Worst branch and worst client service I’ve ever noticed. My card was blocked and they couldn’t help me, on December 4 (Monday) they refused to service me at all, supposedly security department is closed, it’s 4pm and still they have to pay attention to other customers after 30min waiting in a queue Usually I’m never leaving negative feedback, but this time it was a scream of my soul P.s. 3 days I’ve been attending this branch to fix the issue
Not great service. I requested a letter of pre-approval for the purchase of a condo and did not put the interest rate, if it is fixed or variable and in addition, the guy issued the letter with 10k less that I had requested :0 No follow-up, neither by telephone nor email. For reasons like that, I am happy to take another financial institution more serious and capable of dealing with customers.
Incompetent and arrogant employees, we quickly notice that everyone is an intern within this branch. Exponential latency time, it feels like they are working with systems (machines) from the 1950s. Instead of serving customers, employees spend their time going back and forth.
Mr. Louis in this branch is very professional!! Very kind!! I learned a lot during the meeting with him. It's very appreciated!! Madam who is at the entrance of the branch with the glasses is always smiling and welcoming!! Thank you very much for your impeccable service!!

Not all the employees have enough information to help. Very slow and most of the time you leave the bank without having your problem solved and are advised to return another time to visit the specialist!.
Very fast for opening and closing accounts. Perfect for international students under 6 months old. Too bad my debit card never arrived in the mail, but it wouldn't be of any use to me anyway.
