The employees are just making a fool of customers. They even don’t respect the elder people like I went there for my account closure and they were just making the system so lazy. A worst place where employees doesn’t want to work and sitting and gossiping and the younger employees are sitting and enjoying with other people working thereand the old employees don’t know how to talk to elder customers in all the branch is not willing to work it is better to utilise post offices located at other places as to which the employees are willing to work and doesn’t make fool of customers. Even when I went to get my grandparents account close so they said to bring them there . How could they come if they can’t walk properly

Very poor handling, Staff deputed is never on seat and always loitering around with excuse that his connection/systems are not working. He fails to realise the importance of time and promises to call back when system up and running. It is a disgrace that his systems never work even though he is siting in prime location. UDIA must look into and fix the technical or staff working attitude in this pandemic time. Very very poor handling.......

These days most of the post office customers are retired and women and it is not an easy task to climb 20 stairs that through very narrow staircase. Be careful when you visit the post office next. No mind, as it seems is applied while selecting location of the post office.

The timing says that it will be opened till 5 pm , but when I got there they said they closes at 3 pm. I wasn't able to post the letter because of the wrong mentioning of the time.

Amazing experience inspite of very small in size service was very good I went there for speed post of two letters and madam really help me a lot

Very slow service. Most of the time server is not working. To update one passbook, it takes more than 3 hours
