In terms of room this is fine, it's actually a more modern room than some other Premier Inns, however they have made the TV's smaller which is slightly annoying as I like to see the TV from a few meters away ideally. The location is great in terms of restaurants and bang opposite the arena (I was there for work, unfortunately). Parking is a short walk away and about £6 for the night, although the card they gave me at reception didn't work the next morning, so it cost me £10 instead. One thing I thought was poor was when I popped down for a pint in the evening, there was no one around to serve. I went to reception to be told by the receptionist someone would be there soon as they were busy (it was dead but you know, they might be doing some other jobs in the hotel). So I thought fair enough. Eventually, I got served after sitting around for 10 mins in the bar area. Went to get a second pint, but again, nobody there, so I popped to the shop next door to buy a couple of beers, and on reception were 2 workers, just on their phones lounging about on chairs. You could literally see through the window that they were just watching videos. Just found it quite annoying, to be honest. I was spitting feathers and you've got staff sat round watching tik toks and snapchat. Maybe I'm just old and miserable. Then to top it off in the morning, breakfast was a shambles, dirty tables, a rude staff member just telling people to move out of the way, not welcomed and shown a table like normal. Could have had a free breakfast as no one asked my name or room number. I stay in Premier Inns at least once a week but won't be back at this one for a while! I don't like to give low scores, but if you're expecting good service, you ain't getting it here!!

Not a great experience here; we were initially scheduled for a two-night stay. However, due to flooding and train cancellations, we missed the first night. We contacted both Premier Inn customer service and the hotel directly, but they refused a refund for the missed night or even the missed breakfast. Not a promising start. The following day, we arrived to find a small lobby with just one person at 'reception,' and what appeared to be a security guard lounging in a chair near the elevator, not very welcoming. One of the elevators was out of order. The room itself was on the fifth floor and was underwhelming. The bathroom literally smelled like a horse stable. They provided toilet paper through a dispenser like it was a public toilet. The shower's skirting was worn and damaged, part of the bed had missing chunks of wood. The TV was the smallest I've seen in a hotel and had terrible sound quality, and there was also a strange piece of butter on the side of a cupboard. They offered only one flat pillow per person, no slippers, bathrobes, or USB ports. Noise traveled from the room above and the adjoining room, and hot water caused a loud honking sound. Also damp towels were just left unattended on the fifth floor near the elevator for hours. Breakfast the next morning was below average. The cramped space lacked clear directions, and the food quality was subpar with gristly sausages and fatty bacon. The coffee machine was also malfunctioning. The only thing going for this hotelI it's proximity to the arena. At £137 per night and £9.99 for breakfast it is not worth it. Overall, the hotel seems tired, over priced and not very cared for.

When we first arrived we were waiting in reception to be served by a guy who's English wasn't very good he was trying to show someone he was already serving how to get to the carpark from the hotel so he had already acknowledged that we were there as I had to physically move for him to get passed me, anyway he came back in to finish speaking to the gent infront and as he was finishing up 6 young girls looked about 17 all came in and when he finished serving the man infront he went on to then serve these girls, me and my girlfriend had already been stood there 15 minutes so when he did this I was so annoyed. Then when we were paying him to add meals and breakfast on 2 staff members came out and he starts having a conversation with them baring in mind we are supposed to be getting served by him but instead he's being rude and ignorant again. Didn't catch his name but he's skinny and has black hair and sounds Italian or something. Anyway that's the only bad thing. The stay in the hotel room was lovely the bed was amazing and so comfy I really did not want to leave this morning! We came yesterday so we booked for the evening meal before we went to our gig. We were served in the restaurant by INDRE, we were gutted we couldn't leave more of a tip for you than we did as your customer service skills were on point. She was a great waitress and we really felt looked after by her, for mains I had the haddock and my girlfriend had the gammon and then for dessert we both had chocolate brownie and the sticky toffee pudding. The food was brilliant top marks to the chefs! Will defo be back again if ever again staying in Leeds and would definitely recommend. Thanks again.

