Old school liquor store, old like the building was constructed in the 1950s--it even still has the side window from when drive-through liquor sales were allowed. Also old school like your not going to get the latest trendy craft beers here, it's basically the beers your grandpa drank in his pick-up truck coming home from the Lobos game in 1977. So lots of Budweiser and Miller products with a smattering of Mexican beers. Because of this I like coming here as an exercise in nostalgia of a time in Albuquerque when Route 66 was still the lifeline of the city.

What can you say about these people they always have a smile on their face and treat the customers good with a lot of respect the owner must be doing something right because the employees are still thier from about 10 yrs ago when I was going their good Job guys keep up the good work you all deserve a pad on the back I wish we could have more stores like this .people give a positive attitude and make you fill at home.mike l

I went looking for cranberry sauce and no one had any add o I went here when I can't find something I always go here and they always have what I'm looking for the store is old but it's clean and the workers are really friendly and so helpful I like this place it's really nice

It's always my number one stop the only place I go for Christian brothers peach. I can't beat there price or find it anywhere else. The men who work there are friendly and always gentlemen. I love them and there service.

Super great staff. I look really young, so they double- and triple-checked my ID, but they weren't rude about it in any way. They were fast and really polite! Will definitely go back.

Saw a guy get hit by a car here a bit ago. Homie got at least 7' in the air. I haven't seen a mexican that high since Cheech and Chong.

It was good and great place to visit I hadn't been there in year but it was on my way home and much easier
