I have been going to Purity Medical Spa in Seattle religiously since April. Terisha is so good at what she does...gives THE best hydra facial. I also see her regularly for dermaplaning & chemical peels. My skin is glowing and soft like a babies because of her & her hands! I get Botox at the spa as well because they always have awesome deals, and will soon be trying threading- stay tuned I’ll be back with a review on that as well!! I am also a big fan of BioTE...it has been a life changer for me. I got my first insertion in April and my weight was approximately 222lbs. It’s now December, almost 8 months later and I weighed myself yesterday...I am 179lbs. That’s no working out people! Not to mention my energy levels have increased and it’s easier for me to get out of bed in the morning too. There are other benefits as well but that’s TMI for a review. Go see terisha & dr. Where do I begin, the service and quality of work is hands down the absolute best!! I was greeted by Sam and was immediately offered a beverage and a warm smile. She is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable before my first time getting fillers. The Dr. was equally comfortable to be around and really knows his craft! He could what side I slept on just by looking at my face. He walked me through the process (I was getting under eye fillers)I am one week post fillers and they are settling beautifully, the Dr. is really skilled and knowing the right technique and procedure to suit your best features.Purity Medspa has the best deals in town too so that really made it easy for me to start thinking of other services I’d like to have : ) They are even available on Sundays by appointment only. In addition to all the above they make sure to schedule you for a follow up, this shows me they really care and I will be a client for life!

I drove all the way from Auburn to give this place a try and was extremely dissatisfied with my overall experience. Besides for the esthetician starting my appointment 15 minutes late (with no acknowledgement or apology) she told me DURING my appointment how rushed she felt. Well I could definitely tell as I have several scraprs and scratches on my face from the dermaplanning. I get dermaplanning about every 8 weeks and have never had this happen. I could feel her doing it as it happened but figured she would maybe say something if it was this noticeable. She also told me she would check with the manager if the bag of aftercare products came with the groupon I purchased...but never mentioned it again. I feel like she could maybe tell I wouldn't be back and that's why she told me not to tip. Ofcourse I'm speculating but she was right, I won't be back. Sorry to the owner for the harsh review, but this was my experience.

I have been going to Purity Medical Spa for about 1 year. The Dr. and staff are amazing and very knowledgeable! The prices are VERY competitive! I started going here for my Botox injections, which the Dr. does a fantastic job at. I now have also had a Hydra Facial (my face felt like a new born baby), highly recommend. I had a laser treatment on my broken capillaries on my cheeks (sun damage), they are now all gone!! I've had a couple treatments of Coolsculpting with Fantastic results. But the treatment that has been life changing is the Hormone Replacement Therapy!!! I'm of a certain age (49) when you lose your hormones which has many terrible effects. The Dr. did a blood test to see what hormones I have left and he then gives me the ones that I need...which results in a libido again and energy which had disappeared! I couldn't recommend Purity Medical Spa more!

I'm brand new to town, scheduled my hydra-facial with Terisha. I was nervous because I hadn't had to try a new practitioner for 6 years. But Terisha was welcoming, social, professional, complimentary (shared kind words), and educational. She even took the time to share some parking tips with me on my way out, when I asked how it all worked on this block. She also educated me about the membership they offer; I hadn't realized, and now that I've heard the details, I plan to sign up since it's a better fit for me, since I go every 4-5 weeks. I have to say, she went all out for me in too many ways to describe. She really has great technique, and strong business acumen (wise and always puts the customer first when I had a tough question about pricing). She chose not to nickel and dime, and she just made me feel very taken care of. I highly recommend going to Terisha.

It has been about 9 hours since my first hydrafacial treatment session. Terisha is such a kind and professional lady. She explains the process of what she is doing during which I asked a ton of questions about regular skin cares. She answered and explained everything to me! As an amateur on skin care, she really gave me insights and guidance. And the hydrafacial Treatment is just as miraculous as it is advertised as! All my skin care products are absorbed faster and better without feeling sticky. And my skin feels so smooth and clean! It definitely and obviously sets a good base for my future skin care. Cannot wait to come back again to get hydrafacial and other prospective skin cares! Thank you Terisha!

