I came into Pro Computers specifically requesting a battery replacement, not complaining of a power issue as they have stated in the reply to this review. Jansen wanted to charge me a $90 'Diagnostic Fee' with a 2-3 day turn around just to unscrew the back off my laptop and check the part number on my battery. His demeanour was unaccommodating. I then visited another computer store. The man there checked the part in 2 minutes, charged no fee, and was much more friendly in the process. After ringing Jansen back with the part number, he changed his tune and didn't feel the need to charge the diagnostic fee. To their credit, the quote for the battery itself bettered the competitor by $40, but was still $80 more expensive than the best price for the part online. Come on guys, no need to lie in response to reviews to save face.

Outstanding service, pricing and solutions. I have now gone here twice for different problems I was having with my laptop. The service was outstanding on both occasions. My most recent dealings saw major hard drive issues on my laptop, which caused me serious issues as I use this for my business. Phil very quickly came up with a solution that saw my laptop performing faster and more reliably than it ever has, at a great price. I travel to this store from Arana Hills due to the brilliant service I receive here. Thank you for your wonderful work, and having it all fixed in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend these guys.

I work in IT but rarely have time to keep up to date with all of the latest in desktop components. I needed a new desktop built but didn't have the time to research all the components let alone put it together, troubleshoot it etc. The guys helped me pick out a build and they ordered it, put it all together, updated it and tested it. The build quality was excellent. The guys were friendly, helpful and had great expertise and knowledge. Their location is convenient and their opening hours are generous. I work in the industry and would have no problems recommending them to anyone and using their services for myself.

I live in the area and have been going to Ed's Pcs for a while. Their customer service is amazing and they have always offered help and advice whenever I needed it, the owner once allowed me to come in after hours just to get a part I needed. Not only are they fast and efficient they also make you feel pretty welcome and are fun to chat with. I have recommended them to most of my friends when they need help or parts and will continue to do so. If you want friendly service and amazing work then definitely head here.

Dropped off my 2.5 year old gaming PC I bought there from the previous company as it froze randomly. Jannsen was quick to take on the job and outlined the cost up front. Called me next day to give a status update. Called again to suggest next steps and costs associated with it. Picked it up next day and has been working since without issues. Jannsen advised there's a 30 day guarantee on it so that made me feel more comfortable too. Will go there again.

Without a doubt the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Friendly welcoming staff that serviced my laptop quickly and efficiently so as not to interrupt my uni work. Explained everything to me in a way could understand and I couldn't believe how cheap they were too! Will never be going anywhere else for any of my computer/tech help every again!! Very very happy customer right here :)

Great service and kept us constantly updated with their progress on our data retrieval after a storm surge. Helped us out with our insurance claim as well so that we had a successful outcome. Very happy with their service
