"Just had one of the worst experiences ever!!! The security at QV are a disgrace, they are just abusive, threatening, bullies that use intimedation tactics with no PR SKILLS!! MY PREGNANT PARTNER was feeling unwell this morning and needed to lie down briefly so we found a seat where possible to do so, and within a couple of minutes security came and told us she had to sit up because they don't allow sleeping on the seats"

Just had one of the worst experiences ever!!! The security at QV are a disgrace, they are just abusive, threatening, bullies that use intimedation tactics with no PR SKILLS!! MY PREGNANT PARTNER was feeling unwell this morning and needed to lie down briefly so we found a seat where possible to do so, and within a couple of minutes security came and told us she had to sit up because they don't allow sleeping on the seats. I replied and tried to explain to them that she is not asleep and that she was not feeling well and if she could just lay down for 10-15 mins we would then be on our way, to which security replied "NO!! YOU WILL GET UP AND LEAVE NOW OR THE POLICE WILL BE CALLED!!" TO WICH I RESPONDED WITH" NO, MY PARTNER IS NOT FEELING WELL AND SHE WILL GET UP WHEN SHE FEELS SHE CAN" AND THEN I SAID CAN YOU PLEASE NOT THREATEN US AND HE SAID HE CAN DO WHATEVER HE WANTS !!! THIS WENT ON FOR THE NEXT 10 OR SO MINUTES WITH DIFFERENT SECURITY GUARDS COMING AND BEING MORE AND MORE FORCEFUL EACH TIME, PUTTING UNNECESSARY STRESS ON MY PARTNER!! NOT ONCE DID ANY OF THEM ASK WHY SHE WAS FEELING THIS WAY OR OFFER A DRINK OF WATER OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC EXCUSES FOR SECURITY AND NONE OF THEM SHOULD BE ABLE TO CONTINUE WORKING!! OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE NO QUALIFICATIONS TO DO THE WORK THEY DO!! COMPLETE MEATHEADS!! ALL OF THEM!!
Melbourne QV Shopping Centre is an excellent destination when it comes to finding a convenient restroom. It is ideally located near various attractions and offers easy access to everything you need. Whenever I visit, I rely on this shopping centre for its clean and easily accessible toilets. The best part is that I've never had to wait, ensuring a hassle-free experience. While the primary focus of this review is on the restroom facilities, it's worth mentioning that Melbourne QV Shopping Centre offers much more than just convenient toilets. It boasts a wide range of shops, eateries, and entertainment options, making it an all-in-one destination for your shopping and leisure needs. In conclusion, Melbourne QV Shopping Centre stands out as a reliable option for those seeking clean and readily available restrooms. Its strategic location, coupled with its diverse range of amenities, makes it a convenient choice for visitors and locals alike.

Nice area for shopping, there are a lot of different shops. Ideal for clothes shopping as well as having a wide selection of restaurants in their food court. Ideal for a quick bite or a sit down meal at some of the other restaurants. Something for everyone with shops in the higher price bracket as well as some shops with items that are at the lower end too. Nice and clean with lots of seating options about too. Worth a visit if you're about in the central business district of Melbourne.
I visit this place everytime I'm in Melbourne. Whatever you're looking for you'll find it here. You just have to look in any of the hundreds of shops first . I mean its a fun experience and then you end up buying things you never planned or budgeted for. Things can get a little confusing on where to go especially on busy nights but that's the beauty of large shopping complex. Get ready for lots of walking and confusion if your new . Best to find a store map and your good to go.
QV Melbourne, or just QV as it's more generally known, is a shopping complex located where the old Queen Victoria Hospital, Melbourne used to be and that's where it gets its name from. As well as a number of fashion outlets, it includes a large Woolworths, which given the number of city dwellers today, is very well located. It also has a trendy foodcourt with a number of great eateries and places for just a coffee and cake. It's a busy hub that I frequently visit.
This was the first time I’ve done a walk around the city, & I must say it was well worth it. The tour guid was we’ll experienced giving so much history about the city while making it fun at the same time, our guild also gave us great local tips and recommendations. This is a pay as you feel guided tour so no matter your budget ide say come check it out. Defiantly something ide love to do again in a different city now that I know this is available.
It's a great shopping mall and probably deserve 5 star ratings. However, I will only give it 4 star due to lack of restrooms. The number of restrooms should be doubled. While everday thousands of people visit this place, it's bad to see sorry state of it's restrooms. They do not maintain those at all. As for the mall it is huge and you have lots of options available.Price is towards a higherend but you will get what you wanted here.