Went in for a Coolsculpt appointment to try and get a 'handle' on the stubborn waist flab. It was about 30 minutes of the device stuck to my sides freezing the life out of the fat. There's a big screen tv infront of the treatment chair to help patients pass the time. It was not unpleasant nor uncomfortable. The technician (oof, its been months since and I've forgotten her name =( ) provided a wonderful service experience. I only had one session where multiple visits were required to see significant results so there wasn't much change for me out of the experience. I may go for other treatments next time. By appointment only, street parking available.

Unfortunately I have had a terrible experience with botox at this medspa. I am a licensed esthetician and have been receiving botox for 10 years, this has been my worst treatment by far. I expressed my concerns after receiving the treatment and the Dr had me come in to “fix” it, telling me to expect immediate results.... I should’ve trusted my gut and known that once an area is over treated there is not much you can do. I will now have to wait 4-6 months to have any brow movement back. I look tired, my brows are heavy and I now have a hooded lid I never had. I’d definitely go elsewhere as these people do not have proper training.

Had a Plasma Pen procedure performed by Michelle at the Seattle office. The results were fantastic! After only one procedure my crow's feet almost entirely disappeared and the skin was so much smoother around the eyes. Michelle also has performed a microneedling treatment which smoothed over my skin and and made my face much more firm. Michelle did a great job of explaining exactly how she would be performing each treatment and the results that I could expect. She has a very calm manner which put me at ease throughout the procedures. I couldn't recommend Michelle and Purity Medical Spa in Seattle enough!!

Very satisfied with Dr. Fadi’s care. He listened carefully to my symptoms and concerns, and set up an individualized treatment plan tailored to my needs (in my case IV therapy, HRT and additional supplements). Within 6 months of treatment I am off all pharmaceutical medications and truly feel like my health, youth and vitality has been restored. Since then I have referred many friends and family members to him, all having successful results. Dr. Fadi is a seasoned doctor who is personable, intuitive and very professional.

5 stars and absolutely recommended. I go there for laser hair removal with Terisha & she is just amazing and very very professional. I feel so comfortable during the sessions. I saw the dramatic hair reduction on treated areas after the first appointment. Prices are really good in compare with other places in Seattle. Dr. Alhafez is also quite professional in dermatological treatments and I am satisfied with his botox and mole remove operations so far. Sam is the other well behaved, smiling and careful staff of PMS.

Terisha is AMAZING! She is incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and honest. During one of my first appointments, I walked in for a hydra facial. Terisha looked at my skin and recommended something else. She gave me time to process the recommendation and since then I’ve been getting chemical peels at purity that are safe for my skin type. Terisha always makes me feel comfortable during each session, and parking near the med spa is a breeze. Highly recommend her and purity!

Recently received hormone injection pellets from Dr Alhafez and in a very short time I noticed a great increase in energy and vitality. Dr Alhafez explained in a very simple and calm manner what I should expect and the very minimal recovery I will go through. For anyone feeling tired and lacking energy I would fully recommend receiving the pellets at Purity Med Spa in Seattle. I've also received the B12 injections here and they have worked quite well.

I love this place! I went in to see Michelle for laser hair removal and I already see results after only one session. She is absolutely amazing, knowledgable and puts you at ease right away. I've visited the Purity Med Spa a few times now and every time has been great! They are super kind and professional. All the staff and doctor have excellent bed side manners and they do followup calls, they care! The Seattle location is convenient and the office is super cute and ultra clean. This is my go-to spot for Botox. I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and won’t go anywhere else. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly and they treat their customers like family. I got laser hair removal with Michelle Shults on my entire body and it is so amazing! There is so much less hair growth after just a couple treatments. I went in to get laser vein removal on my face and saw instant results!! The difference was remarkable! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The doctor was very knowledgeable, experienced, and nice. I also got micro-needling and a chemical face peel. Loved my results and will be going in to get more treatments.
