I really enjoy going to this gym and I’m grateful that we have a pure gym in the local area now. I’ve grown up in woolwich and I’ve always felt that the options were quite limited so it’s been a big relief to have a pure gym in the centre of woolwich. Especially at such an affordable price and with an environment that caters to all levels and abilities. The staff are very friendly and approachable which makes the space feel safe, I feel that if I had any issues (which thankfully I haven’t) I could easily discuss this with them. I usually go to this gym for strength training sessions and I find that all the equipment necessary to complete my training is available. It does get busy at times (and I’m not surprised it’s a kool gym) but that doesn’t stop me from doing what I need to do. I find the members very polite and I’ve had no issues asking people how many sets they have left and have on a few occasions shared with other members which is no problem to me, we are all entering the gym to train. I’ve recently tried out a few classes and these were really fun with a good amount of challenge. I will definitely be back for more! The studio and the functional area are both great spaces to hold these classes, with enough equipment to produce variety. The instructors were friendly and brought a good energy and vibe to the classes. Some additional perks for me is the access to vending machines as I am an energy drink and protein shake fanatic, the lockers and changing rooms, and the opening hours which allow me to fit my training into my schedule. I haven’t used the showers yet but I appreciate that they are available as one day I might need to rush off somewhere after a session. All in all, I am really enjoying this gym and look forward to continuing my fitness and strength journey in this space with likeminded individuals and coaches. I recommend people to sign up and make the most of a space that facilitates movement and consequently a healthy lifestyle.

Small and no wifi (really?). There is a mirrored area where there are lots of free weights but they don't allow you to lift there as "the floor is not made for weights", when it is perfectly capable of holding weights and very similar to the other rubber floors, so it seems like a silly rule especially for a smaller gym. There are also no boxing bags, which should be in every gym nowadays. It'd fit perfectly in the studio area in one of the corners for example. There are plenty of machines and weights but it can become quite crowded and with a very limited space to lift (especially if you can't use that specific mirrored space). There are also areas where there are big spaces between machines, so a couple more machines could fit in. If any of these aspects improve I'll also improve the rating. I also interacted with 2 staff members so far and both seemed to be a bit annoyed that I'm talking to them, so attitudes could be improved. Apart from these it is a nice, clean and new gym, but the only reason I still have a membership is because it is 24/7. Needs some improvements. Latest Edit: got suspended without explanation. An explanation should be the bare minimum for a paying customer. Got literarly nothing and I learned about it when I tried to go through the door. What kind of treatment is this? 1 star.

Still no opening date not even an estimted month. Have already signed up and paid but still no idea when its open. I understand Joining before the gym opens secures the current pre-sale discount that you are offering but actually taking the money before you are offering the services customers are paying for is a scam and ridiculously poor service i hope you will be refunding all money paid from before the gym actually opens. Signing up for an early discount and actually paying for services you are not getting are 2 different things. Your early discount is securing you signed up memberships. Taking money without offering services is fruad. If your phone service is down and you can not use it you will be refunded for services you paid for and did not recieve. This is no different i agreed to sign up and become a member of your gym before you opened not for you to take my money before you are offering services. And to add to insult still no idea at all when you are even likely to be open. Where can i log a full complaint please for refund of payment without services?

I have been going to this gym for a few months now and I have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, the equipment is all relatively new and well-maintained, and the staff is quite friendly and helpful. However, there are also some drawbacks that make me consider switching to another gym. First of all, they need to more actively make people attentive to put their weights back after use. It's very annoying and unsafe to find dumbbells and plates scattered all over the floor. Second, the gym gets extremely busy during peak hours and some of the members are rude and inconsiderate. They hog the machines, don't wipe them down, or play loud music on their phones. Some even bring in loudspeakers. It's hard to get a good workout when you have to wait or deal with such distractions. The gym is not too expensive compared to other options in the area, but I'm not sure if it's worth it given the issues I mentioned. I would give it three stars out of five and hope they improve their management and etiquette.

