Nicole was a great communicator and helpful to get you in the door, and then asks for a 5-star review immediately before you leave. As soon as you do leave it's 'Outta site, outta mind' I called them monthly about 27 times without any call back, EVER! Raised the rent by 40%, and still no answer over the phone or return call. She then calls me as soon as I empty the unit(firstt time since account opening) to try and get another month payment, even the unit was completely emptied in time. I had the smallest unit available. Plywood doors to secure the filthy 100 degree Fahrenheit unit. I paid half the price for triple sized unit in New Jersey, at a much cleaner, incredibly responsive, and more secure company for the past three years. Overall, bad service and expensive experience. Two-stars for my things still being there.

I have an outdoor uncovered space. I park a 16foot enclosed trailer at this public storage. My monthly rate after incentives and promotions was $127 month. 3 months later my rate is increased to $167. That is just over a 30% increase after 3 months. Something about that seems shady, deceptive, and something I felt I should share. Oh, and be late with a payment due to my debit card number changing due to fraud, another 30% late fee charge. I'd say read the fine print, multiple times, or better yet do business elsewhere as I will be doing just as soon as I can find another space elsewhere.

The man at the desk was very helpful (I believe his name was Brad). I explained what my needs were and he recomended/provided the perfect size unit I needed for a reasonable price. He did this professionally, quickly, and was able to answer all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. Unit was clean with no damage, perfect for just storing winter stuff during the summer. Would certainly recommend. Edit. Nicole was very accommodating and understanding of the hardships brought on by the covid pandemic. Helped me out significantly. Very much recommend this location.

Nicole Tamala and Nick were absolutely wonderful in helping me straighten out my bill everytime I come to this location all the staff at this place are very helpful kind an awesome definitely will recommend the to public storage on North Lamar across from one another to all family and friends because I've always gotten great service from all the employees they all definitely deserve a raise and if I could give more than five stars I would but that's all I can give so fivestars it is again thank you guys for all of your help I really do appreciate it

Nicole was very rude to me today. I am a new customer. I went to office today and Nicole was there. She was very unprofessional. She had very bad attitude since the time I entered the office. She did not want to help me at all. She harrassed me and did bully me in the office. She was yelling at me that she was the property manager and was in charge everything. She made herself a queen there with rude attitude. She questioned and was bully me when I return the lock to her. She is the worst customer service person in my life.

Had a horrible experience at the Public Storage across the street from this location (the one next to a small car dealership and gas station). At this location though, Nicole helped me out and made me feel valued and appreciated and went out her way to make sure my issue got resolved!!!!! Public Storage needs more people like her. The location i had an issue with, sad part, is that the management is who made me feel unappreciated/valued!! Thank you Nicole for making sure Public Storage didn't loose a client!

Ron at public storage on 8128 N. Lamar Blvd was a great help to my wife and I today. When we arrived he answered all our questions and was able to get us the best available unit. Ron was very attentive and spoke with respect and he made it clear he knew what he was talking about as far as the policies and procedures of public storage. I recommend this location if anyone is looking to rent a unit. My family and I will continue to use this location as long as Ron is here. Thank you Ron.

Needed a place to store my belongings in a hurry due to my house getting flooded and I came in to this location and Nicole was absolutely wonderful and helping me find the right size space and a really good rate she even told me some damn check to help with the moisture and humidity to protect my items very fast very quick she knew her stuff very helpful and I'm very grateful to her thanks a lot and I definitely would recommend her to friends and family thank you public storage

I don't know how many times Nicole has helped me out from me forgetting to lock my unit when I was leaveing to the time I couldn't get the door closed it was minutes before 9pm and there she was asking what's wrong I told her and she grabbed that overhead and gave it all she had and closed it I have been there for over a yr now had changes to get a cheaper unit some where else but then there's not another manager like Nicole she keeps the place in order and gets the job done

I'm getting ready to move out my place in the middle of the next month since my lease is up and I needed a place to store my big items that won't fit into the my new place. I came to public storage to check out your prices. A nice young lady named April helped me. She's answered all my questions and took the time to look over things with me. I will be back for sure to rent a unit with April. Thank you so much for making this as easy as possible for me . :)

Sent me a final bill of $0 after I moved out. The next day they charged me for another month. I left multiple messages requesting a call back but no one returned my call, so I called the corporate office and opened a case. Still no call back. Update: The day I posted this I received a call from the district manager who helped get the charges reversed. It shouldn't take a bad review to get someone to pick up the phone and investigate what happened.

Too bad I can't give more stars for a higher rating . My wife , Catarina and I love how clean the place is kept , and April is " AWESOME " . She is so nice and very helpful . Just about every time we go by the storage unit , April is almost always doing something to keep the place looking great and in good shape . Keep up the good work April , you're the best . Thanks public storage for having someone like April around , she's "AWESOME !!!" .

Great service! I have used this facility for three years and would recommend for anyone. Gerald has been my go-to throughout my time here. Over the phone and in person he is always friendly, patient, and helpful. He can always provide me with the answers I need. This has been important to me, as moving and storing and moving again can be stressful and overwhelming. I was so glad to see him on my final visit to storage! Thank you!

Brad was very helpful and friendly, explained everything well, and allowed me to log in to my phone to get the online rate, which was cheaper than most other facilities in Austin. The process was fast and simple, and the small storage unit was clean and spacious, with an overhead light and conveniently located for drive up. Rental was pro-rated so we can pay on the first, with the first month free! Recommend!

I can’t say enough about how responsive and helpful Nicole was at the Public Storage at 8128 N Lamar Blvd. I was emptying out a locker I had for some time. It was hot and I’m not a young chick. Nicole came to see if I needed help. She helped me with the last 2 items and was a God send to me. I emptied and swept the locker before the temp went much higher. A big thank you goes out to Nicole. She’s the best.

April ROCKS! I went there expecting to pay more for less space than I ended up getting. Thank god because I would not have been able to put it all in a smaller unit. April was friendly and helpful even though she was busy helping many people that day. She even remembered my name a month later when I came in with more questions. A+ rating from me.

This facility is amazingly clean, well organized, with great customer support. April was prompt, friendly, and courteous. She made sure we got exactly what we wanted and that we got the best deal possible for it!!! She answered all of our questions without complaint. Since Brad became property manager the inside floors are being mopped frequently rather than rarely, moved out units are cleaned quickly and any abandoned items are removed promptly. Great service! I moved in a couple months ago and they made it super easy to get started and moved in asap. Then, I recently asked to transfer to a smaller unit and they did it very quickly and for the best deal. I've had nothing but pleasant interactions with all the staff there, so I highly recommend it.

Rented a unit and parking space today. I just went into look at the facility. Brad impressed me with his customer service skills and interest in helping me find what I need. The facility is freshly painted , roads are repaved, and the units are clean.

Good location, easy sign-up. Price will be raised after a certain amount of time with a month's notice. Location staff seem willing to work with you on this if you reach out, and are more friendly than Public Storage's corporate customer service.

I’ve had a great experience using this public storage. I was able to get a big discount by booking online and Brad was awesome at explaining all the details of the service and how to use the storage. He even helped me sign up for autopay! A+++

The move in process was fine but after you move in the office will not pick-up the phone if you have questions. I called three times and no one would ever pick-up. Would not recommend this location.
