On the 5/6/21 I went to RY Carwash at 10am for a car wash. When I arrived, I had a strange gut feeling when I saw one of the workers looking down and sad. The other workers were upbeat, so I ignored the sad worker and got a coffee. I came back to RY Carwash at 10:30am and the workers suddenly became hinky as I asked for a receipt. I got into my car and thought I saw residue on my front windscreen. I drove off and used my washers to try and push off the residue, but it didn't come off. After only going a short distance, the reflection of the sun at certain angles revealed a lot of unusual marks on the car. I pulled over to get a closer look and inspect the car. To my disbelief, the car was covered in thousands of chips and scratches. Not just the front windscreen, every glass window on the car was damaged. I went over the scenarios in which the car could have been damaged, realising the most likely scenario was dirt/sand was used in the pressure washer and a rag with stones in it. I went to RY Carwash to ask them about my car. I talked to one of the workers and he seemed to be confused about what happened to the car. After talking for a while, the worker looks back to the former "sad worker" as he has a smug look on his face while talking to a cabbie. This to me is a red flag, because even the worker started to become embarrassed when he realised something did occur at RY Carwash and I am an Uber Driver. I had my car serviced at Toyota the week before, so I have evidence of my windows having no damaged on them prior to that car wash. This place shows cowardly behaviour and no integrity as a business. Do not empowered people who act out of hate. Furthermore, I was never rude or threatening. Chips and scratches would not appear on "all" windows by highway driving. I only asked questions and observed body language. The hostility and avoidance to answer questions came on your end.

Used to be a good place to wash my car But today going to the car wash initially told me there would be a 15-minute wait, but ten minutes later a man in a Rang Rover dropped his keys and had a few words with their employee, and my wait time turned into half an hour, which I was not happy about.

I went here to get my car detailed, it was in a bit of a state to say the least. The gentlemen there were so quick and my car was ready in just under 2 hours. Its the cleanest I've seen it in years and for an affordable price compared to others in the area. Will definitely be back!

RY is the most professional company I have dealt with. The Owner is absolutely meticulous in the way he delivers a quality service and has trained his Team to do the same. I go to RY on a regular basis and personally recommend their Service and I am proud to do so.

Terrible service, they do a lousy job, I'd avoid this place. DON'T be fooled, there are plenty of decent car wash places around the area, this is just not one of them.

Great service. My car was filthy after a trip to the bush and sitting under trees in Newtown. The guys have made him look brand new! I’ll definitely be back.

The car wash is not clean,they also have disorderly charges, they said that because the car is dirty so have to pay extra fee. Worst experience ever.
