I don’t know where else to write this but I have to let RBC know that Kayleigh Rampersad , Client Advisor from RBC branch at 3030 Mainway in Burlington, ON is deserving of the highest praise. We, i.e. my wife and I came to this branch with a technical problem concerning a wire transfer of funds. She was not only very professional and knowledgeable but above all that she was extremely friendly and put us at ease, solved our problem to our satisfaction and volunteered to show us how to use online banking in future. Everything that she explained to us she did with a smile. We must congratulate RBC on having such a fine employee. All the staff in the bank were also very friendly. This is what the royal bank and it's managers think of a lady that's been with them for 31 years since she moved to Canada from Ireland. I won't be banking with them moving forward and we will find a bank that does care. Your a disgrace !!
Online banking made my credit report drop. I was not applying for a credit card with them I do not want one with them. They offered me overdraft and I simply accepted thinking it’s better it be safe then sorry. But as soon as I accepted it it switched to a credit page. I get notified that a hard inquiry was done on my credit!! I emailed a complaint asked them to fix their error and the said it’s too invasive and closes my complaints. Unacceptable.
I personally recommend this bank Including Kelvin the Banking Advisor. I have opened new personal and commercial accounts during covid times all Hassel free. This lead to me opening other products because of the great service. When having questions about a charge that I was unaware of Kelvin helped resolve the proble. I feel confident knowing im banking with RBC and this location.
I am a client of RBC almost 40 years. Also I have lots of investment with few financial institutions including RBC. So I always observe the customers service in the branches. A young lady Miss Safia Rauf was amazing and her way of approaching the customers are very professional. She built my confidence in few minutes with my questions. Keep up your good work miss Safia.
I want to thank Charles from this branch for his amazing customer service after I had a rough experience and was refused service at the grimsby location . He was very polite and assisted me . I went in to the branch 2 times, within one week. Once with a teller. 2nd time with Melissa Smith. The worst service ever. Their mistake cost me 500$. Will be filing a formal complaint. Banking these days is a joke for these newbies. Rbc should train their employees to do their job right. Smh
I have unfortunately continuously received poor customer service from this branch. The advisors have made a mistake with my finances twice. The staff seem to be poorly trained. I transferred to the RBC branch on Brant St. and had much better experiences there.
I have RRSP with RBC and I have been denied access to my account for more than three months due to ID theft concerns. When I go to this branch to find out more details and resolution, the advisor asked me "Why do you want to have an account with RBC anyway?"

I don't know about this specific RBC branch , but their phone customer service is useless and a complete waste of time. Bunch of jokers sitting not knowing what they are doing.
Super disorganized Standing here for 25 minutes with one teller open and there wasn’t even a line when I came in Do better RBC you’re a super wasteful company
The drive through presents ultra modern atms open 25/7. 2 lanes for quick trips. On the corner. Big parking lot just for RBC, not shared by other businesses.
