Paid to have express post, cost 21$ to have package shipped in 3 days. We are 7 days later and no package. Called customer service and there's no guarantee because of co-vid and no refunds. Apparently it's the governments fault. Why offer the service if you can't meet the delivery date? Suspend the service and make everything regular mail. Now I know how "class action suits"get started. How very kind of Canada post to keep my hard earned money for a service I was never going to get.

If you need to send someone something that can't be sent via email then Canada Post has you covered, but be ready to pay, unlike email, dead tree mail actually costs money to send, which is probably a good thing since the cost should incentivize people not to kill trees and burn fuel moving them around.

The Arab fellow is always extremely rude and disrespectful to me whenever I come in for absolutely no reason. The Spanish or Philippino fellow is always giving me passive aggressive looks I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a poc but that definitely has to change

One woman staff is so rude at me and unkind. She doesn’t care about my situation. Other postofficers are usually kind but not here. I don’t want to go anymore

Everyone that works there are so nice and helpful. I ship once or twice a week and I always recieve excellent service.

Ivan is an excellent employee and I have no complaints about any of the others, I use the services quite often.
