I went into this store at approximately 8:15 pm on March 5th 2020. Nobody came to return desk until 8:30 pm that was so rude and unprofessional. I had a shoe return and I seen nobody at the front at all and all of a sudden this big black purple haired Barney named Courtney. She never apologized for not being at front and had a nasty attitude and looked so lazy and nasty. I told her she needs to stay in front because they could have been robbed and she said it’s not my store and she did not care. That means she don’t care about her job and she needs to be fired ASAP with a nasty and I don’t care attitude. This store needs to hire more professional looking people without purple hair. So sad

Store was clean and products were as well. Service is bad. Purchased some Crocs, lady said they were $60 due to it being a Men's shoe but it was on display for $45, plus all Crocs are unisex. Went back and forth, showed her the Rack Room Shoes website with the $45 price and she ignored that as well. She called a manager over and the manager took a long time. She finally confirmed it on the store website on her phone as she refused to look at mine. Waste of 25 minutes dealing with these people. What ever happened to keeping a customer happy or providing service? Clearly they don't care about you. Might as well just order on eBay or something next time.

Store hours are posted as closing at 9pm. Employees shown in video have locked the door at 8:49. I called, watching them from the window, from my cell to inquire as to why the door was locked. They ignored my first call - They glanced at the ringing phone and chuckled. I called back; the female advised that I should come tomorrow. I asked if Management/corporate was aware of them closing the store prior to closing time. She said yes. I'd love for Management/corporate to respond to this if in fact how Rack Room Shoes operates

GHETTO!! I called 3 times the first two times the lady answered and hung up immediately. The third time she answered “HELLO!” I took a minute to checked the number cause because I was already hung up on twice maybe it was me calling the wrong number nopeee after my pause she then said “Rack Room can I help you?” just never mind I’ll go to another location.

I've been there twice and the customer service was exceptional. They greeted me at the door and made me and my son feel comfortable. It was a great selection of shoes and the place was super clean and organized. I want to thank Beverly who helped us with a smile. Keep up the great work!♥️I'll definitely tell my friends to go there and shop.

A new shoe place as of January 2020 at Howell Mill District. Got really excited for a new shoe store that got the impression was going to be like DSW but with Payless prices. I was right. Love it! They even had ample seating areas to sit down to try shoes with full-body mirrors. Perfect!

Some of the greatest customer service from the representatives that work there. I got to meet Ms. MooMoo even though her name was something else but she did say her name was MooMoo and she was so helpful and understanding and patient.

Can't really review, because the store wasn't open 15 minutes after it was supposed to be. I was trying to buy a new pair of boots before work, but wasn't able to, due to the store not adhering to their posted times.

Not so impressed with selection which appear to be several seasons ago!! But 'tha real kicker for me, although I was willing to compromise my prevailing sense of taste; was their limit in sizes. emk

Amazing customer service from the entire staff, I had a bad experience with the Rack Room online store, but this location has made me very happy I gave Rack Room a second chance.

Drove a long way only to find out they closed early at 7. Was looking for a specific shoe for the 4th and this was the last night I could have picked them up - Disappointing

-I always come here to shop for my little one && I. The staff are always friendly && willing too help. Also the store is always clean && not too many people in the store.

I went to the store to make a purchase at 10 am (which is the opening time) but the store did not open until 10:30 am! Unacceptable...smh...

Friendly staff and the best part is they had all of the shoes I wanted to try on in both 6.5s and 7s which are always so limited in stock!!

A coupon was delivered to my email by the store, after a long time choosing my shoes they told me I couldn’t apply it. Just wasted time

One of the best and well-stocked Rack Room stores I've been to. The cashier was so friendly and patient with our coupon and kids!

Called them they said they had it and got them. Didn't have change so told her put it in the cup for the disabled kids they have.