QV has a ton of stores, and a lot of food options! A lot of shops you won't realise are there, until you need them. Only gripe is I consistently get lost trying to leave, but this only results in me being a few metres from where I expected, coming out of a different exit to what I expected. Worth noting, my first few visits there I noticed the underground section triggered my asthma a little, but some days it is just fine :)
If you like places with historical influence then this is a must place to visit. When we visited the shrine it was extremely busy with a number of your groups arriving to see the changing of the guard. The guards routine is very impressive to see and pictures are easy to take. I recommend you spend some time there but make sure you check the timetable for the guards change.
Queen Victoria Village, or colloquially known as QV Melbourne or just QV, is a precinct in the central business district of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Located on the corner of Lonsdale and Swanston Street, QV boasts the convenience of a full-line Woolworths, BIGW, Dan Murphy's, Officeworks, Harvey Norman, Domayne and over 120 speciality stores
Great shopping mall which covers not just indoor shops but also open area you can walk through many shops within there. In There, you got kicks shops, supermarket and plenty of restaurants, also they got Daiso for houseware supply. And it’s located just opposite to Melbourne Central ,the great shopping place you can spend all day around.
This is a weird shopping centre there are lots of levels with different entries and it's very confusing and busy. It's also dark and dingy and looks like a concrete shell. There is no flow or sense to this building so whoever designed it had a strange idea of a shopping centre. Parking is ridiculously expensive. I wouldn't go back.
Had trouble paying my parking ticket, tried paying with my cards countless times. Trying to juggle the problem with a 2 years old toddler is horrendous! however Thank you Frank from Wilson parking, he was super helpful and resolved my problem within minutes! We left the parking with a smiling faces! Thank you Frank!
Best shopping center for daily needs. You'll also find Big W, a large selection of household items however limited business ware (Target for B&W's). Australian post office, package lockers. A nice selection of restaurants and Woolworths. Here is Hokkaido cheese cake. Striker Bowling is on the outside with a bar.
This mail come office space is am amazing facility built on the McQueen Victoria village . There is lots of parking available and even the shops are great . If you are looking having something vegetarian India you can spice kitchen at the lower ground floor similarly there are lots of Asia cuisine .
QV Melbourne is a very nice shopping centre offering a lot of different shops and eateries. High end Boutique style clothing stores as well as mainstream stores like Big W. There is a nice food court and plenty of dine in restaurants too. QV is definitely worth a visit if you're about in the cbd.
When I go city I always park here, is you spend $1 you can save a truck load on parking anytime of the day, central location close to everything and really good food places in and near by. They always have a nice set up just in the middle with plenty of places to rest and recharge
Always busy, but plenty of shops available, although some are very expensive. You can find Priceline pharmacy, Woolworths, big W, newspaper shop, small decorations items, some restaurants and juice and bubble tea shops. There is also a small Daiso shop upstairs and Harvey Norman.
This place is huge. Parking is super expensive during the week though. Buy something from QV to get the discount. You don't have to spend much. If you don't parking is 65 dollars. If you buy something it is 20. We were lucky and caught the dragon dance over Chinese new year.
Nice centre with plenty of options. Basement has a woolworths and Big W. The other levels have a variety of food options available. Other clothing shops on ground floor. Parking available below shopping centre. Outdoor seating available to eat outside on those sunny days.
Lots of cute shops and food options on all levels. The outside “food court” area has pretty lighting and seating making for a delightful lunch/dinner. Can get very busy, and sometimes is messy/trash lies around - but it is usually cleaned up quickly.
Honestly rather disappointed with the food offerings. Despite searching up in advance, Jojo Kitchen was already closed by 3pm though it showed trading till 5pm. In fact the QV service desk on the same floor directed us to the place without
There are many food and shops around. Woolworth and BigW provide everyday basic needs. Food court and 1st level restaurants provides large varieties of choices. 2nd level daiso and 3rd level Harvey Norman also is a good choice for shopping.
Centrally located and there’s an option to save on full day parking if you spend money in any store, which is a great way to get cheap parking especially in the CBD. There’s a great food court with lots of options to choose from. There’s a
Its a shopping centre. The foodcourt is pretty wxtensive. Although disappointed with the soup kitchen. The soup was nice but it came with a slice of packet white bread. I nice crusty bread would have made all the difference.
Lots of yummy eateries under one roof, where can do all shopping, at BigW Woollies, furniture, clothes, shoes, chemists, etc.. an open resting square, basically will be fun spending whole day with families and friends .
One of the best mall and apartment complex in the heart of Melbourne. Complete with banks, food centres, Big W, Woolworth, legendary Max Brenner, flight simulator, Asian store, Daiso, fitness centre, pool games, etc.
This building can be so confusing to navigate on the first visit but it gets better with time. There's some great stores and eateries. Great vibe and it's generally quite busy. Easy walk from trams or local venues.
Great spot to stop for lunch or dinner. Especially with kids. Our son could run around a little rather than being stuck in a restaurant. Good selection of food around. We ate at the Sushi place, was pretty good!
