Extremely nice and honest people. They use only OEM products. I went in for an oil and filter change for my Audi. The owner Rafi showed me the oil and filter he was using prior to the job. His wife who runs the office is an exceptionally friendly and honest person. They treat you like you want to be treated. Very nice. I can’t stress that enough. He changed my oil and filter in a Jiffy, while I waited. Price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. I wish them the best with their business and life. My experience at Rafi’s Auto Repair was incredibly amazing. Great people to work with. Amazing mechanic! After taking my car to my usual mechanic and leaving it with them for a day, they returned it to me and told me to take it to a dealer because they could not figure out the issue. I don't know how to explain the relief I have felt since I discovered Rafi's. Single Mom 5 kids car problems meant immediate panic. They have all grown up still, I have had that projection. Until Rafi's, now when I have a car problem, I think "Oh thank goodness I can call Rafi's". I can keep my old VW tip top!

Visited this place two three times and the only thing I can say - very good service, reasonable prices much cheaper than the dealership, here they don't try to cheat you , they fix only this what is supposed to be fixed. Honesty - it's hard to find it but here you will.
