, schriften, cadeautjes, zelfs boeken. Ik geniet altijd van alle verrassende details.

Ik lees verschillende verhalen, maar wil graag aangeven dat ik persoonlijk altijd zeer prettig en gezellig contact heb met de mevrouw van de balie! Ook haar nieuwe jonge collega is erg klantvriendelijk! Tevens hebben zij ruime openingstijden en veel leuke kantoor spulletjes :)

For 2euro POSTNL shipment, because she “ears less than she pays” 1)didn’t accept my credit card 2) she didn’t accept my cash because I didn’t have change and me to go and change it. I went to about 4 stores to change it but none would. So I went to another POSTNL store.

I live just minutes away from this location and my 10+ experiences have always been positive. I've done everything from mailing christmas cards to picking up packages to shipping international tracked parcels. The team here has always been welcoming and informative.

Niet zo vriendelijke mens. Mevrouw total niet geïnteresseerd om haar klanten te helpen zodra ze merkt dat je niet Nederlander ben. Te ingewikkeld voor haar om informatie voor je te zoeken. Dus ik kom nooit meer bij haar winkel. Sorry mevrouw.

The owner was very nice contrary to other reviews here. Helped us send a package back to the US. Does have a small extra charge for using credit card though, but allowed us to go to the nearest atm to get the cash we needed.

Kleine winkel, maar ze hebben bijna alles! Ik was in West al 4 kantoorboekhandels af gefietst maar hier uiteindelijk geslaagd! De vrouw achter de toonbank is idd heel aardig en kon me goed adviseren.

This is not a post office. It is a stationery store that sells stamps and provides mailing services. I had to walk by 3times before I noticed the "NP" sign hanging outside.

Leuke winkel met kantoorartikelen, maar voor pakketjes die gratis retour gestuurd kunnen worden vraagt men wel 1 of 2 euro. Dat is normaal niet zo bij een postnl punt.

Don't know where they send their items, but my Passport was LOST even with track & trace Express Courrier service. How is that even possible?!?!

The lady working there was really rude! Considering all the possible post offices in Amsterdam I would definitely not recommend going there.

The lady here has poor customer service skills and is unnecessarily rude and confrontational to people who don’t speak Dutch.

Un panneau indique un retour dans 5minutes. 45 minutes plus tard toujours personne. Merci pour la perte de temps .
