I am extremely Embarrassed by the team that runs this business. I ordered some medicine to be shipped by DHL to my home country for a family member who needs it urgently. They offered to ship it for me and it should have already arrived by now. Not only was it not even shipped a week later but I was promised that it would be shipped today (which is already beyond late). I paid everything in advance yet it was still not shipped. It seems as though they were happy enough to have received the money and let go of their duties. I was made to pay for DHL's Express shipment which takes 4 days to deliver, but in return my shipment would now take 10 days yet Prince pharmacy made absolutely no effort to even offer a compensation for their delay. I had to call them 12 times until this was sorted and have it finally sent because otherwise they would have forgotten about it. Prince pharmacy clearly does not value its clients; let alone the nature of their medical needs which is obviously not a matter of luxury.
Life is in a certain sort of balance. Prices may well be high, but the advice and guidance offered by Zaisam more than makes up for any difference. We had the opportunity to have a lengthy discussion about a range of issues, compare different medications and came away feeling reassured. Online - in my experience - just doesn't provide that level of service so one can't directly compare. Open 'til midnight is a plus if you're after something immediately when other pharmacies are closed. The pharmacy stocks several quality brands that you don't see 'normally'. Once again, if you want something specific, you might be prepared to pay a bit of a premium - in the past I've personally experienced serious side effects from taking a cheap, generic med.
This pharmacy is local to me. Popped in for some Mustela cream for my daughter. £7.99 on Amazon, £14.99 in this pharmacy. Went in because I was expecting it to be around £2/3 extra vs the price on other websites (I needed it urgently) and was mortified when they told me the price. Sneakily enough, no items are priced individually, you always have to take the item to the till. Paid purely out of embarrassment, but really it should be the owners ashamed of charging nearly double the market price. The staff aren’t very polite either.
Doesn't display any prices and when ask for price it is over priced. "The Price Marking Order 2004 is the legislation that makes shops have to display prices for goods. Prices must include VAT and be clearly legible. Items do not have to be individually price (i.e they can use a price list) but the prices should be available so that the customer does not have to ask for them."
All the prices are at least 50% more expensive than any other private pharmacy. As I have complained about my medicine being double the price than in any other pharmacy I was offered a voucher. A voucher does not solve the problem. Customers only want to know that they are paying a fair price. Complete rip off.
Con artists! They tell you one price but charge you another. Charged £18 for two boxes of dulcolax which cost £3 each normally. Thankfully I paid by credit card so have evidence and will be reporting this shop to trading standards. The prices are not displayed and they lie to you about the cost.
I am still in shock! I bought shampoo and conditioner as I am traveling from overseas and super tired; they charged me $120 pounds!!! The shampoo is $9 pounds and the conditioner $12 this is stealing! I am surprise this pharmacy still in business. Never seeing nothing like this, EVER.
The employees at this Pharmacy were extremely nice and helpful. We got our fit to fly Covid test at this Pharmacy and it was fast, professional and very accommodating. If you need a pharmacy or a covid test in London, I highly recommend Prince Pharmacy on High Street Kensington!
Friendly staffs, helpful but everything is mostly over priced, a small box of Kleenex for £5, 1 pack of airborne is £24! ( usually £ 6-9) it’s my bad Since I didn’t ask for the price of each item, none of them has price tag on. So avoid this place.
Walked in late evening with a terrible headache. The honourable gentleman behind the tilt kindly advised me for the best option to get instant relief and offered me a bottle of water to swallow the pill. Thank you for your help, you made my day.
We weren't there but my mother is a bit ill and we want to enjoy the day without her headache but the Pharmacy opens in 3 Hours. In this time we can't do anything. So bad. I hope that it is better when we are there. Maybe later more points.
Stayed at a hotel just a block away. Needed an antigen test to return back to the U.S so I walked in and they allowed me to do a self test. Got the results back in less then half hour. Friendly staff and clean store. I highly recommend!
Friendly staff. Had picked up medication for a mild cold. However, the prices are not written anywhere and are disproportionately high. But if you're near here and don't want to go out of your way, you'll find what you need.
Was able to get some over-the-counter medicine for my traveling companion. Staff was helpful and guided me to various options. Prices were similar to what I would have paid in the United States. Open until midnight.
They tried to rip me off that’s ridiculous I had a prescription to get co-codamol and Augmentin and they were about to charge me £108!!!! I went to boots and got it for £23 Avoid at all costs !!!!!!
I went there to get some emla cream. She charged me 9.99 and when I checked online I just realized its only cost 4.99 at llyods. Avoid this chemist! Proper rip off! Price was overly priced.
Exceptional service from Mariam the counter assistant. She was so kind, patient and helpful she knew exactly what I needed, was a great help with an welcoming smile ☺️
Do even deserve 1 star. It’s a shame that they do not accept NHS prescription. Neither polite nor helpful staff. One staff talked to me while using her mobile phone.
Just tried to charge my husband £20 for elastoplast plasters. When he said that is ridiculous, he reduced the price to £8. Also ridiculous. No prices displayed.
Don't go there! This place a rip-off! I was charged £79 for 2 bottles of augmentin which normally cost £9 each!! I really hope this place will shut down soon.
Outstanding service. Prince pharmacy offers an amazing service, really lovely staff and they deliver the medication to my house. Can’t recommend them enough.
Lifesavers. I ran out of my crucial medicine and Rusol was absolutely helpful and a godsend. Highly recommended. Exemplary patient care and management.
Extremely overpriced. I feel bad for all the people that have been there to buy just small items and been completely ripped off. Happened to me
Profiteering. Selling Panadol for £8 a box and hand sanitiser for £28. Hugely overpriced and taking advantage of people in a time of need.
Although the staff is friendly and helpful, the place is overpriced. They are selling 2 pounds worth plasters for 9.99 pounds.
Lovely staff. Super convenient opening hours. People complaining about prices need to remember its location ! Love this place
AMAZING who cares about how expensive AT LEAST WE CAN GO ON HOLIDAY NOW ! COVID TEST AT 10 o CLOCK AT NIGHT SUCH A BABE
Pharmacy was fantastic! Pharmacist and counselor were extremely helpful and expeditiously addressed my medical need.
WORST PHARMACY EVER. Charged me £14 for Imodium. DONT GO HERE NO MATTER HOW DESPARATE. And very very rude staff
Amazing staff and service ! This will definitely be my go to pharmacy :)) i highly recommend !!
Rip off, AVOID... One Lemsip + one Nurofen = £28... In other places should be less than £10
Very nice people. Helped me find what I needed. Definitely recommend plus it’s open 24 hour
ITS A CON AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. EVERYTHING IS OVERCHARGED!!!!
Why on EARTH does an LFT test cost £15 here? Boots sells them for £2
Overpriced, easily double If not triple what boots costs
Very freindly and informative. Really pleasant visit.
Goods are three times overpriced. Total scam