This is a typical Premier Inn, it's a no nonsense hotel with a pretty standard operation mirrored at 100's of sites around the UK. This one is in the centre if Leeds about 20 minutes walk from the station and close to the arena which is no doubt an attraction and probably goes someway to justifying the £105 price tag my company had to pay for a one night stay. The hotel has 9 floors but only 17 rooms per floor. Check in was quick and the receptionist friendly and efficient. Although the hotel has 2 lifts only 1 was operating during my short stay. On the 6th floor the lights outside the lift were not operating making the area like the Black Hole of Calcutta, although these were working the following morning. The room was a good size and equipped with everything you're likely to need. The curtains needed some attention, on both sides the final curtain hook had become detached from the curtain rail and the overtight header tape ensured that as the curtain was drawn rather than obscuring the window the curtain simply moved across the window leaving the edge of the window uncovered. The bathroom was clean although the ceiling paint was beginning to flake a little, no doubt the effects of condensation. There is a restaurant on the ground floor which serves evening meals until 22:00 according to the information sheet in my room although on my visit reception advised they would be closing at 20:00. On arena event nights the restaurant times may differ. Breakfast is available from 06:30 but be advised that despite Premier Inns TV adverts saying you have "all you can eat" breakfast this is additional to the room rate at £7.50 for continental and £9.50 for cooked breakfast.

Booking in was realy great with an actual human as I was getting frustrated with the latest technology to book in and the staff were great along with the room. However the morning was a completely different story ! The service was absolutely discombobulated, we had made a reservation for 6 people only to be told they don't do that and we had to sit on separate tables , which when you are seeing family that you have not see for a while , you shouldn't have to talk across the other side of the room to talk. It was only because a couple of people whom had nearly finished their breakfast stopped table so we could be near each other. The unlimited breakfast we paid for was a joke with stuff running out and then stuff which was avaible then running out when the other stuff arrived. 3 out of the 6 of us didn't have breakfast, when asked to speak to a manager ,no one came and unfortunately we had to leave due to personal and work commitments. Tried ringing reception several times when I got home only for the phone to be cut off after a certain amount of time but when I rung the booking line at the hotel they answered, it was stated they was cleaning up from breakfast - breakfast finished at 11 and it was 12.30 when I rang !! I have to say the manager dealt with my problem quickly and offered me a full refund for the breakfast which I am more than happy with. This is the first time EVER I have stayed at the premier Inn and encountered such problems.

I use Premier Inns whenever I travel. You know what you're getting. Reasonable priced accommodation, clean facilities and ideally located. This one is perfect for attending the Arena, right across the road. For once this PI has it's own restaurant and this was the main reason for a drop in stars. I don't think this is a recently built building so the restaurant on the ground floor is poorly designed and laid out. Main problems, too few staff to cater for the number of guests using it, quite a few things on continental breakfast menu not available, hot buffet breakfast items constantly running out/down and a bad pinch point in the walkway so guests carrying hot beverages from the two drinks area having to avoid bumping into each other. The milk ran out in the buffet area so there was a constant flow of traffic between it and the hot drinks area that had a jug there. To their credit the two staff were doing the best they could but the strain was telling. I had the continental buffet but no croissants that morning, a poor selection of jams and no mixed fruit during my short time there. I felt short changed. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable but no WiFi plugs so my phone and tablet could not be charged. The receptionist did try to locate a USB plug adapter but to no avail. Take your own. Overall good and bad points but I'll still use Premier Inns for the reasons stated above.

Check in was standard as expected, enter details on touch screen and grab a key card. Took the lift to the 2nd floor which absolutely wreaked of damp. The room was super basic. The hotel was understaffed. The bar area was not nice at all. Sticky tables and sticky floor. Poorly stocked bar. Not a good stay at all.

