Be weary of your personal information. I worked for this company a few months ago and James developed an obsession with me and would harass me at all hours of the night. I received phone calls from his number as well as other numbers at all hours of the night for a month (August-now, I changed my number) When I asked my aunts who work in the criminal justice field to help me figure out who was calling me, he lied to them and said I was harassing him. The next day, after I told Caroline about receiving another opportunity of employment for another company, James messaged me and asked me why I left the company. Not only was I grieving over my late cousin who unexpectedly lost his life in a car accident AND his dead body had tested positive for COVID (mind you, I hadn’t seen my cousin in years, only spoke to him on the phone since he was long distance) and while trying celebrate both of my sisters birthdays, James thought it would be okay to provoke an argument with me via text. I dismissed the conversation and blocked James phone number. (This happened in the beginning to middle of June.) Around Late July, I unblocked his number and purchased a new phone, kept the number though. I began receiving phone calls at all hours of the night. When I was employed there, I told Caroline about James admitting to me that he found me attractive and she reminded me of the harassment policy. I don’t know if she spoke to him as well, but if she did, no doubt in my mind he lied to her as well. I was being polite and cordial for the sake of the business, especially since James was going to be my “business partner” as employment went on. I also did not trust Caroline, from the moment I met here, but again, I attempted to remain honest, communicative, polite and cordial for the sake of the business. Needless to say, I left the company at the earliest opportunity I received. From what James told me, he obviously needed the employment more than I did.

This place had great prices on shoes. I have been going to this store since my child was a toddler. My child is now 11 years. I believe I will forever shop at this shoe store. The store was organized and the shoes were priced great. I have not been to this store for some years now. I have been shopping at Finish Line lately. I forgot how affordable Rack Room Shoes were. I stopped going to Rack Room Shoes for maybe 5 years now I do believe. So maybe my child was 5 years old and Finish Line was getting my business for about 5 years. Carters got my business for shoes last year.

It's well organized with a decent selection of dress, casual and athletic shoes for men, women, and kids. I love how even the clearance section is organized by size. They also carry a decent selection of women's size 10-11+ for those of us that aren't 5'2" with size 6 feet. The customer service was great too! Friendly and available without being overwhelming. Today I needed running shoes and a pair of slides thanks to my new puppy. I'll be back in December for my birthday bonus from their rewards program to get these converse I've got my eye on.

Store has a lot of brand name shoes and always buy one get one half off. Today I scored two pairs of leather Docker dress shoes and some closed toed Crocs for a total of $70. What.....? There's tons of Nike, Adidas, and Puma, in sneaks and slides. Men's dress, casual, and sport shoes. Women's, the same. Boys and girls shoes too. This location is easy access and free parking. Next to a bunch of great stores in South Park Meadows. Hard to see though from traffic.

Great shoe specials just happen to be driving by and seen bogo 50% I found 4 pair of shoes. They had the nike sandles I"ve been looking for and the old school k Swiss I wore in high school. They have a big selection of sandles for the summer. Lots of cool socks and shoe inserts for people like me that have problems. The employers were very helpful and friendly. This was my first time shopping here and I was satisfied with my visit I will be back.

Stay away. Just visited Rack Room in LaFrontera. Walked in and was only customer in store on this rainy day. Employee was on his cell apparently talking to his mother as I could hear everything he was saying. Never welcomed me or asked if I needed help until I was on way out the door. So needless to say, it was a bad first impression and horrible service.

Staff was really helpful & patient with me. Nice selection, little bit of everything . Not the place if you're looking for a unique pair of shoes but if you're looking for current & a more everyday shoe then this is perfect. We ended up with 4 pairs of shoes when I walked in for socks ‍♀️ …

Store is pretty clean amd organized. Staff looked unhappy with being at work. They said forced hellos then proceeded to follow me around the store like a hawk. Smh.. I do not that type of shopping experience and was irritated I had to shop in a hurry as I was not comfortable.

Great sales. Great Customer Service. Very clean stores. Employees greet you when you come into the store and explain the sales. Today they had buy 1 get 1 free on select items and buy 1 get 1 50% off. This also includes their great clearance section.

Not a very customer friendly place to buy from cashiers both has attitudes and not just towards me I witnessed that attitude towards the customer in the other line... shoe carnival is in the same shopping center I suggest you try them out first

The store itself was neat and organized and was stocked with lots of sizes. However the staff member I encountered made my checkout experience uncomfortable. Not a word spoked to me, no eye contact made during the entire checkout process

I think its a bit overpriced, but there were a bunch of BOGO deals and Buy one get one half off deals. I found some surprisingly good work boots there for i suppose a reasonable 75 bucks. Employees were extra kind and attentive.

Very clean store sale team very helpful. They did not have my daughters size in the shoe she picked. They shiped it for free at same price to our home. We waited a week for them to come in but no runing around to find the shoes.

Its a ok place if you don't need a size 11 wide. Owner said M stood for male size and W was for women. New to me as W had always meant it was a wide width shoe before . Pretty sure it was for sale sake that was said to me.

Bad service . No greeting when you come in the store the employees are really rude and overall I will not be coming back to this store again. I would have to suggest that their employees take a training in costumer care.

Had to exchange my son's shoes for a bigger size and Jorge was great. Super helpful and friendly. There was also a mistake in my original purchase that I hadnt noticed and he fixed it for me. Over all great experience.
