I don’t normally leave negative reviews unless the services is really poor. Very unprofessional service! Found a property for rent just for a year, I was told that the owner is renovating and does not know when the property would be ready. Fair enough! Spoke to Lauren and she advised we would be the most suitable family for the house and she’d contact us as soon as the owner would notify them. I filled the application twice as the price went up due to the renovation. Put an extra $30 a week just to get the premises. Until today I have never got a call from Lauren, my new place is about to get a six monthly renewal and Lauren still hasn’t contacted me. Even if it was no, I would have been happy if I was told. Very unhappy!
