THEIR MACHINE RIPPED OUR TIRES!!!! My fiance went through this car wash today (which we've gone through before, with no issue) and their machine ripped through his tire! Then when he went to confront the employee who suggested it could be a nail, at that time they couldn't see the huge tear because it was on the opposite side. He went back to the car wash to confront the employee again because that is obviously not a tear from a nail. And the employee went on to say that they wouldn't pay us for the damage to the tire ($30 to replace it) because they cant guarentee what the condition of the tire was before we went in, since he didn't personally inspect the tires himself.... my fiance obviously could not have even driven to the carwash in the first place if that was the tires original condition before entering THEIR machine. We of course will never be using this service again and I suggest if you don't want to have to replace your tires nobody else use them! P.S. there's a comment from Raceway saying their DM would call but no one ever called....smh

Arrived 20 minutes before close. Paid for my wash, but all the vacuums were closed up, and trash cans gone. I could not complete my wash. When I asked an associate, he just threw his hands up and walked away mocking me, as if I was crazy for expecting services I paid for while the wash was still open... I'm absolutely furious. Never going here again, and I suggest others don't as well. Not just because they like to close early, but because they clearly don't care about their customers, and don't provide the services you pay for.

Raceway Express Car Wash is absolutely amazing. There's an employee by the name of Christopher Arizola. He exemplifies true customer service. He's very kind, professional, diligent, and personable. He always puts the customer's needs and wants as a top priority. It's quite evident that he has a very strong work ethic. His work is a very positive outlook and representation of this company. Because of his service and the other employees, and supervisors, I highly recommend this establishment to absolutely everyone.

I bought the most expensive monthly package they offer, but the last 3 trips they have sent me through the wash at the cheapest price. I tried telling the attendent it was wrong, but he just wanted to argue with me instead of fixing the problem. The management isn't the best at this location and I always have to clean my rims after Washing my car as there is a brown film on them. I use this location because it's a block away from my house, but will start going to a different location.

The place was closing as I was vacuuming. There were at least 5 other cars still vacuuming and 2 going this the wash. If you still have this many customers on site why are you closing the vending area prior to us leaving if you’re gonna do that stop accepting cars after a certain time. I paid for the wag and couldn’t finish doing what needed to be done due to lack of access to the stupid vending area. Make this make sense, please…!

Zero stars!!! The carwash never cleans the back of my car. Everytime I go, I have to try different vacuums because most of them don't function well. Today I went before 5pm and they had already taken 3 of the vacuum hoses down. The place looked trashy, all the trash cans were overfilled and trash all over the lot. Bad customer service!! And I'm paying for unlimited washes at this place WHY?

Been an unlimited monthly pass holder for five years. The carwash and vacuum machinery needs upgrading, there are potholes just as you turn out if the drive through wash, and everything looks dated and dingy. They get lots of business so I wonder how they don't have the money to upgrade and renovate? I stay with them because of convenience and low cost.

The Carwash is always nice and clean and the guys are very helpful they go above and beyond for there customers and Kris the sales person’s is the most sweetest and very humble person I’ve meet very professional this guy is all over the place he is very helpful keep up the good work I’ve recommended lots of family and friends to this place

We just went for a $12 wash and Arturo came up and shined up our tires by hand, asked us how we were doing and if we were satisfied with the wash! What great customer service. I paid for an unlimited membership for free carwashes four weeks ago and I went today, 1st Friday of the year to be exact at 1130 am, to get a carwash and there's yellow cones out like they're closed!!! I want my money back for the membership and the money I'm about to pay towards a competition's carwash. Shame on you!!!

I wish the tire shine machine would work better only one was shining all the others one not so good It seems like its lacking for the first day it was open till now and i still pay 35 each month for ok service maybe i should just cancel it and just wash my car my self it would be done the right way the first time around

The staff at this location is not the friendliest and the car wash itself does not fully rinse my car. There was a considerable amount of soap on my car after leaving which made it very streaky during clean up/drying. The location on Thunderbird is much friendlier, accessable and gets my car completely clean in one go.

My husband got a free carwash through text message and even though the barcode didn't show up to redeem they let me right through. I also had a little pile of bird poop on the trunk and asked nicely if he had something for that and he said yes! Thanks guys for your help! I appreciate it!! I'll be back!!

You cannot beat the awesome monthly deal for $14. The car wash is decent but, they need a little help cosmetically. However, that doesn't wash your car. LOL The vacuums are always free in the property is clean. I only write honest reviews and if you agree with this, please hit the like button!

This used to be a top tier facility. Now it’s the worst car wash in the area. 75th Ave and 91st Ave have a better car wash facility which is cleaner, higher quality, and better service. This car wash is $6 for their basic soap machine wash with free vacuums that half the time don’t work!
