I went as a part of my surprise bachelorette and it was absolutely atrocious. The service was horrible. We clicked the call button and they didn’t come for over an hour despite many requests. For that reason we only got one drink order. We did a second but they didn’t bring it until they already closed. They had a private event going on and we were told we were not allowed out of the room and we had to call for drinks. Despite this people came in and out of our room and made us uncomfortable. The drinks didn’t come. The atmosphere was disgusting. The bathrooms were unuseable. The toilets were overflowed with barf as were the sinks. I’ve never seen so much barf and nasty bathrooms in other clubs. So overpriced for horrible service and atmosphere. Honestly ruined what was supposed to be a fun day. I’m sure there’s better bars to go too.

Went to today's RnB party.. we were seated at our table for 50 minutes before we were approached about the food menu. All we got was 1x side of fries... we were charged $24.78 with a built in gratuity... just crazy!!! Biggest issue however was we were served a cracked shot cup that leaked out half the alcohol by the time we made it back to our table. The patio bartender was kind enough to sort of replace it but instead of straight up replacing it she dumped the left over alcohol from the cracked one into a new shot cup and topped it up. I didnt think until after the fact the possible danger of drinking a sharp chard of plastic. Smoking seemed to be allowed on the patio. Whether it's allowed or not it was just the icing on the cake for an altogether bad experience.. except for the music. I don't think I'll ever go back.

Believe the 1 star reviews , used to do zodiac before the new location so thought we'd try a new spot for a birthday where we'd be drinking. Service awful , got a room with bottle service. The rooms are cool , the mics barely worked. The hidden fees and bottle service became club prices. Also they demanded deposit on credit card wouldn't take a cash deposit we offered double to calm their worries. Literally like they're trying to have the worst service and scam culture possible. Maybe it's reverse racism ? Zodiac costs a fortune now and has a trippy small nightclub inside it.

AMAZING! Went here for New years and rented out room #5. Very easy to pick songs and mics worked great. Amazing song selections and great room setups. We ended up keeping the room for an extra 1hr and it was very easy to extend! They were very accommodating! Easy to order drinks from the bar and cheap!! Doubles were only ~$15! Food was very good but did take a while to come to the room so I suggest ordering early! My boyfriend John and I met the owner Ray and he was SO amazing!! Very kind, professional and even gave us a couple extra shots! Would highly recommend and will come back :)

I’ve been to a lot of karaoke bars and this is by FAR the best I’ve ever been to!!! they have all the songs, clean rooms, range between affordable drinks and TOP shelf bottle service options for occasions. It’s also full of arcade bar. We’ve been here for multiple birthdays parties and it’s the best time. Highly recommend! ( I don’t understand any of the poor reviews here, this place is always a hoot).

This place has so much potential! It's a great location with a fantastic patio. But Every beer available is a lager. The bar was underequipped (it took them 10 minutes to make a single $22 cocktail!). And there's no kitchen. Instead you can order the most mediocre sushi ever which comes in from next door, but it's an hour wait.

It was a disappointment. Food took an hour and a half and it came in take out containers. We ordered three appies and they came 10 minutes apart from each other. We paid for our food before we got it and 18% for automatically added to our bill for tip. It was a strange experience.

I've been here twice, but most recently for my birthday. Both times we had an amazing time! The place is perfect for bigger groups as rooms fit a lot of people, there is beerpong available for before/after karaoke and they have arcade games and a beautiful patio. Will definitely go back and plan more events there!

Should only require a $500 deposit for folks more than 5 guests each room or if drinking alcohol. Great staff. Awesome rooms and sound equipment. Need to fix song selection ie: Some songs are present but not organized so it's a little hard to find unless you know the title. Huge selection of foods/snacks and drinks.

We rented room #9 on a Saturday night and had a blast! It was easy to select songs and build a playlist for karaoke and the room we were in was nice. The mic’s died a couple of times and the servers couldn’t keep up with the drinks orders but otherwise it was a great experience. We will be back!