The room was super basic, no lovely decor and trademark purple sleep light around the bed. Turn down by housekeeping had left us with no toilet roll. The tv was tiny and only faced our bed. The carpet was stained. The window didn’t open at all and left it feeling stuffy and dingy.
Food & drinks
The bar was unattended, and I had to go looking for a staff member just to get served, only to find out that the items I wanted were out of stock. We opted for coffees, that were served luke warm.
Noteworthy details
Expect a super basic stay, with over worked staff. If you wanting a better quality stay, look elsewhere. Whitbread have dropped the ball with the standard of their Premier Inns. And this is coming from a previous Whitbread employee..

Stayed at Whitehall Road Premier Inn a few times and always found it to be nice. This one is looking tired and ready for a renovation. Tears in the carpet, scuffs and cracks on the wall, not enough plug sockets and air con wouldn't go lower than 19°. Breakfast was poor. Considering it's a buffet, there wasn't any sort of plan for continuous provision of food. The hot food available was only bacon (that appeared to have been cooked under a lightbulb) and sausages of a similar style as well as some mushrooms. No hash browns, a few cold beans left and no eggs. These did come out slowly over the next 30 minutes, but then after the majority of people had eaten what was available, it was all freshly restocked. It was all a bit slow and not very tasty. Also only one lift appeared to be working, although no signs on the other one or indication that there was a problem with it. The woman on reception appeared quite angry and as if she didn't have time for you if you wanted to read things before doing it (I.e. validating car parking etc). Would probably look back at going to Whitehall Road next time.

The hotel is lovely and clean, staff are really friendly and breakfast is spot on. The real reason for writing this review is to shout out Charlotte - the service that we and everyone else received from her was singlehanded the best service I’ve ever seen. We wasn’t quite sure which department Charlotte works in as she was doing everything, but we think that she is the manager as she had the no uniform on lol. The attention to detail that we noticed from Charlotte was really going that extra mile. We was staying in the hotel for a concert and we didn’t realise we had to print out our tickets. Charlotte had come to our rescue and not only printed ours out, she helped loads of people out. It was busy and I can imagine there was a lot of pressure but you could not see this in Charlotte at all. An absolute credit to your company and she will go far I can imagine.

Excellent location for Leeds arena. Arrived 20 mins before check-in. If wanted to check in early £10. So waited in bar which was poor service and poor choices. Fire alarms brought chaos. No lifts working so walked 5 flights of stairs to room. Bar gave no service - when queried was told only 3 staff on and no-one to serve!

Stayed the night, got to reception and our room wasn't ready, they also stayed it wasn't the right room. So took 30 minutes to allocate us a new room. When we finally got into the room, we only had 1 towel. We went back down to the reception to inform them and have a quick drink in the bar. The woman in the reception was pretty rude and started complaining the there was only 2 of them!. We went to the bar and nobody on site to serve us, so I guess the poor woman was having to do both! The room we was in was absolutely freezing and the heating only went up to 24. We ended up going to bed fully clothed to keep warm an by the following morning the room was finally cold, rather than freezing. We booked breakfast, and got down at a reasonable time. However half of the ingredients for the breakfast were missing (bacon, eggs, black pudding, coffee) and didn't come out, while we were there.

We had a room booked for the evening as a mid-week night out was booked and needed a place to stay. Usually you cannot go wrong with a premier inn, with comfy beds and modern styling, what’s not to love? Well.. aside from the main lobby and diner area being well-kept and up to date, the room was anything but. We were given what appeared to be a disabled room, which isn’t a bad thing because of the extra space but was not needed. The room featured the “old” premier inn vibes, with small tv, and dated bathroom decor it wasn’t up to scratch with most. Thankfully, given it was a 28 degree couple of days the room features air-conditioning which was a saviour! The morning featured a premier inn breakfast, which as you can imagine gets abused with it being all-you-can-eat! Everything tasted great aside from a couple of rashers of bacon being, off? Nevertheless, an alright experience. If you’re going to Leeds for a night out or for work, I wouldn’t say no. Yours, Joe

