I recently moved to Seattle from Northern California and did extensive research trying to find someone I trusted as my new Botox injector. Jenny had such glowing reviews on Google, I figured I would try her out. In my appointments with her, Jenny has been such a great knowledge base - I've asked her questions about not only Botox but my skincare routine, questions about other fillers/injections, and products she recommends. She's even recommended options to me outside of her practice (where she would gain zero financial benefit) because they may be a better option for what I need. After my first appointment with her, I ended up booking a Diamondglow Facial - which was amazing and I plan on regularly doing going forward. I've got an upcoming appointment for a BBL Hero lasering treatment (a cheaper option than the microneedling I was originally looking into - once again proving Jenny is in it to give you the best option for your skin and not just take your money for money's sake). She also has an amazing group of products - I've purchased sunscreens, creams and moisturizers to add to my routine and have found they're making great difference in keeping my skin healthy and hydrated. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for their Botox or skincare needs!

This is the best and most holistic, cosmetic medicine care I’ve ever had. Stacy and Jenny worked together to explain and execute treatments I’d never heard of based on research, evidence, and anatomy. As a medical doctor, I tend to both love and geek out on details like these. They also made me feel safer, and the results speak for themselves (picture with baby is before and with hubby is after). Several years ago when I first considered cosmetic injections, it was to try and decrease signs of aging in my lower face and jaw I was told that options were limited, but using filler to enhance my lips would create contrast that would minimize the appearance of this. Maybe that was true, and I have enjoyed the enhancement of lip filler but it never provided the chance I was looking for. However, what I got with this visit was a real answer to my hopes. I had a great experience at Skin Synthesis with Stacy for a chemical peel. I was a little nervous because I have had chemical peels in the past that have been a little too aggressive for my skin. Stacy totally put me at ease, explained the intensity of the peel, and constantly checked in throughout the peel to make sure I was not having a bad reaction or experiencing pain. I could tell she really cared and wanted to ensure that I had a good experience. The peel was the perfect strength for my skin and after peeling for the expected time-frame, I received tons of compliments on my glowing fresh skin. Stacy checked in with me throughout the after effects of the peel to make sure I was doing ok. It is clear that she really cares about her clients! When my previous esthetician closed her practice, I was very anxious about finding someone new, as I had been going there for years. I feel so fortunate to have found Skin Synthesis! Jenny is absolutely wonderful! She took so much time and care to get to know my history, discuss areas of concern and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured. Her nursing experience is extensive and she is extremely knowledgable. In addition, her technique is amazing! In the past I have found Botox injections to be painful, but this did not hurt at all! The salon itself is small, private, and immaculate, with free garage parking. I left feeling like I have found a new friend, and look forward to my next visit!

I can not speak more highly of Jenny Hartley!! She is the most thourough and caring provider I have ever met! Jenny is the absolute best. You have lots of options in Seattle but I picked Jenny because of her experience working as a NP in an ICU for some many years. No shade, but I only want an experience professional putting needles in my skin. I’m also terrified of needles and Jenny does a great job at busting out distractions and telling me stories to calm my nerves. Best of all, I enjoy coming to see her. She’s a good soul, who is knowledgeable, passionate, and professional. Appointments are never rushed and she always emails or texts to check in afterward on how I’m doing. The care is 10/10. Jenny is constantly doing continuing education to be the best of the best!
