Extremely disappointed. The pool tables, sticks and carpets are so worn and degraded I don't think they've ever been repaired or replaced since it was first opened. Average to over priced food and drink. Toilets are amoung the worst I've ever seen. Only some of the aircon work and make you feel sick or you go and cook in an oven corner. The bar staff tried to over charge us for one hour of pool hire, we had had one beer, no drunk, we were one hour exactly and the place was very dead, so I don't know how they thought they would get away with it. I understand having a dj is cool and fun, but when the total number of people in the building is about 20 including staff, please turn the music down it actually was annoying that i had to almost yell the while time. Unless someone renovated and changed staff i would never recommend this place again

We attended on a Saturday night for a birthday party.. I loved how it has a open area attached to the outside.. Plenty of room to move.. great atmosphere Great to host a birthday party on a small to medium scale.. Staff are awesome Its not a classy type atmosphere but it is fun and happening.. Has music pool table games dancing and most importantly food lol.. Great variety for drinkers of alcohol and non drinkers.. The only downside was the actual club section.. was way too hot to enjoy.. But other than that all goods :)

Great atmoshere, but would be alot more appeal if the dance floor was more, and more appealing thought was put in, should host all sort mf events to stereo type /age / genre of the night also would be great if it ould be used to suit all kinds of setup, dj'ing, rock bands, singing, kareoke anything goes would be great. The front can do with more appropriate setting; car park, front door set up, lining up can be more proffesional, screening of out door smoke area more higher, some plants

The venue is decent sized, nice layout. Changed so much over the years. The bathrooms are broken and disgusting. We went in on a Saturday around 6pm for a casual game of pool, does the bathrooms ever get cleaned? The things I seen made me want to vomit and run. I couldn't use and 34 weeks pregnant. Everything's pretty much broken in the bathrooms too. Please fix and higher a regular cleaner. Was told the men's just as bad with a hole through the wall staring into pipes.

Very humid, very expensive, Waitresses are also hhhot, summer clothing required, but when air conditioning goes on Winter clothing goes on. Lol. Better to go to counter then await for table serving faster, Waiter/Waitresses runs past, very tight, chairs to close together to eat+, bump into others, had to move out so Some One can go past, not enough food, last time was pricy per head 3 plates, all you can eat, on a 3+ extra large table, drinks extra. Omg.

Shocking venue, absolutely no air con with hundreds of concert going people packed in PLEADING for the air-conditioning to be turned on... When the artist went backstage to change his t-shirt after three songs, the air-conditioning was then turned on (he must have blasted the staff). Very very inconsiderate. Bar staff however were great and had air-conditioning throughout the bar area.

Great place, very laid back, good music except the MC on the microphone is very annoying when songs are playing. He needs to shut up when the music is playing. His voice is just out of it. He ruins every song that's played. Drinks are a bit overpriced, awesome function room except bartenders look like cheap hookers when kids are in the venue. Toilets are disgusting. AWESOME PIZZA.

Haven't been here in years decided to come back and see how things are. Nothing has changed and has gotten worse. Place looks like a junkyard and just added pool tables. Staff isn't much better. Stood at the front with no other customers, we weren't even acknowledged. Cannot believe price of drinks. Honestly use to love coming here now never again.

Nice big club space, lots of room for people to move around without bumping into each other. Looks alot better now than it did a couple of years ago. Front toilets near entry need some serious upgrading and maintenance. All staff are pretty friendly, I had the pizza a couple of times after a night there, it's was nice, always piping hot.

I go here alot the place is great EXCEPT there is literally no room for people to dance so everybody just plays pool instead the music is really good so it would be amazing if the dancefloor was bigger and the pool tables were moved to the sides then that way i think it would be more like a bar / club and lots of people would come in

Pool tables and carpet are worn and torn. Tables are barely usable. Pre mixed drinks will cost you almost the same as a multipack of the same drink. $15 for a JD and cola is ridiculous. The male toilets are disgusting and never properly cleaned , could possibly be the origin of Covid19 virus. Pizza on the other hand is amazing.

I had my 21st here and everyone had a fantastic time! They offered many helpful suggestions and went well out of their way to ensure everything was perfect with many different dimensions such as but not limited to balloons, catering and a fantastic DJ. I highly recommend the Q room and their staff for any functions!

Attended last night. Barrier in front of the door. Had to move it to get in. 8 pool tables. 4 are coin operated but do not work, the other 4 you can hire by the hour but are all ripped and unplayable. Not a person in sight. No music. No vibe. What's the point in offering pool tables in the first place ???

This place is old, the tables are not flat and many of the pool cues are a s bent as a banana. But. In saying that. The atmosphere is always welcoming, often quiet for good chats, the music is variety is brilliant and i never fail to have a good time.

Me and my mates went there on both Friday and Saturday night and had a really great time. The new owners have done a wonderful job with bringing Q ROOM back. We especially enjoyed listening to there DJ who was really impressive also.

Bartender didn't know what she was doing, also had an attitude problem. Music was good. Crowd was ok. Place was clean. Train your bar staff or don't charge the prices you do for low quality alcohol and worse customer service.

Great place for a few beers play a game of pool or even just a relax and sometimes can even break out a few dance moves and if you want to hold a function speak to them down there cause they got a great room at the back

We attended a 21st there in their function room. Simply AWESOME! it felt like we were in Vegas..... Poker table, Roulette table and Blackjack table. Security guard at door made you feel safe. Good time had by all☺

Best pool hall around! Drink prices are good, bar staff are always stunning! Live DJs and decent food! Great for a Friday or Saturday night outing but also awesome for a lazy Sunday arvo pool sesh

Ripped carpets everywhere, pool tables in poor condition (of those that weren't Out of Order). Terrible drink selection, massively overpriced wine and watered down beer. We won't be returning.

Place was awesome, alot of pool tables and even pool tables outside dedicated for smokers who can freely smoke out there. Fun atmosphere definitely would like to go again.

Enjoy every time to be here.Staff is just awesome.Once lost my driving licence inside and I was so worried about it but then asked staff and they found it in minutes.

Good place to hang out and play pool and have a drink they even make good coffee, The carpet in smokers area needs to be ripped up thou and some repairs on the tables

The setup is good but they really need to update or clean up there pool tables. 95% of them either the pool tables carpet is ripped or stained.

If you're looking for a place you can smoke basically indoors, have a drink with friends and play some pool then this is definitely the one.

Its not a bad place to start the night. Good music and a well behaved crowd. Tables aren't the greatest, but definitely not the worst.

Badly organised bar staff:flat drinks;arguments amongst staff unable to cope with a large attendance at a concert last night.

Use to be a great place to go play pool. It's still OK for that but the place is so run down now. I won't be going back.

I'm gonna say noo... Don't bother staff being the bar.. Are not experienced and are dressed like there going to bed...

My second time visiting Q Room. After the redecorating the new Q Room is amazing excellent decor and friendly service.

The pizza is quite good, but the venue needs to improve. A lot of the pool tables are either ripped or not levelled.

Absolutely horrible, tables were all ripped and only 3 pool cues that had a tip on them in the whole place

$30 jugs of beer - highly overpriced. But the place is not bad :) bartenders have awesome service.
