Wonderful pharmacy, wonderful pharmacist and staff, wonderful customer service! Eric the Manager is so very kind and helpful, and he went out of his way to organise my items and even have them delivered to me. It's this kind of small-town caring and attention to detail - and personal dedication to people - that makes very happy and loyal customers. I recommend this pharmacy most highly and enthusiastically. Update! What an amazing pharmacist! Eric Lam, is truly extraordinary. His customer service and personal caring and commitment are beyond compare. Just as an example - today I had something I needed quite urgently; Eric very kindly ordered it yesterday to arrive today, but it came after the cut-off date for delivery. However, Eric make personal arrangements make sure I received the item tonight, and he did it all with a smile. Thank you Eric! Update: another commendation for Eric - he was so very helpful in arranging my script and having it delivered during lockdown. What wonderful customer service - thank you, Eric!
At around 11.15 on 14/11/17, I was buying some items in the Priceline Pharmacy at McArtuhur Central, 225 Queen Street in Brisbane. I gave the cashier 40 dollars and she thought/claimed I had only given her 25. The main issue I have is I specifically told her I had to give her 40 dollars as I didn’t have any change & she was completely dismissive, rude & didn’t even attempt to check or consider that she could have made a mistake. I find this unacceptable & leaving a bad impression on the company, especially as a first time visitor from the UK. Not only this, but a customer in the shop who referred to himself as a ‘Justice of peace’ (he was anything but) kept interfering and aggressively shouting at me. He clearly has issues with women. The company responded once I was back home in the UK by saying they reviewed the situation and offered me an apology. I’ve never been in a shop where staff can get away with treating customers like that. Perhaps its deemed acceptable in Australia?
It is very hard to find a place where you can make an order for face masks at this sensitive period. Today I was surprised you guys texted me to pick up my order. Unfortunately, when I checked out at the counter, I was told by the same lady who made the order for me that the price has been raised by FIVE times. Before I made the order, she explicitly told me the price was 5 for $10 when I DID ask the price. Today, they have changed their wording to 1 for $10, suggesting I have heard them wrong. This new price was given based on several times double checks with other people at the back and she got a new code on a note to put in their system to generate receipts for new price on these face masks. The shop has successfully taken advantage of this epidemic situation. It is disappointing and unfair.
They sold me 2 PC 321 P2 mask for 29.95 ( single at 14.95) this mask is usually sold in a box of 12 for 26 Aud . Not sure if it’s even legal to sell single non sterile mask like that. I brought it assuming it’s a N95 or similar... but came home to see that this stuff is less than 2.5 aud and I was charged 10 times more. Opportunist pharmacy ! Honesty doesn’t exist in this world anymore . Also shame on you Priceline for endorsing such acts ! Will never visit Priceline again out of principles !
Terrible customer service they have only 1 pharmacist on and no staff. The pharmacist was aware I was in a hurry to get to work and continued to serve customers (very slowly) that kept approaching the counter. Then proceeded to drag out the process deliberately as I was noticeably anxious to get to work. Very unhappy with the customer service.
Very disappointed about service for the third time now especially when I was in the midst of a panic attack and suffer extreme anxiety. No assistance provided or support except from another customer. It is a shame that still ppl are made to feel embarrassed by their mental health disabilities by even health professionals …
I went in last week for children’s Panadol and was given an expired bottle. I didn’t think to check the date when I bought it because surely they wouldn’t give out expired medication. Check the expiry on anything you are given before leaving this place!
An excellent discount cosmetic & hair product store! All the latest most fashionable products on display! Friendly service always has been provided by the staff in store! A rewards card is offered! Wheelchair access to the store is available!
Excellent customer service. Recently moved my scripts over to be held here due to the service. Pharmacists are really friendly and helpful.
