"This is my local Priceline"
"I’m not a big customer for Priceline, but this is my local store for the last 10 years, every time I stop at Wollies I would have a quick stop at this Spring Hill Priceline to buy something"
"Customer service is clearly not a requirement to work at this store"
"Customer service and duty of care is non existant in this pharmacy"
"I have been shopping there for 11 years with no problems but last night made me post this they had a guard outside the chemist door looking at all the women walking past I walked straight in and up to the counter to get some meds asked for it and had a label put it was given to me and went straight to the payment clerk and payer with cash and after paying the guard who was standing outside stepped in the door and looked at me and said we have to strip search you, I said ok"
This is my local Priceline.. I loveeee Priceline but generally avoid this one, due to it is a mini version of the standard stores. Therefore a waste of time in sales and when after certain items. Unfortunately I have expierenced horrible customer service in my last visit to store. Just over a month ago now the middle of Isolation for a Global Pandemic. I had waited for my script to be filled. I got to the front to pay, the teller touched all my items even though he had a scanner... To not have to do so. No gloves ect. I could of over looked this but then he touched my membership card too and no sansister prior or after? I spent over $130.. only to have the teller have two male friend so close to the counter, chatting to him and in my way twice. Is social distancing and to leave the house just to go to my local pharmacy. I should feel safe I was stared at, then finally after all my stuff is touched.. I just want to leave and one of his friends is just standing there next to the counter and also in the way of the door to the store. Which makes no sense as is the only entry and exit. I felt uncomfortable and shocked as he didn't work there and is meant to be 1.5 metres from people not have your mates crowd the tiny counter. I am so over it and just want to leave and this guy then makes some remarks about myself as I try to exit likely rolling my eyes. I commented back that it is a real threat and rules atm and finally got out. If I see that teller at the store again as I enter I will turn around an leave. Will avoid at all costs.
I’m not a big customer for Priceline, but this is my local store for the last 10 years, every time I stop at Wollies I would have a quick stop at this Spring Hill Priceline to buy something. Today I won’t stop at Priceline and be their customer ever again. The staffs there are not kind and very cruel. I am a mum of a 3 years old, my daughter was in need to use the toilet, unfortunately the public toilet was locked , I was waiting and knocking on the door for a while and still no one came out. So I rushed into this Spring Hill Priceline store and asked for help and see if they can open the staff toilet for my daughter to use. The male staff told me that he can’t help and stopped the other female employee to help. I told him my daughter is about to wet the floor, he just didn’t care. Then I went to the other shop and asked for help, they have no question ask and helped me straight away. I totally underhand there is a complex rule in place, but I believe anything can be flexible if someone is in need for help. We are just asking for help and we are not doing something illegal, but this guy from Priceline is rejected to help. I am very disappointed his behaviour, I am really shame on this guy and shame on the owner who was hiring this cruel human being. Well this guy rejected to lend a hand to help, then we will stop supporting your business forever :-).
Customer service is clearly not a requirement to work at this store. Currently in Hotel Quarantine and was given information to use this particular store as recommended by the hotel.. What a joke that was. Spoke with the Pharmacist on Sunday evening as was chasing a script to be dispensed. I was advised that I could do so, if, I emailed a photo of the script and provided hotel details, etc... Which I followed as directed! Fast forward to Monday morning and no response. So I phoned to ask if received and if they required anything further... I was put through to a person I can only describe as 'Nurse Ratchet' although I'm certain Nurse Ratchet had a better bedside manner... Word from the wise, if you hate your job that much then I suggest you choose another vocation far away from front of house! Suffice to say, I would never use this Priceline Pharmacy or any other Priceline! There's a reason they're cheap....
Customer service and duty of care is non existant in this pharmacy. My partner came in asked for the stronger cold and flu tablets. The pharmacist of duty lied which is unethical behavioural and poor duty of care. My partner bought the wrong ones and returned to the store 30 minutes later after going to Woolworths. Spoke to the pharmacist who served her and blamed her that she didn't give her driver's ID which in fact he lied and Said the other one is the stronger one. I was on the phone with her on the other side and I could hear everything. Afterwards even though she literally just bought the weaker cold and flu tablets they refused and refund and said their computer system won't allow even though it's their mistake in the first place. Other pharmacies have accepted refunds if they have literally just bought it. Take your scripts and over the counter request elsewhere.
