The initial service received from this dealer was outstanding but when I think back it is to be expected when their main function is to sell and not care about anything else. An amount was mentioned on the agreement to be paid as a deposit which we paid immediately after signing the agreement not to delay the deal unnecessary. The finance amount was not mentioned on the agreement which was strange but one would think that if there is a change in the finance amount they would inform us, RIGHT? WRONG!!! We were apparently not approved for the full amount and the admin lady thought the sales person advised us and the sales person thought the admin lady advised us. Clearly a non-communication issue which they made our problem. If more was required as a deposit why was this not added to deposit amount mentioned on the agreement? They refuse to pay our initial deposit back. Yes I understand that it is a non-refundable deposit but the fact is we would never have signed the agreement if the information was made known to us before the time. They used the deposit to uninstall the tracker they fitted as a condition of the agreement. We would have taken full responsibility for this if we were at fault but to keep information from a client to get a sale is not cool and also refusing to pay back what is not yours is not good business practice. They were not even prepared to negotiate as I mentioned to them that we are not prepared to take the loss on our own. This is how they trap people by withholding important information and expect the client to ask the right questions.

I've never had a more pleasant experience with dealing with a car dealership before. I've owned 4 cars and oh I can honestly say that this was the best experience by far. The professionalism displayed by all staff was a breath of fresh air. Ashwin ensured to go the extra mile . I missed the viewing of the car and he worked around my schedule to ensure I could test drive. He was so courteous he even brought the car to my door to ensure I could view. Juwaya oh she was just amazing. I always seem to struggle with clientele and paperwork but not a procor. Nope Juwaya sorted me and all my paperwork in less that 3 hours . I was so amazed and grateful . Then there's Tammy . Well Tammy just lights up the place. She created such a comfortable environment for every visit we had there. Her whole vibe just draws you back in . I recommend PROCOR to everyone. And I surely won't stop raving about this amazing little gem we found . So thankful for procor and the help we received. I bought a car from Procor Auto and 15 days later, the intake manifold clogged up. I returned to the dealership where I was told to get it fixed myself. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life, I strongly recommend to look elsewhere if purchasing a second hand vehicle. UPDATE: I have now had to sell my vehicle for a 25% loss after having countless phone calls to ProCorAuto. Car started to leak oil after having it fixed at their recommended mechanic. 2 months later same problem started again and I contacted ProCorAuto and they made 0 effort to help. Lastly, half of the reviews on here are fake and Jean Gous's 5 star review is pointless because he works there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

The service I received from ProCor was nothing less than exceptional! I called in a day prior to query about a listing and the respondent was patient enough to answer all my questions and was sure to give top notch advice as to what would be a better buy. Dealing with them in person just further increased this great perception of how they treat their customers as a company - It felt like I was dealing with an old family friend instead of a dealer, that's how comfortable they made me feel. I would definitely recommend dealing with them.

Great service, Ashwin is a good salesman, very efficient and friendly. So far service has been excellent 3 weeks later and I had a few minor issues and called Ashwin and he arranged for the vehicle to come in and had all the issues sorted out without any hassles. I am super impressed with the level of after sales service i received and what impressed the most is that he actually followed up with me afterwards to see if the i was happy with the job done. This is the worst company around especially the service from PJ. People if you in the market to buy a second hand vehicle don't buy one of PJ cars, he is an owner at Pro Cor. He claims roadworthy and everything else was done, but it wasn't. And trying to make him understand that it's not right, he wants to tell you what do you expect with what you paid, yet he advertises that the vehicle is in excellent condition. And ontop of it he has an attitude of entitlement. Don't waste your time or money.

They acknowledged an issue with the vehicle I have purchased and did not resolve the issue. Customer service is not part of their business focus. They have not yet provided us with the updated registration plates and disc yet (I have had to do multiple follow ups, and was told they had them and would send it with their driver). We are now driving with an expired licence disc for 4 days. Save yourself the headaches, stress, and financial burdens. Go somewhere else.

Worst dealership ever , they come across helpful but once you have your car you notice it’s not the original car parts and you sit with multiple problems. The worst part is , they tell you they will assist if anything happens but they don’t even respond to calls and messages. If you that desperate , you’re going to pay a monthly instalment and still pay for to fix issues on your car . So think again . Dinge lyk mooi van ver , maar dit is baie ver van mooi .

Ashwin was absolutely fantastic , sold us a beautiful rav 4 , had it all cleaned , all the paperwork was sorted out on arrival at the dealership , was really informative and very quick to reply to all my WhatsApp queries . Car was a gift to my wife and on arrival it had a giant bow tie on the bonnet , drove it 244 km on first day and it’s was an absolute dream. They are a very friendly and professional dealership. The purchase of my Audi TT and trade if my BMW was painless, fast and efficient. The finance team (Nico) was very helpful and went out if his way to find me a better deal which I did get. He also got the insurance sorted at the best possible price, I was not able to beat the quote although I tried many other companies. Lastly I am loving my new car and looking forward to many happy miles.

The vehicle I bought is very well cared for with a full service history and I am very pleased with my purchase.
