Well done to Professional Hair Care in Frankston. Today I visited 3 different hair care establishments, I was in need of something specific that no one either assisted me with or had the knowledge of. It appears that customer service is not a priority these days nor is the interest to welcome them to their store. However, I experienced something magical when I arrived at Professional Hair Care in Frankston. Not only was I acknowledged and cheerfully greeted upon arrival with smiling staff, that made eye contact, I was serviced with knowledgeable staff members, all willing to jump in and assist with my needs. WHICH THEY MET! :) Quite a surprise after my previous store experiences and ever so grateful I found this store. Needless to say, I will not shop anywhere else from now on! From friendly and experienced staff to a super tidy and user friendly store with all I needed, at great prices! Thanks girls, you've made my day...see you again Linnie x

Wow! Just wow! I popped in to this store simply to see what they have, and I was blown away with how welcome I felt within seconds of entering. The ladies there were so incredibly & genuinely friendly. Their knowledge, advice and ability to listen was refreshing. No pushy sales pitch. I didn't purchase anything, but I left with some samples of a product which worked EXACTLY as they said it would. Put simply, I wouldn't bother writing this review if I didn't think it would help others know that you'll be in good hands AND you'll have fabulous hair when all is said & done. 11/10. Would highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a great place for all your hair care products & needs you don’t need to look anywhere else. Iv always come here & would never go anywhere else iv recently gone through cancer & chemo & sadly my hair has really taken a beating, but thanks to the wonderful staff here they knew exactly what to do & what products I needed & I can’t thank you enough for not only helping me & making my hair look amazing once more, but it’s also given me back my confidence. Truly The staff here are second to none I am beyond grateful thanks for everything.

Don't shop here..these good reviews are very old....We have been in here twice and a staff member both times was really rude .I rang up the Manager ( or at least they said they were the Manager) to complain about Petra or Patrice? and explained I was upset at being treated in a hostile manner by her staff member.,only to be treated just as badly by the Manager..Rude toxic hostile environment....we won't be going back! My daughter said shes very disappointed as she used to love this shop.

I tag along to this shop with my hairdresser sister regularly and I would just like to point out how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable the team here are. They really know their stuff when it comes to hair care and I trust their advice with any question i may have. Super friendly with children too, my kids enjoy tagging along with us anytime we go. The only place I will shop for hair care and I hope they are around for a very long time!

The service here is impeccable! I have stopped going to other shops because of how well I am treated here. The second time I walked in to this shop I was remembered, and welcomed, then asked how I was. Seems like pretty normal things, right? No, not these days. But this lady, (I wish I knew her name!) Is the best! Product knowledge is excellent, and she will spend the time with you required, to make sure you are buying what you need.

Wow what a great place. Petra and Daphne were so helpful and their customer service was just seamless. I needed some help with stock for my clinic and they were so efficient and gathered everything I needed. The prices are really good also compared to other suppliers. I will definitely be making this place my regular supplier. Thanks so much

I went in yesterday with my friend and we both bought hair products that were well priced and Petra helped us find the right products. Petra was a great help and offered great advice and also showed us products from different price ranges which was super helpful! Will be shopping here again! :))

Great service with knowledgeable industry experience and I’m loving my new EVY brush. It’s perfect for my hair. Worth the price as it’s such good quality I’ll have it for years. There’s two layers of bristles too.

I bought Excellent edges 6.5 scissor, the are amazing for barber, scissor over comb techniques comes with beautiful results and helps for speed aswell. Love it so much, very happy and satisfied