DO NOT JOIN! I have just cancelled for the following reasons: Constantly packed. Management could not give a F. I’ve asked four different times to change some of the treadmills to metric, something that is perfectly doable based on their treadmills online manual, every time I’ve been told “we’ll look into it” yet nothing ever happens. Members don’t wipe down equipment. BIGGEST ISSUE - NOT 24/7. It now runs only from 6 till 10 on weekdays and 8 till 8 on Weekends. This has been due to ongoing complaints from residents due to the noise. These complaints were there under the previous gym that was there as well, honest to god don’t know how they even got a licence in the first place. They have said this is temporary while work is underway but I doubt this will fix the issue considering the level of vibrations caused from weights being dropped etc. Conclusion - this should not have been opened in the first place and I’m guessing won’t be around much longer.

For some reason there's only one bench press. Surely anyone in charge of a gym knows that the bench press is one of the most coveted pieces of equipment in the gym. There's no need to have a decline bench press when there's only one conventional bench press. Fortunately I only go to the gym between midnight and 5am so I don't usually have to wait around for the bench press but I feel conscious of the fact that anyone who comes into the weight room would potentially want the one bench press that I'm sitting on since perhaps they only come to the gym in the early hours to get access to the bench since it's too busy in the day. On that point, I have no idea why 3am isn't considered off-peak at this gym. I only come to the gym at around this time and I thought I could save £7 a month by having an off-peak membership but unlike every other PureGym this one considers 3am to be peak time for some reason despite it being pretty much always empty at this hour

I recently quit this gym. Whilst I love the company and a lot of the other branches, I’m disappointed to say that this didn’t meet my expectations. As a female, a private space to work out is a priority; here at Woolwich Pure, you’d be lucky to find available equipment even during non peak hours. There’s a good selection of equipment but the gym floor is too small for the demand. Likewise it holds an excellent studio room (which could be improved to include dumbells) but that too is usually busy if you want to go after work. You would have thought that post pandemic there would be an abundance of cleaning facilities but finding a hand sanitiser is a rare find. Cleaning equipment seems to be non-existent (is this legal?), and sharing sweaty equipment the trend. I’m giving this a 2 star for the equipment in itself and the friendly staff. If you have a little bit of time, try and go to the Charlton gym. A lot more bang for your buck!

Nice new gym following the typical layout that puregyms have been following the last few years. Cardio and machines on one side then separated by a corridor an equally large area for free weights: dumbbells and benches, plenty squat racks (however still somehow not enough probably due to how many people live in the radius this puregym captures), running track, warm up area etc. I don’t really talk to the PTs or do the classes; I’m more of a headphones on and do my thing type of gym-goer. But they seem friendly enough and approachable if I did ever want to talk to them. Loses a star firstly due to both their stationary bikes being broken and also due to lack of parking. There’s underground parking in the same building that the gym is in - I’m sure that they can strike a deal where if members register their reg within the gym they can park for at least 2 hours for free. Many puregyms in similar situations offer this

It's clean, it's cheap and it's accessible. Free weights section is great. Great for Powerlifting or weightlifting if you can't get to a specialist gym. You can squat, bench and deadlift easily and there are ample amounts of bars both 15kg & 20kg whippy but they'll do. Bring chalk if you're intending to use the silver bars as they are slippy otherwise the black bars work great. Don't recommend peak hours of around 6/7pm and 7am. You might be waiting a while for the equipment you need otherwise but people are often happy enough for you to work in. As a woman, some men might try to bother you but raise this with management and they'll try their best to address it. Changing rooms are good. AC is good. PTs and staff are really lovely people. Best gym in Woolwich when you consider all the factors that make a solid gym.

  • An An

I like this place. Its spacious and well equipped. Impossible to find an empty locker! All lockers are taken and pple store their toiletries in lockers overnight. Gym gets messy and overcrowded. During peak hours there is sometimes over 180 pple! Many pple in this gym leave mess behind, just casually walk away from equipment they ve just used, so floor is scattered with loose dumbbells, clippers, plates, even whole barbells , everything just lying around on Floor randomly. Staff are never around and enforcing rules of tidiness, they are always busy on classes or cleaning toilets or vacuuming, which i find ridiculous, its cleaners jobs, why staff have to do it instead of being around gym. All staff members are actually nice and friendly, easy to approach when they aren’t bysy

  • Heartie

Worst gym I’ve ever been to. Barely any equipment and there are many machines missing in this pure gym in comparison to other pure gyms I’ve attended. There is a queue almost every time due to the lack of equipment and machines. The gym is also extremely small and it can get extremely crowded due to the lack of space between machines as well as the large amount of people walking around and queueing. The atmosphere is not the best either, maybe it’s just me but the environment actually put me away from working out. I’ve not felt this way with other gyms I’ve been to so this was a first. After a week of Woolwich pure gym I changed my home gym to a different pure gym through the website, I had to pay extra money though.