Would certainly recommend, especially if your attending the Arena as uts just across the road. Room, clean, and well decorated, although the carpet looked like it would benefit from a clean. Tea and coffee available within the room. Plenty of food deals which are worth considering, but bear in mind there is a Weatherspoons across the road if your on a budget. Check out time is midday, so you can have a bit extra sleep if needed. The only negative was at breakfast, had to wait till they replenished the servery, and the staff could not clear tables quick enough to get other guests seated, so there was a queue/delay. If you don't have a sense of humour, you may not appreciate the window art in the student accommodation opposite. You would have thought the hotel manager would have requested the art work to be removed. I would certainly stay here again.

It was an absolute nightmare! Enduring a two-night stay in constant noise was beyond bearable. When I reached out to the staff, hoping for some relief, they callously dismissed my concerns, stating they couldn't do anything about the noise. To add insult to injury, my request for a room change was met with outright rudeness. As if that weren't enough, the cleanliness of my room became another battleground. When I inquired about having it cleaned, the staff audaciously claimed it was unnecessary for a mere two-night stay. Their response was not only dismissive but delivered with an attitude that left me utterly exasperated. The overall experience was nothing short of a hospitality disaster, leaving me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated.

Great hotel. Absolutely amazing location, literally across the road from the arena. Perfect. Clean rooms, comfy beds, spacious bathroom, etc. The only one thing I would say is it needs better situated plugs. My room was a twin (1 double, one sofa bed/single) there was a plug on one side of the double which I used for my medical machine, then there was no plug the other side. It should have been a double plug so I could charge my phone instead of having to charge it across the room on the table. That's just me having one nitpick. It was great apart from that and only around £77 for the night which was dirt cheap because I was sharing as well!

Great room, in a perfect location in Leeds City Centre. The only problem was the air conditioning didnt work and the windows don’t open. Because of this, i was thoroughly roasted alive. I’m talking very well done steak. I had to flip myself over during the night to ensure I was cooked evenly on both sides. Id of had a cooler stay if the hotel was located on the surface of the sun. This is during winter where its freezing outside. If this was the summer, I would be returning from my trip in an urn as I would be roasted to the point of just being ash. Other than being cooked alive, this is a great hotel.

Night man just glared at us tried his best to be intimidating ,very unfriendly ! Breakfast ...dont bother, total disaster, no food at 10am , just 1 chef so food was hit and miss, no bacon, then when it arrived no eggs so waiting 10 mins for eggs then no tomato, bacon was the worst bacon i have ever tasted , weatherspoons round the corner , all in all room was ok , dont bother with breakfast !

This hotel is ideally placed, clean and very comfortable. Sadly it always seems to be woefully understaffed in the kitchen/restaurant side. We had booked the meal deal but were told upon arrival that the restaurant had been closed. We were offered a complimentary breakfast next morning in compensation but the restaurant had one staff member and one chef. Tables were dirty, people were waiting for food at the hotplate ...Maybe wages for this side of the business need to improve so that staff are happy to work there?

Stayed here after watching a show at the arena..It's just across the road from the arena which is great. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was big and clean. The only real issue we had was being woken up at 6am by what sounded like someone playing a very loud trumpet in the ceiling for a couple of minutes. Must have been linked to some plumbing issues. We mentioned it to staff at breakfast and they were super helpful and apologetic about it. Also did a great vegetarian breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel is nicely located across from arena Leeds and very close to 2 multi storey carparks which are handy due to Hotel not having its own carparking which is minus point for me,also you have LGI hospital near by and shopping centres and university is near by too, other then that the plus points are bedroom was spacious and clean . I loved the bathroom and power shower it was spacious clean and lots of clean towels Me and My partner loved spending quality time in here . The bed was super comfy Drink bar and food was great too, I will definitely be staying here again next time and also will take more pictures too.

Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was that my room was really cold, no matter what setting I put on the AC (unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to call reception). The breakfast was so good! Very clean buffet with English breakfast, bread, pastries, pancakes (and nutella and peanut butter!) some defrosted mixed fruits, yoghurts, cereals... so much choice. Everything tasted nice, including the unlimited coffee. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience, I would stay here again.

Room was very dirty. 5 minutes after we entered our room a member of staff walked in. Said he didn't know anyone was in this room. Not professional. Also they raised prices for the event we were attending. Other friends had worse rooms than us. We all agreed we won't stay there again despite its perfect location. On a positive note Premier Inns we have stayed in through the country are usually ideal for us. This was the first bad ecperience with them.

Stayed in a few different rooms here on 4 different floors and each was a good size but really cold. The heater gives out about as much heat as a candle and turns off after a short time. Housekeeping is non existent not once in over a month did i see one and never got any clean towels/sheets changed in any of my rooms. Tv remotes are dirty. Tv to small for such large rooms. If someone runs a tap in a room close by the pipes squeal loudly. Staff seem miserable always got a phone in the hand and never smile. Its basic and comfy as you would expect but i for sure won’t be back.

Spent two nights here recently (March 2023) and I was completely satisfied. The rooms are very well equipped and spacious. The staff is super nice and friendly. I found the prices very reasonable too, highly recommended place to stay at if you plan to visit Leeds. The only thing I could mention as a negative is that it is very easy to hear what is going on in the neighboring rooms, however the costumers were all very polite too.

Just stayed for a weekend to see a show at the arena. Fantastic location as it’s only a stones throw away. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. I can’t mention anything about the food as we didn’t eat there. My only major complaint about staying there was the lift, as every time we went in the lift would always creak and it nearly broke down on us at one occasion. I would recommend that the hotel gets someone to have a look at all 3 lifts as it seems very unsafe at the moment.

Ideal for the first direct Arena. Room was OK. Automatic self check-in did not work correctly. Breakfast was a joke, a proper shambles. There was not enough space then we came back later and were told there was a rush on causing a lack of food available. Seating was variable from sofas, armchairs, stools, high seats, benches and chairs. Tables ranged from coffee tables, breakfast bars, and anything in-between with proper dining tables. My advice would be to book AND request a proper dining table and chairs.

Good location, self check in. Bed was missing the purple pillows, the spare set of pillows have already been opened (no clean tag), both spoons sticky and used, mug used, only 1 small towel. Not the standard of cleanliness you'd expect to find in a Premier room. Room temperature good, bed as always comfy. At night to go back the doors should have worked with the key, but they said there is a fault with the system so had to wait until staff came and opened the door to let us in.

Stopped here for a Stag do, location is great, right next to the arena, has a subway next door and does food in the restaurant. Location wise seems great to get about the city. Parking is available at the Citi park place and is reduced by the hotel. Make sure you get your ticket validated before leaving. Loads of food and drink places around and a small shopping center. The rooms were big, a little dated but a good size and the bed was really comfy.

Good location, but we were put in a double room instead of a twin, moved to a twin with no sheets and one towel, rang the number suggested in the room, no answer for 20 mins, then someone answered and hung up, rang back and finally spoke to someone, advised we need a bed sheet, duvet, pillow and towel, instead they moved us again. Checked in at 3, didn't get in our actual room until half 6. Absolute joke of a place, terrible service, and overpriced for the room quality. Try a hostel instead.

