Fortunately for the sake of this company not listing a phone number I can’t submit my issue the way I want to, this seems my only option. I live and work in Goldcoast and have contracts with this parking garage for work parking/validation. I arrived to get my vehicle with validation and was told it’s $65 for parking and “ we don’t take this validation” when I know that’s not true. I try to reason with the clerk, and explain to him the contract I have and it went in one ear and out the other. he proceeded to tell me “he hates people like me” and “im a headache”. after he proceeds to try and prove his point by showing me a list of validated contracts, and seeing my company is listed on list of validated companies, As I stated at the beginning. he got quiet and He proceeded to tell me “ I just know you’re a disgrace to your parents” and “if he was off the clock he would slap me because I’m a headache and should have just paid.” he charged me the correct amount $11 after proving my validation and threw the keys at me and not pulling my car around. (Considering he parked the car and don’t know where it’s at). He came from around his work area and we almost got physical. He refused to get the car, and refused to give me a receipt after I asked for it numerous times. I can only imagine this specific man is nothing but complained about giving his attitude. He’s the African American male, strong accent, and clearly hates his job. I wouldn’t recommend ANYBODY to park here and encounter him. Soon enough he’s going to create a Lawsuit on this garage encountering the right person sooner or later. If I could go lower than 1 star I would. The saddest part is I’m not the only person to have this kind of issue specifically with this person. I know 4 other coworkers to deal with this specific issue. And dealing with this kind of thing after a hard night of work and just trying to get home isn’t ideal, and just not a way to run a business.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The parking staff(specifically the African American gentleman with the heavy accent) is extremely rude and very hostile. Yelling and screaming at my wife and simply for walking to our car.