  • Ras Lunacy

Objectively, the only issue this gym has is it's location. It is surrounded by residential tenants that whine and complain about noise (it's a gym mate, what did they expect?).. however this has forced Woolwich PureGym to only open between 6:30am and 10pm.. which in return means the gym is overfilled to capacity throughout all its opening hours. My suggestion is to choose the 2nd closest gym if this is thr closest one. Gym culture is also unfriendly since everyone is struggling for equipment and feel pressured to shorten workouts. PureGym need to see if they can legally get around opening 24/7 regardless of the "Karens" upstairs complaining.. as a 24/7 gym results in a better spread throughout a day.

  • Mr Singh

Nice new gym but lacking equipment….. require more weight plates as if the squat racks and smith machines are being used then there will not be enough weight plates for everyone, need shoulder fly machine, chest press machine which uses weight plates, freeweight benches are too small and very low, cannot adjust the seat and back independently, hip abductor machine already broken after 4 days, dumbbell racks are not secured to the floor and wobble, need more cleaning stations around the gym, and for staff to tell member to put their used equipment back and not leave it! The entrance barriers are easy to get through without being a member, witnessed three people entering with one paying member!

  • Federico Gómez

I’m adding a description as I need to explain the 3 stars rating. Basically I was in the need to book a day pass and ask around about the facilities. I rang the bell several times with no answer. Eventually, I managed to go in with the help of a fellow member that kindly offered me to come in. Once inside, without going forward beyond the control devices, I rang the help bell several times. No answer. One member offered to find someone from the staff. No results. No one was there. It’s not a troll review. It’s based on my experience and on what I expect from a company offering these services. I was disappointed and I ended up going to a similar establishment in the whereabouts.

  • Ha Hoang

The manager (Patricia) at Woolwich puregym is lovely therefore staff are also very friendly and very helpful, i do believe when you have a good manager you have good staff, Maybe something other puregym managers can learn from! Gym is also VERY CLEAN, probably the cleaniest puregym i have been to, and is big, it has a very good functioning area, lots of weights and machines. I love the layouts of it, Only negative is, it does get very busy, but is not the fault of gym, so go early and avoid peak times otherwise you can wait a while for squat racks or weights. Definitely recommend Woolwich branch, ☺️ ❤️

  • Sylwia Szkudlarska

There is room for improvement however lots of issues would be resolved if the gym is open 24 h or at least till midnight. The amount of ppl there at most times is just a put off Edit on 18/04/23 I still think there is room for improvement, for example I personally don’t appreciate the treadmills next to the entrance. It makes the area really cold on the colder days and not mention is best environment for catching a cold. But gym hasn’t been as packed recently. I believe it’s been now open 24h. So you can actually use most of the machines with queuing for it. It’s clean and you can see they trying to keep it clean.

  • Kamana Rai

Has not been 24/7 for over three months. I joined the gym in late June. Probably got to receive the service I paid (24/7 feature) for a little over a month before it reduced its hours significantly for a long period of time. Poor communication compared to my previous gym who also had to reduce their hours at one point. I spoke with someone via email after they reached out when I answered a survey poorly. Our conversation amounted to nothing and she had nothing useful to add, to be honest. I was initially reluctant to leave as I’d paid a joining fee but I decided to cancel and join another gym.

  • Charlie S

Fantastic gym, really friendly staff, clean equipment and changing rooms. Big range of machines, weights, racks, cables, and more, everything you need! No contract is really helpful, especially in the cost of living crisis we're in. Lots of classes and approachable PTs and staff always around for advice. I hope it stays nice and clean as it's great so far. Tried Energie and Anytime Fitness in Woolwich before and this gym is a lot better all round. Shame to see it have such a low Google review score, most of which are from before it even opened!! I would give more stars if I could!

