I went yesterday to consult a chest pain . The intern Dr. along with Senior doctor prescribed an ECG . I went for ECG after 45minutes machine was out of order. Then I ran to Emergency ward and got my ECG done . While doing the ECG there was no curtain to cover the patient openly they hv done my ECG. Then I ran to meet the Dr. they went home. Day2 today again I went to consult the doctor along with my ECG report. Today they have put me to different Intern Dr. They said ECG ok but they have asked me to Eco Scan . Then I went to reception to ask that I need to meet doctor not Intern then they put me one doctor. When my turn came he went for Lunch at 12:50. Anyone who really wants to consult for any severe sickness then this is not the right place because this a Medical college not a Hospital by doing treatment on patients like us they are providing free training to the students those who have began a fresh doctor. Not recommend for anyone. Regards

HOSPITAL SERVICE IS GOOD BUT NO COORDINATION BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENTS.. THE FREE SERVICE IS COMPENSATED BY MEDICINES WHERE THEY TAKE FULL MRP FOR ALL THE ITEMS WHERE 20 TO 40 % CAN AVAIL OUTSIDE.. TO SUPPORT THIS DOCTORS PRESCRIBE 5 TO 10 TIMES A DAY WHERE NO PATIENT CAN TRAVEL OUTSIDE TO BRING.. THE MOST IMPORTANT THE MEDICAL SHOP GUYS ARE VERY ARROGANT AND THEY MADE PATIENT TO WAIT 30 TO 40 MINUTES IN THE NIGHT.. THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD TAKE STRICT ACTION TO CONTROL MEDICAL SHOP GUYS . 5 PEOPLE DO TIMEPASS WHERE THEY OPERATE ONLY ONE COUNTER WHEN OTHERS ASK THEY SAID IF YOU WANT WAIT ELSE TAKE OUTSIDE . SUCH RUDE BEHAVIOUR ALSO MANAGEMENT INSIST MEDICAL SHOP TO OFFER SOME DISCOUNTS WHEREVER APPLICABLE If the management wants to improve the service these are the areas.. Am not sure they take action or not but worth of they read and take action..

Rajarajeshwari Hospital, Madikeri is located adjacent to the Press Club in the Industrial Estate, near Shakti Press. This is a private hospital primarily specialising in Paediatrics and Gynaecology. The two floor hospital is well maintained and has lift facilities, laboratory and X Ray facilities. Operation theatre is available. Special rooms and wards are there to house patients. Parking is limited and has to be done in the industrial estate road and surrounding. No in house canteen. Food joints are not many in the are other than shops that offer coffee, tea, biscuits and light snacks.

I came as a patient covid 19 to this hospital, this hospital gave lots of good services, and nice staffs and good humble doctors and management, especially I need to say DR Gokul sir, this doctor was talking very nicely, such beautiful heart and advises very clam and good humanbeing, Thank you gokual sir, I hope ur furture is good and brite life a head Thanks a lots sir, Thanks Management wonderful service in pandemic covid 19,Thanks yu soo much and love u...

Very poor management we went to the hospital with an emergency operation even though we had reports they asked us to redo it and they took 4 days to get many reports and asked us do the scanning again. Cleanliness is worst part . We almost spent a month in hospital. They will do all this so that the bed charges will increase. For name sake it is aided hospital but at the end of the surgery we had to pay 70k .

We admitted our father, he is suffering from corona virus, these hospital people's not even gives him Hot water also, they just admit patients, they don't give any proper treatment, within 2days our my father dead, because of worst staffs and carelessness, negligence, no neatness, we lost our father, there no proper bathing facility also, they don't here our words properly, worst......

If you visit for out patient department it Okey other wise if you get admitted here the patient attender will become patient the aggorent ward nurse lack of mid communication duty doctors Delay in lab test report I don't think there moto don't matches Healing is Devine Management have to look after all this

The hospital billing system is very late..!! Even for the emergency . The ICU wards waiting area very poor poor, there so many insect like cockroaches and all people have to sleep there and wait. By waiting for there loved ones in the waiting area it’s self gonna cost them another heath issue

I think the treatment of my sister dougter is fine.but the process of billing and discharging is not good.i expect that perticulour desk want to improve their Owen responsibility.bcz I spend 2/3 hours hear for the billing.plz improve yourself to maintain the hospitality.thank you

The hospital in itself is rather favourable for patients to get to and around with good qualified doctors.howecer the waitline at the counters is rather painful and bureaucratic. depending on your luck and temper the experience may vary from easy to downright harrowing.

This for the managements attention. Please replace your receptionist/telephone operator at the earliest before they bring your hospital down. They hung up on the caller they do not respond they do not answer phone calls

Very poor and bad service. Staffs are very rude... I don't reffer to any patients even if they are not affordable other hospital. Management need to take care or train them properly or else remove them from job.

One of the worst hospital, they don't know how to treat medical emergency patients, they wait for someone to come and do formalities without treating patient first.
