I had the best Thai yoga massage session with Manny yesterday. My session was 90 mins including yoga streching exercises and stomach massage. I came to see Manny to help me prepare for a marathon and walked out feeling better than I've felt in a long time. He was interested in understanding what I needed and was great at adjusting pressure depending on any soreness or tightness.
