Place is run down. They dont seem to have anyone there watching things. I noticed someone has tampered with the door of my unit. There is no way to contact support if youre having a problem. The phone number listed never answers so youre just on your own. I went to throw some things in the dumpster today and they have ot locked down lol. Figures they would spend more time locking up the dumpster that Tennants pay for vs worrying about the security of the facility overall. I noticed someone has cut a hole behind the dumpster in the fence. Guess what? Cant tell anyone... cant report it.. office is just an automated machine. Ill be so glad when i get my last bit of things out this next month. They raise the price over and over and over even when other are struggling in this economy. They just care about your money. If i where you i would use a different place or just a different public storage location in general. This one sucks. Cant wait to be out!

This storage facility are Theives they will take all your things and Never call you to make arrangements.They took very expensive clothes and several mink stoles that were my grandmothers prized possessions if you get just 1 month behind they will tag on fees that will make it impossible for you to get caught up I am talking about hundreds of dollars and then if you don't have the money at the time to pay it they will Not contact you about it either and your stuff will be gone thats what happened to me and I contacted the main office to figure out how to pay it they said yiu don't have the money to pay it RIGHT THEN There is NOTHING WE CAN DO I could have paid in installments but they did not have that option I am warning you DONT GET BEHIND NOT ONE MONTH OR IT WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO GET CAUGHT UP

Hey there just wanted to leave a review for this location that I used for the first time. Actually first time using a storage company at all. Over all I would say I have NO complaints about the location. The manager Jonathon was super cool, professional, answered all my questions and He really made the whole process was stress free!! It’s great to use services from a place that staff has great energy and not rude at all. The employees there I’ve spoke with have also been amazing even one guy can’t remember his name but helped me when a wasp flew into my unit and I freaked out lol won’t be needing the unit long but I know where to go if I ever need to again thanks guys!! ——CHRISTINA GLASCO, FORT WORTH TEXAS

I took my mom here to get her first storage unit and the staff Amy was great and welcoming to è and my mom. She walked my mom through all the prices and showed her the size she picked out even though it was 5 minutes to closing. We didn't feel rushed out. From start to finish it was a great experience. Now if I can say one thing that can be improved is when ever staff leave the building to check locks ext.. they should put up a sign saying making my rounds or on the grounds please wait. Because when we got there we thought they went home early but she was just doing a little cleaning which I must say looked great.

Absolutely baffled at their lack of professionalism. I came in 2 weeks ago to get a unit, they told me I had to reserve it online. I went home and reserved my unit. Confirmed with their office twice, even called a 3rd time today on my way to move my stuff in that I was running a few minutes late. I get there and they tell me they gave my unit to someone else. What exactly is the purpose of reserving a unit if they don't hold them for you? Went across the street to Extra Storage and had absolutely terrific customer service.

This place is a nightmare to deal with. I can’t even pay for my reservation. I made one online, came to the kiosk to pay since it would not let me continue online. Then it turns out my storage is no longer available. Every time someone pops up on the kiosk to help, they just hang up. Same as the customer service number, they all hang up. They are too lazy to do their job. Save yourself your time and pay more for a better storage. Public storage sucks.

I went to this public storage place this morning. I really found everything I needed for a move. Ron helped me with box selection and then took me to see two storage units. I contracted for the large unit and I even returned for a second purchase of boxes. Ron was great and I recommend Ron and this public storage store. Good man to help with information and purchases. Ms. Amy is a great customer advocate! I observed that she had a great working relationship with the customers she assisted ahead of me! My turn was no different!!! She was able to ensure that I knew all of my options and even set up a courtesy reservation at a different location that better suited my needs. Keep up the good work, Amy! Amy is an amazing manager who possesses top-notch customer service skills. Amy explained the public storage information succinctly and in an easy-to-understand fashion to me and my boyfriend, Shannon. When Amy showed the storage unit she was very friendly and conversational during the walk/location. Needless to say, we are very happy we chose this storage facility!

Worst place ever I have had my Storage for 3 years Decided to move out Main reason is because Every time you turn around They are going up on the rent Decided to move out Oct 1 / 2023 And I get a call today saying that I need to pay for the full months RENT of a $ 100.00 I told them I am not pay a $ 100.00 for 1 day They are a bunch of thieves that's what they are

The hours are not reasonable for gate entry. They should at least be open til 10pm if not 11. Some schedules don't allow customers to get off til 8pm and trying to rush to move your things by 9pm is difficult. They need to definitely extend their hours and accommodate the customers who work later . They don't offer 24 hour access even for move in day.

The lady Andria who helped me saved me $80 which is A LOT of money to my family by telling me about the different specials available. Very clean and secure units with exceptionally helpful staff members who actually seem to be eager to help their customers. I'd totally refer this company to anyone. PUBLIC STORAGE has set the standard. Thank you

Mia & Amy & and the new guy was awesome they help me and my granny out so much they helped me found the right storage for me and my family stuff and the prices are so great. Ms. Samantha was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! She walked me through every point from renting, insurance, to the promotions going on. Any questions I had she answered. She even made sure I had enough supplies for packing for my move. She was such a delight!

Having on going issues with this location. The managers bounce around so when you think you have a situation rectified it fails to be communicated with the additional managers. We had been locked out of his storage for a lil over a month

Angle was very informative and helpful. She understood I did not have much time and was respectful of that. Made small talk and made me comfortable that my belongings would be safe at this facility. The whole process was quick and simple.

Won’t ever rent here ever again!!!!! They changed the doors and locks without sending out any messages. Very inconvenient. I have to drive to another location just to pick up my key to access my things in this unit. This is terrible.