  • Jerry Chik

This gym is crowded from 6 am until midnight. There are constantly more than 70 people in the gym except after midnight or Sunday evening. The number of equipments does not match users’ need at all. There’s always a need to queue for equipments. For example, they only have fewer than 10 benches and fewer than 15 weight machines when most people come here for weight training. Apart from the crowdedness, the place is not well managed because the weights can be found everywhere on the floor. It is rather dangerous in this small space. Big regret for registering

  • Moesio Gomes

The business model seems to revolve around accepting as many subscriptions as possible completely disregarding the true capacity of the gym. - It's impossible to find a locker. If there were twice as many would still probably not be enough - There's always twice as many people as machines. It really is absurd This greedy approach leads to a negative experience from the moment you are trying to get changed, eventually you will run out of one month subscribers. The space is very well kept, clean, and still new. Shame you can't use it.

  • wingz chingz

i am utterly dissatisfied, disappointed in this gym it says it’s 24/7hrs i went today as i saw you 2 days ago comment to someone that was also complaining that it was 24/7hrs and it was closed , you replied saying it was back to 24/7 hrs which you HAVE LIED AS I LITERALLY JUST WENT THERE AND IT WAS CLOSED IT HAS BEEN MONTHS THR GYM IS ALWAYS PACKED SO I LIKE GOING LATE AND SO DO MANY OTHER PEOPLE ! this is very annoying i was filled with so much excitement seeing you said it was back to 24/7 but you lied once again

  • Janko Freigeber

Pure gym got everything a typical customer would need. There're enough machines and weights, many treadmills and other cardio related equipment. You can use their yoga mats and other accessories. On the other hand it's very full at pecking hours but usually you'll find a place to train. Currently the 24/7 gym opens at 8am an closes at 8pm because of "noise complaints". To compensate for this disadvantage, they offer full access to all other pure gyms while still paying the full price.

  • Emma Newland

Good gym but needs to be managed better during peak times. There is not enough cardio equipment and during peak times gym users can hog the equipment. I was waiting for a cross trainer machine, by riding a bike and one guy had been running for over 70 mins. At this time every piece of cardio equipment was in use. It was clear people were waiting. Can a max of 20 mins by applied and enforced during peak times. Also can more cardio equipment by acquired.

  • Eden Fernandes

The fitness team/staff are extremely rude with the exception of one or two. One there were weights on the floor and the trainer told me..."make sure to rack the weights" ...I didn't even touch them...he wasn't polite...there are other examples where by i can't type everything here... feel like going back to my old gym Also I have paid because it was 24 hours...but on weekends it closes at 8... disappointed...it's been quite some time..no WiFi also...

  • Gabriela Quevedo

Also looking into more affordable options in the area. I walked past the site and I did see some workers and their logo somewhere. It didn’t look as though it was nearly finished though.. so I wouldn’t commit my money to this until clearer information is given (and I see concrete signs of progress in the construction site). It’s a shame they are not being careful with their marketing and comms. It’s very off putting. Not smart business

  • Steffi L.

No information on when the gym opens except from “soon”. Securing an offer should not mean you charge me and then fail to provide me with basic information on when I can make use of the service. My sign up should have sufficed to “secure the offer” if that’s the case. Either way I believe most people would not even mind the charge if you would just answer when the gym will open instead of leaving us in the dark.

  • C C

Unfortunately ive been left disappointed. We have no more anti bacterial facilities at this gym as head office has decided to remove them due to the low reduction of the covid virus . Since the removal, Ive caught colds and it’s definitely due to the lack of hygiene. This is outrageous a 24/7 gym doesn’t provide antibac facilities? not even the staff will have the time to clean equipment . Very disappointing!

  • Godfrey Oguike

So far so good! Massive free weights area, enough TRX stations! New glutes machine which I've never seen before. And all new equipment, what more do you want? I don't really see any negatives. I'm just really happy that we have a PureGym in Woolwich and I don't have to drive to Eltham or Canary wharf or go to the pit that is Better gym at Waterfront. Still waiting for the fruity drink machine to get fixed

  • Capeeshe Web design and development

Most of the gym goers join Puregym because of the 24 hours opening time. It has not been 24 hours for 4 months at least and NO SIGNS or UPDATES on dates on when it will resume. Let alone the unworkable condition this creates (extremely crowded to the points a 20 minutes wait for a bench is "normal/lucky")... Managers don't answer emails either. If it was not for that it will be a decent gym to go to!

