I am no longer at this public storage. The only employee that keeped the place cleaned whom was the on-site manager was fired. She was replaced by a black female employee whom sits in the office closet, out of the cameras view and will be on her phone. She does no sweeping nor mopping because ,as she told me in passing" it's to hot,these people don't realize how hot it is out here." I had called the corporate office in order to complain about the fact that the place was dirty and was told by the person I spoke to on the phone that she would email the office. After speaking to the corporate office I went to the office and found the black female employee in the closet on her phone out of the cameras view. I asked her if she received an email. She said "no" and asked me " why, was I suppose to" ? I replied that "yes, the corporate office is supposed to email you about the dirtiness in the storage hallway." She told me that she wished I hadn't done that ( call the corporate office) be ause she could get in trouble. Needless to say, not to long after that I found an eviction notice signed by a Jordan Smith informing me that I had until such and such date to vacate my unit. The only reason given on this notice was that I was being evicted "for cause". Now when I first asked this same black female employee what reason there could be for the notice. She informed me that it was because I was smoking in the unit. I told her that I do not smoke cigarettes. The second time I asked her what was the "for cause" of the eviction notice. She informed me that it was because I had left a bag of trash and a bottle of urine in the hallway. I replied that that was not true and that we could go to my storage and I would show her that my trash was properly stored in my storage. The very next day, when I arrived at my storage unit I found a bottle of urine sitting right in front of my door! Fortunately I had arrived at the same time as another renter in my same storage unit and she saw the bottle of urine sitting there when I opened the front entrance door into the hallway. This was strictly a retaliatory response to my complaint and which was condoned by this Jordan Smith whom as I am to understand is the area manager. Well, this Jordan Smith must know that he has a black renter in one of the front storages that sleeps there which is against the public storage policies. I would not refer ANYONE to this public storage nor the public storage up the road. The lady whom was the on- site manager and whom was fired for some reason or other, was the only one that keeped that place clean. Her replacement, this black woman was not keeping the place clean because like she told me," it's to hot".

They changed the code to the door without notification and I’ve come to try to access my unit at 8:30pm for something I need immediately, and there’s obviously no one here, being after hours. I then called customer service and he kept repeating the same thing to get me to hang up. A textbook answer isn’t the solution to everything. There’s an obligation to provide reliable access to one’s things within the outlined hours. If a code is changed, you have a record of tenants to notify. Phone call is sufficiently secure with the right verification on our end. I will be terminating my rental as soon as I return from a trip. Everyone giving this a 5 star review gave one liners specifically crediting April. That’s is obviously from friends trying to her out.

I am well pleased with the service we received at Public Storage. We were able to get just the right size storage and was helped by Omar. Our furniture fit perfectly and was a life saver for the moment that we needed. Omar was exceptional, very professional and even waved hi every time he saw my husband and I. He was quick to help and answer any questions related to our storage rental and suggested that we purchase mattress covers, which we were happy that we did. We need more people like Omar, he is patient, hard worker and keeps the working area clean. Would I rent from this place again, Yes I would! Omar is a major reason why I would!!! Omar Rocks!

All the people who I've had any dealings with at this location have been AWESOME....super nice +helpful with anything I've needed. Omar, Brandon, + Judy. I've had my belongings there for almost 9 months now, + frequently go in in person to pay each month. I really couldn't ask 4 any better customer service + I feel safe in keeping my stuff there. I had a choice initially in locations-there are several close by-and am so thankful I ended up at this one bc one of the other property mgrs I talked to was so rude each time I called-even BEFORE I moved in!! I definitely recommend this location....Omar + his staff make all the difference!!!

There was a billing problem with my unit and April called me to let me know that I was past due. I disputed that but I'm in another city so I felt the best thing was to go ahead and just pay online what they were telling me I owed. April called me back and told me that she had researched what I told her and found out that their billing information was incorrect. Their district manager even refunded the amount that I had just paid. At any company, there are few employees who would have taken the time to do what she did. She is awesome and I really appreciate what she did for me. Public Storage is lucky to have her working for them.