I always get a specific Korean corn dog whenever I come here and they never disappoint. Also good selection of food, love being able to have a different Asian cuisine everytime I visit and it’s always so yummy.
A fun and busy place at the heart of Melbourne. It's a great choice to hangout with friends if the weather is low. Great food, awesome shopping areas and many fun activities that can make time spent worth it.
Do not go there in your car, parking is a either hard to find or expensive (esp for short visit) Also, not much options to sit, especially if you are waiting for someone. Otherwise, a nice little place.
A HUGE thank you to the wonderful staff who clean the tables and take care of general clean up at QV food court. Your efforts are really appreciated and your good cheer is refreshing.
- One of the lifts is broken and the remaining one is very slow - impossible to go up and down with prams. - Not enough parents/baby change room leading to ridiculously long queues.
Bustling location, especially during meal times and with good reason — there’s an incredible range of food and restaurants here to enjoy! Never disappointed with a trip to QV.
Perfect location to take good photos at night. Not too cold and with a variety of shops and colours you can mix and match. Also, it right in the Centre of the Melbourne CBD!
There's plenty of food options here meeting all dietary requirements! Some great shops round too - great place to explore and bring some of your tourist friends and family
Centrally located offering a variety of Brand stores, it is a great place to go to if you want to either shop, browse, eat or just relax in a family friendly environment.
Renovation activities are making it very hard. Just been to Adelaide market which is streets ahead of Vic market now, with variety, quality and atmosphere.
This centre has many handy shops like Big W and Woolworths as well as Asian eateries and bubble tea places. Always a little busy but not too crowded.
Hangar Cafe: Little cafe shop where you can get a freshly made foccacia and a good coffee for a reasonable price. Attended by friendly staff.
Stopped here on break from Free walking tour. Had lunch at Grill'd and picked up a stuffed cookie at Aqua 8. Great wheelchair accessibility.
Good shops selling clothes, accessories, bags, and shoes. Not a very big mall, but has plenty of eateries. Good variety of foods available.
Delicious food at good prices. I was struggling to finish a bowl. Card only payment. Plenty of seating in a common area. Highly recommend.
love the variety of eateries here. Super convenient to get to with loads to east and choose from to suit everyone’s tastes and palette.
Nice little jewel hidden up a alley for lunch, some good choices but a bit $. Lovely court to enjoy the sun and not hear the streets.
Beautiful shopping area. There are plenty of food options as well. QV shopping precinct can be easily accessed via public transport.
Great places to meeting friends. Variety of restaurants available Instant flowers kiosk available for last minute gift idea! …
Just a tip for everyone parking in QV to consider using Lonsdale street exit instead of Little Lonsdale if notice any traffic jam.
Very good variety of places you can visit here, but the place is a little confusing to navigate. There needs to be more seating
Great BigW in the heart of the cbd. Full sized BigW with everything you need at a great price. Regular shopping spot for me.
Shopped at Big W. Pleasant experience. Food looked good at the food court as I passed through. Always enjoy going there!
It's a good place to visit.. you can do your shopping, also can grab some food.. they also have rest rooms if you need..
Loads of shops if your in to that. For tourists, there is the shot tower and impressive dome. Great for retail therapy
The Big W here has everything you need and prices are affordable. Our shopping experience here was nice and friendly
Good place for having a meal and shopping. Plenty restaurants, including Japanese, Breadtop, ... Daiso is also here.
Pedestrian and shopper pathways are narrow and easily crowded, feeling like weaving and pushing through people.
Stresses me out. Don’t park here if you respect yourself or your passengers. Range of stores is solid though.
A wonderful youngster shopping paradise you could enjoy much in every visit, a good place for your shopping.
Another shopping mall in the heart of Melbourne. Many alfresco dining area. Good to chill at this mall
Very tight parking access. Good venue for Asian restaurants above and branded supermarkets and stores.
Melbourne is the place to be especially for Asian food. Lots of shops and very easy to spend money.
Our 5th visit to this gem. A lovely tiny peace of paradise. Great beaches and friendly locals
Good location. There are plenty of stores to find nearly everything you're looking for.
Cash out every penny and spend in this area. A lots thing you can get. Food and dress.
Clean. Has access to major shops and good food court. Good opening hours on most shops
Good all day parking. Good location, good food and Woolies. Toilets are first rate.
Had coffee and cake in the open. As in end middle they have a green area. Excellent
Great little mall for your supplies, a quick feed or some down time shopping!
Very handy to pop in and get something to eat, and do some shopping.
Desserts are good. Very rich though so may have to share.
Very organised parking. Huge variety of quality stores.
Lots odlf shops, including Woolworths, and Big W
Big store. Heaps to choose . Great location