  • Bob

I recently moved to London/Woolwich... and the PureGyms I had previously visited had two dedicated bench press and i though that was bad. THIS GYM HAS ONE ... JUST ONE and be prepared to wait a long time to have your turn. Also the squat rack has no safety pin .. which is weird... I guess this proves the theory that people who design these PureGyms dont use gym ... like really just one ..

  • Dr. Adrienn Lang

I give only three stars, as there are not enough types of equipment for legs. For example, there is always a queue for the leg machines, causing “how many reps you’ve got?” questions. So, having more glutes, leg presses, extension machines, and plates would be nice. Are you planning to have a boxing bag? Otherwise, friendly staff and a nice gym.

  • azer edits

The gym needs to start being 24/7 because right now it ain't I was with 10 other people out the gym at 1@m to. Train and it. Was shut whats this about this needs urgent attention because there's people just like my self who work different hours and go gym early as 1am to train THIS IS TO THE TOP MANGERS OF THE PUREGYM PLEASE GET THIS FIXED ASAP

  • Citizen Z

Huge weights area. Could do with some extra rowing machines as they are always congested. Cardio area is a little small. Classes area is big and is partly closed in for comfortable privacy. Atmosphere is pretty happy Bus stops and train stations close by for public transportation. Parking can be a pain depending on the time you go. 4/5 *

  • Josh carton

Massively over-subscribed, good luck getting a bench or the dumbells you want... due to the gym no longer being 24/7 it is busy all the time, we've tried coming all times of the day but it's always the same experience. The studio space is very limited and is often taken over by obnoxiously noisy pt sessions that aren't even on the timetable.

  • Frank S

The studio is open to the rest of the gym meaning you have to listen to the shouty instructor during your workout. In addition to this the machines are all covered in dust even though it’s only been open a couple of weeks. Other than that it’s a pretty standard pure gym which is decent. Assuming you don’t come anytime after 5

  • Alegogo Gooo

Isn't opening soon. Nothing is where the gym is. I'll be getting a refund and not bothering, lack of communication isn't a good thing. It doesn't matter how many '!' You put on your responses from customer services, it's just bad to not have a clue when you're opening. Don't charge people if you can't answer a question.

  • Benjamin Butterworth

“For a while" is a phrase whose length can't be measured. At least by the person who's waiting.” ― Haruki Murakami, South of the Border, West of the Sun Been waiting for a while on when the gym will open, not "opening soon". Not great is it? "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take." - Wayne Gretzky - Michael Scott

  • Amari Jim

Got everything you would expect to get from a modern gym. As it only recently opened, the whole place and equipments are pretty clean. Gets very busy after 6pm weekdays but this is to be expected in such a popular residential area. People are very friendly in the gym I got a very good vibe and would recommend.

  • Shoaib Ali

I’ve never seen something like this before. The gym isn’t even close to be ready yet they are promoting the service and have been for several months on a vague ‘coming soon’. It’s like pre orders being available for a phone that isn’t even made yet. Whoever has been in charge of this disaster should be fired.

  • mizhectik

Really good gym. Spacious and staff are always making sure gym equipment and toilets are clean. Reading the other reviews people seem to mostly have problems with people rather than the gym itself. The staff are always hard at work and are very friendly!! Definitely 5 star’s now thats it is back to 24 hours.

  • Peter B

Nice gym. Everything I needed is available. Friendly staff. Friendly customers/ users. Although busy when I've attended (after 8pm) - I would definitely recommend Edited on 07-10-2022: perhaps more free weight areas but other than that, I'm happy with it so far since rejoining Pure Gym....

  • Ellen Deko

Worst puregym customers in London… Many guys leave their phone on the machines so they can come back at any time they want. Its my first month at this location and I already regret it. It’s disgusting that some men go to the gym to bother women. Gyms are to workout its not tinder!

  • molly Nighy

Overly busy gym, with the studio being taken over regularly by PT sessions. Which after turns into a social place for the group with loud music that is heard loudly throughout the whole gym along with the shouting. Just not the most comfortable gym since the closing hours changed.

