Nice looking place, filled to the brim with slot machines and, a small poker room. However, the staff are rude and entitled; and the service, very slow. I was having a good time playing poker with everyone, and was just about to buy-in for a second time... I went to the bar to grab a drink, because the server hadn't been around for awhile. Unbeknownst to me, I was followed directly to the bar, and told that I had to leave because they had video evidence that I stumbled... I presented myself to the pit boss who followed me from the poker room, and asked why they were doing this. Again he said that they had video evidence that I stumbled. I politely left, people all around, watching curiously. My reasoning is that, I was speaking too loud in the poker room, for their tastes. And since that isn't reason enough to eject someone, they have walkarounds to make it their obligation to see you out. Be mindful of every step you take. Ps. I wrote to them but their system is rejecting emails for some reason.

Located on the corner of Barlow and 16th Avenue. Plenty of parking and QR code and ID required for entry. Lots of slot machines and at Pure there’s table games and a Poker room. Free hot water, coffee or tea at the self serve kiosk located in the back corner pass the Poker Room and near the washrooms. There were also servers that come by to serve you drinks. We didn’t eat here but plenty of menu items advertised throughout the casino. The Winner’s Edge locality reward card can be used across Alberta to earn and redeem for points. Just swipe when you use it. Points can be redeemed for food, ballot entry for contests and game money toward game play. Have fun but play responsibly.

I recently visited Pure Casino in Calgary and had an amazing time. The atmosphere was electric, with lots of people having a great time and enjoying the many games and activities on offer. I particularly enjoyed the slot machines, which had a wide variety of themes and styles to choose from. I also had a great time playing blackjack and poker, and found the dealers to be friendly and helpful. The drinks were reasonably priced, and the food was delicious. Overall, I had an unforgettable evening at Pure Casino and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a fun night out!

I really like this casino. They have a certain game that I've only seen and played on the playalberta site, and they have a ton of machines. I was playing diamond millions once and stopped it mid-spin, x3 wilds=1000$, love it. We usually leave with more than we went in with. I don't like it when they switch the machines around, because sometimes I can't find the ones I usually play, but it makes me branch out to new games, so maybe it is actually a good thing, lol all in all, it's a great place to gamble.

The man at the door when we left was exceptional. Got us a cab and couldn't have been nicer. We had supper there. The prime rib was the special. Waitress never mentioned it. I had to ask. They were run off their feet. Not enough staff and it was New Years Eve. Food could have been better. Casino is clean and we had fun. Washroom could gave been cleaner. It was the smaller one and did not accommodate a handicapped person. All in all it was good but could have been better.

I love this place, not because is Gambling or Cash out, is Very Very Friendly Staff and Employers, the too kind, and Even All the Dealer too kind and Sweet, and I been so many Casino and I never saw anything like here, sometimes the people losing money, the feels sorry for them, that so nice, and all of them like that, heads up for Manager Keep going guys

Was there tonight for a Xmas party and the bathrooms were beyond disgusting. Do you even have cleaning staff? Most of the toilets were clogged with toilet paper, some stalls were locked, people have peed on the toilet seats, or haven’t flushed. I will never set foot there again. And the food at the party was awful! The service was great though, loved our waitress.

Weird Casino, Big boss ask me take off earphones while i am playing Baccarat. Other Casinos across Canada never done that to me. I went in for a meal I waiting about 5 mins they weren’t very busy. I think the waitresses are racist against native people cause I had to walk up to the bar and get my own menu. I might as well went into the kitchen and cooked my own food. Don’t go to this casino my native people hit up grey eagle casino instead.

As soon as i walked in, the night was over. If anyone wants to feel welcome, or respected or just a human being, I wouldnt reccomend running into a cerrain female security person that works there. Get ready to feel judged, humiliated and angry, for no reason. Twice for me now.... how.many more I wonder?

Great customer service from all the staff working, very helpful with a professional approach when in need of some assistance of any kind. Plenty of different games to play with quite the variety of types of games to play. Always clean and ready for players to come play the games

We were there for an exciting drag performance. The show was amazing, but sadly they only had 2 servers working the room. They could have sold more food and drinks if they had more servers! The servers were very friendly and worked very hard! Clean washrooms and floor areas.

I don't gamble but I give rides to family members. One invited me in for breakfast. They have the best breakfast at the lowest price anywhere I've been. And the customer service is 10. Now it's where I go for breakfast . The whole place is the same, clean and great service.

If you enjoy sitting in a casino that doesn’t open up enough tables then this is the place for you. If you enjoy getting crammed into a table under a heat lamp with everybody struggles to reach in and pretty much asked to sit on your lap, then this is the place for you.

Great poker room, friendly servers. Floor managers were tense and grumpy. Also, it was really weird that they had washrooms in the poker room, but you had to request a key every time you had to use it. Other than that, they have a great selection of slots.

Pure garbage. No customer service needed to work here. Pit bosses won't open a blackjack table but lets the dealer sit on an empty baccarat table. The only good thing about that place is that it looks decent inside. Not going there again however.

Went for dinner to Meridian Central cafe at the casino. The steak sandwich was very tender and delicious. Very friendly staff also. I'm satisfied and would recommend it to others. Good place for yummy meal. Thanks.

Came here for their breakfast special with my husband and was not disappointed. I was surprised at the quality of food for 7 dollars per person! Service left a bit to be desired, but overall we would come back.

Great food, well prepared from quality ingredients. Great service team, happy and friendly people only stems from good management. A bit dated if that matters and not great architecture, bit of a box tbh.

Went here for an event. The room felt a bit small but there were no bad seats. The casino was clean and fun. Some of the staff were really helpful and I will definitely go back. It was a good experience.

I worked in this kashino as a volunteer for the school. Very nice people, helpful and friendly. As a volunteer, I was fed at the casino restaurant, the food was excellent. A good place!

Says 24 hours on the door. And on Google maps. It's 920am. And doors are locked. Either you're open 24 hours like advertised or you change the sign on the door and on Google maps.

Food is decent. Service is good..I don't play poker or card games but I do like slots and VLT's.. some nights I'm lucky others not so much..but I do stay within my limit...

The absolute worst poker room in the world. House rules are unheard of and should be looked into. Poker manager should be fired for such rules. Embarrassing to the game

The phone in the volunteering room does not work, and the room is like a deep freeze. I don't think I will volunteer nixed time if it is at this place

When you first come here is the best experience you will have at this place. Some staff treat me very poorly...all in all, this is a beautiful Casino.

Roomy lots of slots. Plenty of parking, had lunch the bacon cheeseburger was great and will most definitely have it again. Can't wait to go back.
