I like the fact that I have a post office on Chabanel the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and since I work and live in the neighborhood it's pretty convenient especially using the flexidelivery option now offered by Canada post, BUT if you work from 9 to 5 and you are not close to the location I would not recommend using this post office due to the weird opening hours, basically this post office is only open from 9 to 5 Monday to Friday so pretty useless for anyone who doesn't work and live in the neighborhood, they really need to be open Thursday and Friday evening til 9pm as well as Saturday for this post office to be a viable option for the General population.

4 employes behind the counter. One only serving customers. While waiting in line, the lady behind the counter (playing on her phone) told me to raise my mask because it was a litlle below my nose. She had time to to do that instead of service the customers........................................................Never go there!!!!!!!!!!

Service pourri, aucune empathie, aucune solution et froid! Poste Canada mentionne adresse inexistante sur mon colis et pourtant c'est la bonne adresse. Ils me demandent de repayer car les timbres ont été utilisés! …

pas de service, aucun rappel, aux messages laissé aux superviseurs. PC est bien chanceux d'avoir un monopole et que l'on soit forcé d'utiliser leur service

je me suis fait servir en Anglais malgré mon Bonjour , je suis entièrement Bilingue , Mais j`ai le droit de parler Français.