  • Ben Manning

People giving 1 star when place hadn't even opened!! I've only been in once but so far so good, could be more machines but I'm planning on going during off peak times where possible, for the price its not bad. You can always pay £70 for virgin and get top top quality

  • Ath Gk

Luck of communication the gym is closed and i need a refund please to go to a responsible provider!!!You must give an exact opening day to your customers we cannot be guessing the opening day!!!Additional, where you state your adress would be, there is nothing!!!

  • Yasmery Reyes

Worst gym ever. You can see people going behind others without pay and the instructors pretending they did not see them. Also they never around if you need or have a problem. No worthy. You pay and others go for free. Last week someone push me to enter behind me.

  • mr business

This gym is no longer 24/7, and this is what was advertised online it being 24/7 which is why I joined, the gym left me waiting outside in the cold to find out that there is a notice in the door stating the gym is no longer open 24/7 and Google says otherwise.

  • Shuaib Sumon

Worst gym I've been so far. The gym is small, has very few equipments, it doesn't have some essential equipment and is supposed to be 24 hours but for some reason is not. The staffs are horrible people, they have no honesty whatsoever and they're very rude.

  • Alexandra Tau

Just joined the gym and I really enjoy it. I had a few classes, can be busy sometimes, it's spotless so far, machines are great, staff are friendly and always happy to help you. I've been waiting for you guys to open in Woolwich for so long …

  • Papa Obeng-Sabah

TL;DR: It's a good gym, the best available in Woolwich AT THE MOMENT, but there is definitely room for improvement and I'm worried about how the gym will fare over time in an area like Woolwich, in terms of cleanliness and gym etiquette.

  • Ayaan Peerbhai

Good Gym in a great location. But when it is very busy there are barely any machines left and often have to wait for one. I feel that the space they have is very little and the supply isn't meeting the demand. I understand the space

  • A A

Open 24hrs again, it’s been months since this gym has been 24hrs open. It alway closes at 10pm and on the weekends at 8pm - I’m paying for a useless subscription at incompetent gym. Get your worth together, it’s overly crowded anyway

  • Adlane Gareche

Very nice and organized gym, professional staff. No wifi available for members yet, we need more air inside tho and the temprature of the water in shower needs to be around 45° max no more!, but overall I like it. I will rate it 4*

  • Dawn C

The gym facilities itself are fine but some days you need to go hunt for 2.5kg/5kg plates and people leave equipment around. There are 100+ people on weekdays literally 5-10pm, and it's also busy around 10-1pm, which is ridiculous

  • Hasina Simms1

I joined in December 2022 and felt welcomed straight away. Dean has been my PT since December and he has constantly motivated me and helped me feel more confident in the gym. All the staff are friendly and always there to help.

  • Oh My

If you’re looking for a 24hr gym not the place to join. They say keep an eye out for updates but there hasn’t been any updates or estimates when it’s going back to a 24hrs gym for almost 2 months now. REALLY DISSAPOINTED.

  • Jackson H

Decent gym for the price. Seems like the HVAC system isn't working as it is too hot to work out in and the air is stuffy. Can feel sketchy at night as you can see people jumping the barriers or following their friends in.

  • Megane Rodrigues

I just walked past where the gym is supposed to be and there’s nothing there. It’s been saying opening soon for a month and there’s nothing there! What even is the point of doing offers if the gym does open for months?

  • Pauline Smith

I love PureGym, it is affordable and opening 24 hour 7 days per week is right up my street, as I can go to the gym whenever it suits me. I would recommend this gym to anyone seeking to get fit. Come on let's have fun.

  • Iyabode Osindeinde

The place is so lovely with fantastic staffs and friendly personal trainers. You will be motivated to attend gym daily due to ever supportive staffs, their hygiene of equipments and the changing rooms are very great.

  • legend fighter

They doing too much maintenance and not everyone can go gym early. I only join because is near my house but they close early for a while then reopen then close again for few months And the member is not even cheap.