The room was surprisingly big for just one person for a night or two. I loved how spacious it was. The bed was super comfy. I also loved how spacious the bathroom was too. What a great room I will definitely be staying here again next April, it's definitely handy that it's opposite the first direct arena, so that's helpful for when gigs are on, you can literally walk to and from the arena easily. Stayed here last night to see Olly Murs, lovely room but I’m pretty sure I booked a twin but got a double, but that doesn’t matter my bad. Some of the reception staff where lovely and the food was good we only got breakfast though. But only down side was that we couldn’t get tea in the restaurant as it was fully booked up till 6.30pm but we walked past the restaurant about 4 times all with in half an hour space each and it didn’t look fully booked at all.

Lovely stay. The lady at reception when I checked on was so nice, she was conscious there were a few stag party groups staying (which I wasn't aware of) and at check kindly moved me to a quiet room, how kind of that?! Also, I had a slight problem with my TV and I mentioned it to the same lady at reception who had checked it in and she came up and changed it for me! Great service, lovely spacious room. Location is the only good factor. Lifts were broken throughout the stay. Not often anyone on reception. Not once was anything cleaned or changed in my room and had to request clean towels. It should be a given someone would want a room cleaning and new towels when staying 5 nights. Had a big room but it honestly looked like i was missing furniture in thr room. Would not recommend.

Visiting our Son as he has started university and as I have mobility issues I could park at the hotel which was very useful. The bar staff were very helpful giving us lots of information and the hotel is very well set out. Great nights sleep as usual as the beds are great! The checking in was a bit chaotic but we used the check in screen with no problems. One of the lifts were out of order and the reception area floor was extremely sticky.. not sure what they had used to clean it.

  • Craig M

Although we experienced some challenges during our stay, such as a malfunctioning lift and a leaking bath, the staff were always helpful and willing to assist us. On the plus side, the breakfast at this Premier location was excellent. Overall, while not the best Premier location we've stayed at, it was still a decent experience thanks to the helpful staff and tasty breakfast.

Unfortunately I didn't feel this place lived up 2 last time we visited 3 years ago, the rooms were fine basic and clean. Couldn't open the windows and the air conditioning was non existance, generay staff were short on the ground and seemed like they didn't want to work many with had I couldn't be bothered attitude unfortunately It's cheap and that's about it great location 2

Stayed here as it was a convenient location for our work Christmas do. The room had a great view as was on the top floor and was very large. The rooms did feel a little tired for a hotel that is relatively new. There was quite a large queue at check in which was quite annoying with only one person at the desk. Apart from that it was fine.

Lovely, clean hotel with very comfy beds. Lots of little noises through the night though and we could hear a droning noise from somewhere. It wasn't from our room as we had the AC unit switched off. The breakfast experience was super though, with social distancing measures followed thoroughly. Jacqueline deserves a special mention. She made our morning mealtime the most pleasant it's ever been, anywhere. Nothing was too much trouble and she's lovely, a real asset to you.

Room clean and comfy. No complaints. Ideal location. Continental breakfast very poor, lack of choice. Six natural yoghurts on display and an empty fresh fruit dish. One half of a bagel, no butter only veg spread. bread available and, croissants, no pancakes, fruit, selection of yoghurts as advertised in the room menu. Ive stayed in a lot of premier inns and this is the worst for continental. Dont pay the 7-50 It would cost. Had to go to costas to get something decent.

Must be the best place to stay in Leeds on a budget. Paid £100 for a couple, dinner bed & breakfast. Fantastic value and great food. Left our luggage in the morning and walked the Leeds canal. Fantastic. Also, I can recommend the Spoons 2 min walk from the hotel, has a nice suntrap.

Had our room refunded as it stank of cigars and smoke when we got there. They were unable to switch us out the room as fully booked . We couldn't open the window and with the kids having asthma it was a nightmare to be honest . The receptionist couldn't enter because of how strong the smell was. She gave us a airfreshener which didn't really help .

Good price quality ratio. Rooms and the breakfast were ok. If you're on a budget you can't go wrong. There is no parking on site but there is a large parking at the Merrion Centre next to the Arena which is a 5 minutes walk to/from the hotel. Note: Using Google Maps to guide you to the hotel was pretty useless. We passed the hotel a couple of times before we found entrance.