I have been shopping there for 11 years with no problems but last night made me post this they had a guard outside the chemist door looking at all the women walking past I walked straight in and up to the counter to get some meds asked for it and had a label put it was given to me and went straight to the payment clerk and payer with cash and after paying the guard who was standing outside stepped in the door and looked at me and said we have to strip search you, I said ok. And so he did. And found nothing. If he was doing his job he would be standing inside watching customers and not the women outside and so I made this post and now will be making a complaint to management as this guard had failed his DUTY OF CARE in monitoring the inside of the store and was watching the women outside the store...........
Pharmacist Effe provided such a dreadful customer service. She not only made me feel like I was bothering her from the beginning, but also she did not ask whether I have allergies or taken the medication previously. I had to go to this pharmacy as my regular pharmacy didn't have the medication I needed, and there I've always been asked about my allegies, and advised about pre and post consumption of medications. I took one of the medications then realised it contains an allergen I should avoid. I went back to her and she right away blamed me that I supposed to tell her. She is a pharmacist not a medicine dispenser and she neglected her responsibility, rather she was busy covering her arse and blamed her customer.
Have been coming here for three years! Today, i was there 10am and there was three people at the counter, one pharmacist and two assistants. The pharmacist , a lady in a head scarf, could not have done more for me! Even saved me money on questioning my prescription , which was wrong! (My prescription) The two young assistants could not have been more helpful with advice and basic general service and good manners. I come to this store because of this and hope that these three people will at the very least be given a well done and thank you, as They are a credit to you and the main reason i come there. Sincerely George and Deb
Today afternoon I went to this farmacy and the atendent I think she isn’t a pharmacist, told me that my friend’s medicine requere prescription and it had finished, sold out, but if I would bring the prescription she could order. I also asked her to check it in her sisten and she told me when she had the prescription in her hands I would have the medicine in one day later. Now close to 7 pm I returned to the pharmacy with the prescription and she was impolite and was saying that she is not able to order it. I was so disappointed with this atendent and suggest this person should be trained to atend pacients.
The pharmacist had one other person in the queue behind me. So not that much of a mad rush as you can see. Yet, she wasn't keen on answering some simple questions on vitamin supplements for me and referred me to the check out operator instead. A bit later she saw me browsing and asked if I had got the help I needed. I repeated my question only to have her tell me that I would find the information I need if I read the labels properly!
My prescription are sent here by my GP. I love the friendly, caring pharmacist here, they go out of their way to assist, to advice, to say hello to you. I also buy my skin care care here: The ORDINARY they have the complete range of this great product. They are few steps from Woolworths for your grocery. Hungry? No problem there is a Subway and Sushi O. Love love this place!
I had to wait for half an hour to get my medication and also had a question about an over-the-counter drug but the staff member (Kody) who could point me to the correct aisle didn’t even raise her head to reply to me and I ended up ordering online while waiting in the store for my prescription med to get sorted out. Other staff members were friendly though
We have used this chemist for 19 years....staff have always been incredibly friendly caring and helpful...customer service is a big thing with me and this store hits 10 out 10....well done to all staff from Russ n Jenny
My pharmacy. That speaks for it. They remembered my name and great in sending reminders that I am never out for medication. Also there is always discount for other supplements for the need.
Really friendly staff behind the counter and pharmacy. Helpful and welcoming. Items stocked and shop clean and orderly. Only thing would be a smaller range due to its size.
Pharmacist at the drug section wasnt nice at all. No smile and replied FINE when asked how she was. The lady at the cashier was very polite and helpful.
The staff are absolutely lovely, professional, helpful, and friendly. I've never had a favourite pharmacy before. Then I started visiting this one.
Priceline Turbot Street is hugely understaffed with qualified pharmacists. Friendly and helpfully checkout staff, but that is as far as it goes.
Lost my prescription then after they got a new copy from my GP, dispensed my prescription to somebody else. Hopeless if not nefarious.
Worst customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this place. The blonde lady on check out this morning very dismissive and careless
The staff here are always super helpful, and will order in medicine promptly. The pharmacists also have excellent advice!
Friendly staff and stocks all the essentials. It's a smaller shop and so doesn't have the biggest range.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Happy that this is my local.