  • Richard Ede

I wasn't having enough time to use the gym I was signed up to, so I thought I'd try this one as it was cheaper. Often busy but quite good equipment if you don't mind it pretty basic (ie: no TV screens, etc)

  • Luca

Great equipment, but usually overcrowded. They recently changed the opening time, being open only from 8am to 8pm in the weekend. Today, Sunday 12th of November, 8:20 am.l, gym still closerld. Unacceptable!

  • J V

Great range of equipment, friendly staff and very affordable price for a 24h gym. My only gripes are that: - At peak times the gym gets overwhelmingly busy. - Some of the other gym members are feral.

  • gA6z

PureGym how much money you make from scamming people to pay the £14.99 offer when your gym haven’t opened yet and will probably not open anytime soon? Don’t get me wrong, I’m just curious no biggie.

  • Edouard George

It's a gym just like any other clean, big and nice and 24hours. But being at a very accessible location. I don't recommend you going during pick hours as you barely will have any machine available.

  • Numii Rana

This review is purely based on my PT experience with this gym. I have spoken to gym services and they have said that concern has been escalated to gym manager. Just waiting to hear from the manager

Really had a lovely time in Kasia classes , she really has in depth knowledge and really takes the time to show you how to do the exercises. Would really recommend her as a personal trainer. ☺️

  • JustNaju

Really nice and clean opens 247 easy to access no trouble also the app lets you know howany people on the gym which is great quality of life. Friendly staffs and great people within the gym.

Flat, inclined , declined bench There's only one. There are not many machines. All times busy Machine is never free Don't waste your time. You have to wait a long time for your turn to come

  • Onie Emerho

Kasia is a great PT! She makes me feel so welcome and pushes me to do my best! Even when the gym is busy and the machines are being used she will come up with a creative alternative.

Nice gym but a lot of the things are broken now and not been fixed for a while so it gets very difficult to work out at peak times. Might have to change soon if not rectified.

When are you actually opening. I’ve been past the site many times and nothing appears to indicate the gym? I want to join but your vagueness is putting me off unfortunately.

  • lzz g

decent gym can get packed at times ,but the toilets are usually missing soap ,toilet paper , cleaning duties, and some off the lockers have been unfunctional for some time

  • Dia Pason

The gym was overcrowded. Limited staff and poor customer satisfaction. I cancelled my membership when I had to wait a quarter of minutes to get in.

  • No one

false advertisement unsubscribed hasn’t been 24 hrs for months stop lying to these customers and change the time it says it’s opened on google.

  • Charles Clayton

Clean and lots of new equipment. Good to finally get one in Woolwich. Bit more difficult to navigate vs other PureGyms, but get the hang of it.

  • Mihail Minzari

I joined some of the morning cardio classes held by Pedro, they are amazing(losing weight and strengthening yourself) , highly recommend !

  • Anthony Ogbuoto

Cool no contract gym. I bunt my fingers with one of the gyms that would cajole you to sign on and wouldn't let you go when you choose to.

  • Mustafa A.

Busy gym. Studio is being taken over by Personal Trainers all the time. False advertising it is not 24/7 open. Cancelling my membership.

  • Ghani Boumellah

  • A Hern

Always packed and no availability of classes after 17:00. Waiting list for all of them even if you try to book a week in advance.

  • gareth lince

Just a standard PureGym, can get pretty busy so if you aren’t a massive fan of having to wait for kit look for quieter times

  • Ehtasham irshad Bukhs bibi

Gym is nice, but temperature is not maintained at certain level. Apart from that they have more then enough becnhes.

  • Gennadii Miroshnikov

Very overcrowded in the evenings. They also removed all cleaning stations so there is no chance to clean equipment.

  • Sharaz Gill

Great value for money but very crowded at peak times, often to the point where it isn't possible to train properly.

  • Ola M

Visited with a friend, functional gym; Ienjoyed the Saturday morning class. Very neat changing room and bathroom

  • Rajbeer Singh

Why are you charging, even if you don't have confirmed date to open the gym worst experience i want my refund

  • Rebecca Florissi

The gym is nice, but it’s too crowded even at 6am there’s a queue of 20+ people before it’s even open

  • Ciccio Pasticcino

Good gym. If it wasn’t that it’s too crowded for a normal workout unless you go in the night.

  • Queen Nzinga

The place is lovely and the personal Trainers are so friendly. This place is my second home
