We first met George and Assad at an Open House for a property we put an offer on. We were not successful in our offer, however were very impressed at the manner they conducted themselves and the way they treated us. We have been renting for more than a year through Professional Padstow and have been having ongoing electricity issues and leak problems. The electricity issue has never been fixed so we can't heat the property properly in winter and need to limit our use of appliances in summer as the circuit trips up on a daily basis - I'm 8 monthd pregnant and this is a property not fit for habitation. It took a lot of calls from us to finally get the roof tiles fixed and stop the ongoing leaks. We are really unhappy with this agency.

When you book an inspection, they keep messaging and emailing and sending reminders and ask you to confirm, you take an hour off your job to attend the inspection and while you’re already there waiting for them “professionals” to arrive, minutes before the scheduled inspection time, you get a very professional message saying please don’t attend the inspection, it’s canceled and the property has been leased! the most unprofessional agency absolute hopeless we called to confirm an inspection and they said yes it's still happening then on our way there we refreshed the website and it got delisted 45 mins before inspection. A bunch of unprofessional time wasters don't even bother showing up to their inspections feel sorry for the people that use them to rent their properties
