My brother acquired a unit to store his things into. He received a message that his unit had been compromised and because he cannot get their him because he is disabled he asked me to take him there. I took off work to take him to the unit so we could see what was stolen if anything. When we got there the outside doors were very difficult to open and I had to go down to another door and walk quite a distance to get to his unit on the inside. When I did get to his unit the lock that we put on it was missing and evidently public storage put their own lock on it we were not able to get into the unit. We contacted public storage and all we could do was leave a message a couple of days later we received the phone call but someone would meet us over there to let us into our unit. On the day and time that we agreed to we were there we waited an additional hour for someone to show up and no one ever did. I would not and will not store any of my personal belongings at public storage. I don't know if we're going to have to get the police involved because we cannot get into our unit and these people here will not meet us there to let us in. The lady we spoke to assured us that someone would need us there so that we could look over our unit we have called back and let her know that no one showed up and we still have not received a return phone call and this was on Thursday and today is Sunday still no response. So I'm just letting everyone know please do not store your things at this storage unit you may not see them again.

I give this storage a 1 star due to the fact that the manager Amy was not honest and upfront with me when I asked her about the extra fees that was added once I got to the storage to pay. I called the unit first and was quoted a price by a certain gentlemen and then reserved the unit online, when I arrived at the storage after I went through paperwork I asked why the difference in the price she said I had to purchase locks and insurance. I then told her that they did not quote that to me when I called and she said by law they could not cover that information over the phone. I then called the 1-800 # when I arrived home and was advised that I could have purchased my own lock which I priced at Home Depot and was half the cost and also I could have used my own renters insurance instead of paying for their insurance. So as a result I was out of $40.00 extra dollars. I guess they must receive a bonus for selling Public Storage inventory. Will not be using this storage facility for any more of my storage needs.

DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE. UNITS GET BROKEN INTO AND THEY HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cameras don’t record anywhere besides their office. Easy bait to get robbed. if you value your things please go elsewhere. 3 years ago when they had someone actually on duty. I was basically always reminded to give them a good review. Let me tell you a lot has changed our unit got broken into and no one really could help me with getting this situation figured out. Police took forever to show up. VERY STRESSFUL! Poor service!!! It’s self storage. And one person checks the units every three days. Are you kidding me lol this place is a joke. Very unprofessional. Who is the franchisee here? PLEASE DO BETTER!

This location is not layed out well or friendly for bigger vehicles. The aisles are very narrow, and the corners are entirely too tight to maneuver moving trucks, or trailers around them. There is a garbage dumpster poorly placed by the entrance/exit taking up precious turning space. The ground is steep causing low vehicles to scrape or even bottom out; especially pulling into or out of the street. Would not recommend this location as management is not around to answer questions or help with concerns.

I called different public storage locations.But in this particular location,Mary went the extra mile! She helped me get the best deal and get right size for my storage needs. I live in Saginaw and I don't mind to drive the extra mile! May is very professional, very helpful, and very kind. There are very few people like her! I would strongly recommend this particular location to anybody that is looking for a place to store their belongings. Thank you Mary!!!.

Ms.Vicki was very professional and sweet although we ran into system issues we got thru it together she didn't give up and ensured I was satisfied and tooken well care of because of her I'll most definitely refer ppl and even come back to this location if need be in the future P.S. Ms.Vicki and I'm sure the other employthey need a go- cart to drive around in and take the customers to the different units outside

Since I first began using public storage a year ago I have always been extremely pleased with the personal customer service I receive from Mary, the property manager. She is always pleasant and handles every situation quickly and professionally. She manages to be professional yet sweet and personable at the same time. You should have one of her in all your storage locations!!

This is a 100% highly recommended storage, with awesome customer service from Mary the manager. Mary is a very professional, neighbor friendly and well spoken person that goes out of her way to help any customer or customer to be. Its a blessing to have someone that cares of service that you should never pass this storage by.

The gal that helped me is named Hannah from the facility on Hemphill. I can't say enough good things about her. I was in a very tough place. She was so helpful and kind to me. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I don't know if the storage company reads these reviews... if so, I hope you appreciate what a star you have.

Look, The People that work here are awesome. However, don't get trapped here. I have been storing my stuff here for a year. The rent for the unit has went up twice. On a 10x15 I am now paying 200.00 a month. Might not be much to you but
