Dusty old and miserable environment. I say this after going there many times. Guys working are eating and watching TV likes it's there living room and cant be bothered with a transaction let alone a little pride in there shop(I'm sure it's the "we don't get paid enough BS"). I usually go to the wrong side of the counter where food or talking takes priority then having to transfer my stuff to the other side of the counter to the guy who is actually working. Silly me to think your working if your behind the counter. Everytime I ask for a certain beer it's the "yeah we haven't reordered it but its coming" only to have less option as the months go by. I used to go out of my way to go here but with less options and more dust... I'm gonna go with no more, no thanks.

While they may have closed the BBQ place, the liquor store remains in full business. The staff there is helpful and friendly. Anthony and Carl are always in there and ready to offer help with a smile. The prices are reasonable, but I don't know that they're the best in town. However, if you're looking to stock up your bar at home, this is the place to go. Everything from aromatic bitters to bloody Mary mixers to rock salt to ginger beer. More high-end liquors than you'll know what to do with and a deceiving wine room (it is loaded and huger than it looks)! They even carry local brews. A little out of the way, but worth the trip if you don't mind a quasi-warehouse environment.

Don't judge this book by the outside cover, this place has a great selection of beers, wines and spirits. The staff is super friendly and quite helpful. If they don't know about a specific item, they will look it up in the alcohol Bible that sits on the register counter. Last time I was there I found a great bottle of Irish whiskey (not Jameson but banknote) with the help of the sales staff and next time I will try the other Irish whiskey they suggested. The beers I prefer are IPA and quarters has a great selection of IPA but so far the two I like most are la cumbre elevated and Ska modus Mandarina.

Be sure to double check the receipt. They love to bait and switch here. I brought back the receipt and showed the clerk that I got charged more than double the sticker price, he said they can't do anything because I don't have the bottle anymore, then he pulled the listed price off the shelf. I recommend going to the separately owned Quarter's on Yale. They have awesome customer service and a good selection.

Anyone trying to find Buffalo trace they’ll probably have the product but you’ll spend well into the mid 30s and eagle rare upwards of 90$ and blantons when they have it will be 130. Terrible prices. Coming from latitudes and Costco, seeing secondary prices at a liquor store makes me hate these places. Hopefully they lose their allocations

Can't leave a review for quarters liquor store OR get correct Google directions as they are both the same web site. When Google assistant took me to the restaurant I had to pull out, make a u turn, go back south and make another u turn. C'mon people. It's owned by the same peeps, but 2 different businesses. Keep em separate.

Perfectly ok liquor store and wine shop. Not great but not bad. If you know your prices, you’ll find some fairly priced spirits and some not so fairly priced. Do your shopping homework. Caveat emptor. Selection was ok and the dudes behind the counter were friendly. A solid three stars in my book.

I make many of the herbal tinctures that my husband and I use. Quarters has a great selection and great prices to go with them! The staff is always curteous and helpful. It feels really nice to feel like your business with them is appreciated. Thank you again. Will be back soon !!!

I just moved to the area of this liquor store and this was my first visit to this store. I was shocked to see such a large liquor store with such a massive selection and inventory. This store has more wine than I have ever seen in a liquor store. The prices seemed very reasonable.

I used to like going there but it changed quick all cashiers don’t care there rude and they never have anything in stock ask them questions about when they will get stuff in is like pulling teeth . Kinda like going to a Ghetto liquor store over priced ! Total wine is way better

QPL has one of the best independent wine shops in Albuquerque. It has a large selection of both new world and old world wines, including a cellar temperature vault filled with some high end stuff. You might have to ask to have the light turned on, but don't be shy!

The building looks ramshackle, but the service, stock, and prices are excellent. Two years additional experience with Quarters Wyoming and I bumped the rating to five stars -- I appreciate the shop more than ever. Their stock continues

Halfway decent AF options, which didn't bother me considering it's a "liquor store", but manager there seemed to act as if I was bothering him while he was gabbing away on his cell phone. Also, store was rather dirty..

Been awhile since I've been here. Used to stop in all the time when my sister lived up on Montgomery, but she moved. Now my girlfriend lives down on Montgomery so I'll be stopping by more often. I like the place.

They're a little overpriced on their beer even for low grade brands.. occasional good deals on leaders of vodka liquor huge one selection. Still I feel they're a bit overpriced just like Kelly's

Atmosphere was not friendly. I made a lighthearted joke and got a dirty look from one of the cashier's. Prices, competitive. Probably won't go there again. Oh well. I won't be missing anything.

Terrific wine selection and knowledgeable wine manager. Join the wine club. Every wine that I have received in the club has been wonderful. This is my favorite liquor store in Albuquerque.

Really disappointed this liquour store doesn't stay open until 10pm. I would buy more from you if you did. At least for the summer since it stays light out later and is very hot.

Good use of their floorspace. Plenty of options. Premium liquor is a bit pricey compared to say Costco, Total Wine. To be expected though from a smaller local store.

Best saki selection in ABQ, and very nice store clerks. There is also a very large beer, and wine selection. They have a wine club if your a fan of the grape.

I love quarters, nothing fancy but tons of options and the staff is so friendly, the manager is always there and does a wine tasting on fridays!

Cashier was chatty and disregarded customers in line. The 2nd star given is cause an apology was given. Low inventory, will likely not return.