Shelley is incredibly helpful and personable. Her performance as Property Manager has been an unexpected pleasure which made the move less stressful for me. Having never used or conducted any business with a storage facility before, Shelley made the experience one that far exceeded any preconceived hassles I had expected. Her friendly and upbeat demeanor was a ray of sunshine in my otherwise hectic and stressful experience of moving. You have quite an asset in Shelly as your employee. It's too bad that it is so rare to receive good customer service these days. Thank you so much. You have no idea how much I appreciated her help!

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Took 7 calls over 2 weeks to finally get someone to answer the phone. Zero callbacks when I left messages. I reserved a unit online and paid for it. I showed up the day of move in and they didn’t have my unit size available. It has been TWO WEEKS since my reservation was made and no one had contacted me that the unit was not available. They offered to transfer me to a different location at TWICE THE PRICE. They wouldn’t even honor the original price after they gave away my reserved unit to someone else. Horrible shady business.

It was a seamless and easy transaction (note, the app kept crashing but not the local teams fault). The local team was great! As a manager in my business, I loved to witness the teaching phase for all front line staff. We received everything we needed and personalized service to boot! I'm embarrassed that I don't remember his or her name. You can tell the manager had been there awhile. The young lady that helped us, (all I remember is the unfilled tattoo band on you arm)... you were amazing! As a sales manager, I didn't even blink at add-ons lol

I had gone to the storage unit earlier and was told to put my own lock on. I was making another errand and had to run out first. Drove 45 minutes there after finishing up and found out they put a new lock on without telling me, and they had left for the day. Spent 20 minutes fielding through a robotic phone call just to get to their voicemail. I dont know what kind of "service" this is but locking my own unit without any notice? That is horribly unprofessional and seemingly criminal. I am appalled.

I met April the Manager for the 1st time today. I was waiting for my friend to come by to show me how the lock worked. April saw me and asked if there was anything she could to help me. I told her can you show me how the lock works? April stopped what she was doing and explained how the lock works, and the proper way to open the door. I was thankful that April was there to help me. April is a Sweetheart, if anyone needs storage please come and see April, before going anywhere else.

Every five star review is a LIE written by friends of April, look at them. They've only ever given ONE GOOGLE REVIEW? SCAM. Horrific service. If only I could give them NEGATIVE FIVE STARS. Seriously, how do you stay in business with such shockingly poor attitudes and criminal policies of charging people indefinitely who have moved out of the state by claiming they have to come in person to the office to close the account only after you know they've moved cross country?

We needed a place to storage some items from our move out and we stopped by this location after having a bad experience at a different storage facility. I have to tell you that it was so clean when we walked in, the lady that helped us her name is Shelley and she the most sweetest person and so helpful. Loved the experience if you need to rent a storage please stop by with her she will help you and show you that customer service that nowadays is so hard to find.

Mia S. was in the office when I came in. I have had a unit at this location for a number of years and have been through multiple staff members. Mia was the absolute BEST!! The kind of employee EVERYONE would love to have! Great location. Just what I needed. The online platform was perfect for when I needed to get the unit. Even without meeting someone upfront, Cynthia the one I believe runs the location. This place has a significant amount of rats, enough to destroy everything I had in my unit for less than a year. What wasn’t destroyed by rats was covered in mold. To add insult to injury, the insurance that they require you to purchase through them barely covers anything, and will not cover the cost of the damage to all of the things in my unit.

My cousin rented here awhile back and loved it. When I decided to move out my apartment this was the first place I looked. When I arrived I was met by Omar, he was very polite and very helpful he found me a perfect room. March 6 I moved in and the following week he called to check in on my move. This will be the first place I'll go to again...

I have had a wonderful experience at this particular public storage. Omar was very helpful and had me ready to go very quick. Philessia was also excellent and very helpful and great customer service. Every time i have a question she always has the answer. I will definetely recommend this public storage to anybody who is looking for a place.

I was moving up North Austin and luckily I came across a public storage at this location which was 5 mins away from where I lived at very helpful when someone is moving around and needing stuff to be put away and April at that location was very friendly and helpful, I always recommend public storage every where I go to anyone!!

Having to store stuff is never fun but the staff made it bearable. They are friendly, courteous, and competent. The units are clean and secure. You need two codes plus a lock to access the unit so it's very unlikely that they would be broken into.

Shelley went above and beyond to help me with my storage unit. Every time I see her, she is working hard or running between different units helping people. For only one person, she covers a lot of ground. Really appreciate the excellent service!
