Oh yeah, their fried foods are the best, everything. Fried corn on da cob, mushrooms, wedges, tenders are some of my favs. Lou & T are the best & the young dude, who's name I can never remember, George maybe. Tasha behind the deli counter has been there forever, & always remembers my normal & my new normal orders, lol. Tip her well. When we came back to Jacksonville from living outta state for 5 years, the very FIRST thing we ate was Lou's chicken.

The fat owner is so rude. I stopped going there. Some ignorant and negative people there plus it’s not in a good area. There is a store right around the corner called 1st and Huron and it’s so much better and the owner is always polite and they are open longer hours.

Great place for a quick stop and shop. Family owned and very friendly you feel like family here. They also have a Deli and kitchen where you can get good food for a good price..I'm yet to try the fried porkchop. Definitely my favorite store.

Best fried chicken and mushrooms and wedges in town! Plenty of other hot foods. Always pleasant to visit here. People come here from all around to have their fried comfort food. Always fresh and tasty!

I drive out of my way to go get their Fried Mushrooms, Chicken Tenders, and Real Potato Wedges. Best Eating around for great price.
