I have visited just 4 times in the last 6 years, but have returned satisfied every single time. My Fiat Linea T-Jet has been to several Fiat/Tata service centers before, but has been mistreated every single time. This led me to look for somebody who understands the nuances of this particular car, and it's eccentricities. This search ended when I found Harish Naik. I have brought previously unsolvable mysterious issues to him, which he has either addressed without fuss, or suggested solutions for. He has even kindly advised on questions I had on a DIY fix for a long-standing problem I had with a non working right driver-side window, when he could easily have charged me 15k for replacement parts. I have positive experiences with general service, repairs and OEM replacements, cleaning and polishing, and paint jobs as well. Well worth the 25 km drive.Highly recommended.

The service that these guys provided for my car are the worst. I gave my car as there was an engine problem and these guys kept it for almost 20 days with no update on progress and estimation. When I got the info that the car is ready, went to pick it up and paid a hefty amount. I got this inspected after getting out and the other mechanic said that they haven't performed the engine service correctly as the coolant is getting mixed with oil. I just drove for 60kms and this issue came up again. I really don't understand how these guys keep telling stories to customers. I am totally unsatisfied with pride cars.

Very good multi brand service station in Bangalore. I have been a regular customer from last 5 years. The mechanics are technically very sound and have good knowledge. You can see more Fiat, Ford, Skoda, Volkswagen cars here along with Hyundai, Maruti Suzuki and other cars. Also they inspect the cars properly, find the exact problem and provide you solution. So you have a less chance of unnecessary damage and expenses for your car. I used to visit showroom for service earlier for my Fiat car and I have stopped that now. Good multi brand garage. What I really liked is Harish took a detailed test drive to analyse and discuss the issues. They really give you all the options to decide. Surprised to see less reviews for Pride Cars. This is GOTO garage for FIAT cars. Puntos/Lineas would love to get it serviced. Harish is top notch in servicing and fixing FIAT cars. Particularly MJD engines. Sharath sir is awesome to deal with. Pretty good technicians in this centre. Folks from different cities come here to get cars serviced.

Recommended place for car service: I visited their shop to replace engine oil/filters and also for Horn pad issue in my Fiat Punto. Owner Harish is good and fixed the horn pad issue. I had previously visited FIAT service centre and they had quoted some 13k to fix it. Thank you for fixing a long pending issue in my car. Good luck!

I got my Punto serviced at Pride cars RR Nagar last week. I am totally satisfied with their service as well as the cost. They have used all the genuine parts and lubs. Even the small noise related things also taken care. I strongly recommend friends and know contacts to visit this facility incase of any service or repair.

These guys are true and know what they are doing. Though they take one or two days if the problem is big but they give a permanent and reliable fix to the issue. More over I strongly believe they don't cheat there customer. ( I am saying this with the experience gained from the so called genuine car service centres).