Standard premier inn. But the breakfast was disgusting and I was literally kicked out after 11:20, barely could finish food. I asked for vege sausage and bacon. Got normal sausages and no bacon. Scrambled eggs are disgusting!!! Are they actually boiling them ??? Didn't touch them, as they smelled bad and made me feel sick!

Excellent standard for the price paid for a Tuesday evening. Comfortable room with cosy duvet and plump pillows. A cooked breakfast is almost half the price at the nearby Werherspoons if you want to venture out. I would have stayed an extra night if the rate hadn't shot up by about £17 for the following day so transferred to Travelodge in the centre for lower priced accommodation.

I stay at this hotel regularly because it is conveniently across the road from the arena. The facilities are basic but what you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Unfortunately, this time I stayed, the cleanliness was not great - I even found a condom (thankfully wrapped!) by the bedside.

Pleasantly surprised by the size of my 'end of corridor' family room on floor 6. If I'd had the rest of my family with me there was plenty of space, although not much storage had we wanted to unpack bags. As it happens there was enough space for me. The room was clean, the shower hot and powerful and no noise from other rooms. The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff attentive and pleasant throughout my stay.

  • Zoë Atherton

Premiere plus room was very clean, incredibly comfy. The cleaners left it spotless! Only aspect that let the experience down was the understaffed breakfast area, I felt for the staff that seemed stressed out and lots of people were waiting for the food/juice to be refilled.

The staff are so miserable that’s probably because there was not enough of them. Not one hello or smile during our stay. Had to queue/wait 30 mins for our breakfast. Bread was frozen at breakfast. Had to go to reception to ask if we could get a drink as no one attended the bar. Cutlery and tables dirty and sticky floors.

Perfect location for almost everything, especially First Direct Arena. Classic Premier beds and rooms in general. They have a deal with Citipark nearby, so that you get 24 hour parking for half price. Don't forget to use it before you leave. Decent breakfast and generally great staff. Has on-site 'Thyme' restaurant and bar.

Expensive! hence we didn't even stay. Ringing for a quote was enough. £167 for 1 night! It isn't the Hilton. Where are all these £39 rooms that are advertised ‍♀️ This was for a booking well in advance too. Booked i a Holiday inn express with breakfast for less than half that cost instead. No brainer!

I'd give this a 3/5 overall. Ideally if you're just needing to get your head down for a couple of hours however the rooms weren't fully clean and the bed wasn't the comfiest, with a draft coming in through the window. Basic hotel but does the job

First time at a Premier Inn. Excellent stay, great price, super comfortable bed, large spacious room. Clean. Easy once there as paid/checked in the day before so just got our room number and doors cards via a machine. Lovely bar area huge bonus as it faces the Leeds Arena so right a cross the road. Highly recommended

  • Michelle Atterbury

Reception staff helpful and polite. However, room not cleaned since being here. Even though maid was in adjacent room cleaning. Bin nor emptied or cups replaced. I found the room cold and couldn't heat the room. Shower gel not refilled when I arrived. I've stayed in better Premier Inns and this is not one of them.

  • Mike Doran

Going to a concert at the arena? Stay here! You couldn't get a better/closer hotel ☺️ Rooms are good, clean...lift is weird and slow but no worries. Staff are great, we were right pains due to late comers and they couldn't have been more helpful. And top all you can can eat breakfast for a tenner the next day

Really good location for the direct arena visitors. It is also convenient for the city visitors as it is five minutes walk from the most visited attractions. Room service is good too, it was easy to check in and check out. Their breakfast was ok and I won’t try it it again. Cleanness is excellent as well.

Nice hotel, nice staff. Seems to be run by two. Looking tired now. Big room's, big bathroom. Like most 3 star hotels, the bathroom looks old and is falling apart. But if you pay around £70 it's fine. Any more than that is excessive.
