Excellence service overall! Julian and his staff, especially Ms. Kim Huyen, were exceptional in arranging and performing our mother funeral service. Their dedication to excellence in service and especially the dignify manner carried out during the service are greatly appreciated by our family. My wife is a "perfectionist" and wanted to have a skirt to cover the casket stand and a kneeling station next to the casket. The funeral home didn't have these items, but Julian managed to have these things ready on the viewing day. Julian and Ms. Kim Huyen performed the pick up service at our mother's home in a graceful and respectful manner. The same dignify manner was also shown during the sorrow cloth mass, the funeral mass and the graveside service. As the pallbearer who helped to lower our mother casket into the vault, I noticed that Julian were extremely careful in guiding and adjusting the position of the casket to make sure it was placed in perfect center. We came from the USA to take care of our mother on her last days, and it was very difficult for us to lose her. But, the saving grace was Julian and Ms. Kim Huyen, who helped us to have a beautiful and dignified service for our mother. I was a complete mess as I just had a quote from another funeral company and didn't know how I was going to pay the costs of burying my beloved mother. I've attended a few funeral services here before and it has always been pleasant. Only recently had I been required to assist a family friend to personally arrange everything with the funeral director (from collecting the deceased body to the final cremation). I had no clue, but Julian and Karen (new staff member that also speaks Vietnamese) led us through the whole process in a very kind, stress-free and accommodating way. They worked really well with the family and accommodating to many religious ceremonies and even with the Vietnamese culture. They are definitely a gift to the surrounding community, not just Vietnamese, especially in the time of grieving and most needed by families. I highly recommended their services.

We recently lost our dear father, and Julian and the team at Premier did a masterful job in walking us through planning and conduct of a service befitting the gentle and wonderful man who passed away. They were highly empathetic and took care of all the many small details we wouldn't have otherwise known about. The ceremony went faultlessly, even down to the livestreaming of the event to those family members who could not be present due to COVID restrictions. At a time when our family was hurting greatly and our world was turned upside down, Julian and his team were calm, professional and highly competent. Nobody wants to have to engage a funeral parlour, but if you do have to, Premier did an excellent job for us.

Thank you to Julian and all the staff who helped with my father in laws funeral. Premier was experienced in conducting Vietnamese Funeral Ceremonies, they allowed us to have services running late into the night with multiple attendees.
