Update as on Feb 28, 2023: As a follow up to my Google review, I received a call from a gentleman Mr. Ramakrishna, Sr. Administrator, HRC Eye Center apologizing for the inconvenience caused and requested me to visit again for addressing my concerns. Though initially I thought it was a call to fix the review that may damage their reputation, his multiple followups to provide an opportunity for better service impressed me and I visited the eye center on Feb 28. Ramakrishna personally escorted me through all procedures and tests required including glaucoma specialist consultation all of which was complete in less than 30 minutes. I'm impressed by their service oriented treatment and would certainly recommend Ramdevrao Memorial eye center. ************************* Worst experience ever with an ophthalmologist. I was suggested at an eye clinic to get HUV test done at Ramdev Rao Memorial hospital located in Kukatpally. When I visited their eye center, I was informed that I cannot get the test done without getting checked by their ophthalmologist - specifically ONLY Varsha Ramachandra (glaucoma specialist). Only if consult her, the test would be carried out. I had to go thrice to the hospital to get her appointment when the technician is also available to conduct the test. Finally yesterday when I made the payment, I was made to wait for 3 hrs as she was busy and only her optometrist checked my vision similar to what was done 3 weeks ago at the eye clinic but Varsha Ramachandra didn't bother to check my eyes as it was already outside of consultation hours. Now, the lady at front office says I can go for the test first and then come back another day for Varsha's consultation. I enquired why the heck was the test not administered 3 weeks ago when I first visited the hospital if Dr. Varsha didn't have to approve, she had no answer and rudely responded to come back another day if I want to consult Varsha. Never in my life will I go to this hospital again and specifically this so called Dr. Varsha who had time to browse her phone and chit chat with her colleagues but didn't have time to visit a patient who made a payment for consultation and waited for 3 hrs!

Visited ramdevrao hospital but came out with disappointment no corect guidance in OP , the OP manager does not know how to manage and communicate waste. Manager . staff also big waste reception staff don't know to guide and very slow in work op sisters don't know how to speak all are just in maintaining their fashion and in phones and when went to emergency dept another waste manager is there and ER incharge sister is rubbish . overall what we have faced that the administration persons and incharge sisters are waste in ramdevrao hospital . why the management is silent on these peoples who does not know the working way guiding and communicating way Are they not getting pay , if they do that type of free service then also its waste . please make appoint some good peoples who can able to handle and communicate properly few months back when came., there was one lady called yasmin she is very good in communication and maintainance but this time we didn't seen her in ramdev she is very good person . may be weather she left ramdevrao hospital. but its a small suggestion don't loose such staff .Anyway its a humble request to management please those managers and in charges are not good in their communication and work please make changes . Next time if we visit can able to see change otherwise its very sad to say ramdevrao hospital becoming worst hospital due to worst administration persons.

*** must read before you visit There is no negative star so have to give 1 as -10 I recently went for an emergency and with out any Dr suggestion ask me to admit and Dr will come and will check at 10Am but in reality he arived at 1pm, I was in pain totally for 3hr without any treatment. Jr Dr only know 1thing what ever the problem would be just give pain killer to patient. Wrost management ever came across, have to call nurse several time to check the patient need something in emergency or finds some difficulties Ask for ambulance one day before discharge and haven't provided, I waited a long day I hope they would provide it but end the end of the day they mentioned they don't have and asked for any altenative number for ambulance to management they told they would not keep such thing with a rude way. so have to search ambulance in net and booked an alternative to get back to home - no proper guidance - no Dr available when time we need - no jr Dr or nurse are available - pain killers is the only treatment given - will ask to admit even it's not necessary - poor management - ambulance is not available Request to government to look after these kind of hospital and check the minimum requirements for a hospital

I have recently addmited in this hospital for 6 days they charged around 60k without doing treatment I joined with lumber fracture and leg fracture for 6days they given only pain relief medicine with out doing any surgery and worst thing is doctors will not available at any time the entire hospital is running on the jr doctor and nurseing staff if we go on emergency they know only one kind of treatment giving pain relief medicine and they will ask to admit in the hospital after admiting into hospital God should know when doctor will visit for supose doctor visited also he will communicate with patient less than 2 min. Note:Hospital looks like huge but without proper doctor in the hospital it is wast to admiting Scamalert:Hospital motive is to admit the patient in hospital to take the bed charges this will happen for very patient and next day they will do timespass by saying doctor will come after doctor visit doctor will ask give some medicine and discharge. The hospital in Kukatpally Area is the best choice for a wide range of treatments and emergency care. I have had a positive experience with this hospital for over 7 years. In relation to gynaecology services, both my cousins and I have personally experienced deliveries at this hospital. Dr. Chaya Devi Madam and her team are exceptional doctors who provide outstanding care. The hospital is dedicated to ensuring a normal delivery and they have a remarkable success rate in achieving this. However, in exceptional cases where the patient's situation necessitates it, a c-section may be performed. My mother-in-law faced a severe gynaecological issue that other hospitals recommended treating by removing her uterus. However, Dr. Chaya Devi Madam took a different approach. She first conducted a biopsy to accurately diagnose the problem and then suggested an alternative treatment plan that did not involve removing the uterus. Thanks to her expertise and treatment, the issue was successfully resolved without any complications. Moreover, the costs of the treatments are reasonable and affordable.

Writing review sitting in the OP waiting area. Dropped in to consult general medicine doctor. Fisrt of all, at the reception they will give information that doctor will be available from 10am to 4 pm, which is not true as the doctor comes in and goes for rounds for atleast an hour or more and by the time doctor reaches her cabin, it will be 12:30 pm or so. Secondly, patients will be simply waiting for the doctor who reach hoapital on or before 10am to pick the token. And here comes the interesting thing, if you are visiting with in 7 days of your initial payment then you will be given a token of review and you will have to wait long time irrespective of you token number and there is no proper information with the person managing these tokens at doctors door on when you will called in for checkup. Very poorly managed and irresponsibility towards the patients visiting the hospital. Better to avoid such places...

I am Arun showri from Guntur. I want to share my experience I had with Ramdev Rao Hospital, Kukatpally. Firstly, the staff were caring and responsive. My father, aged 58, was suffering from postcovid neuropathy and was treated at guntur for 15 days. As his condition was deteriorating, we shifted him to Ramdevrao Hospital, Kukatpally, Hyderabad under Dr Rahul Nimmakayala.There was profound improvement within one week and the patient who was bedridden gradually started to walk and was his normal self. I had spent around 5 lakhs at Guntur but at this hospital I was charged only 80000 including investigations and medicines and the care taken personally to each patient is appreciated as I had a chance to interact with other patients. I am extremely grateful to Dr Rahul sir, Dr yobu sir, Dr.Pawan sir, the whole administration and staff for the care and attention they have given to my father.

Already reviewed once and now glad to see that CT department also started in ramdevrao hospital and the staff is excellent good and very courteous supporting .The Radiologist is very good doctor in his own way a perfect doctor he is excellent doctor we have seen. In your total.organization Radiology is a perfect department with all facilities and good staff .The radiologist is good the admin yasmin mam is very perfect with good communication clearly speaking understandable language .she is a perfect administrative person to handle any department as we have seen her in some other departments also like in evening OPD . she explains in soft and understandable language regarding the queries about ct or ultrasounds and she gives perfect counceling regarding any thing about hspital details .she handles the crowd and able to handle any busy and also able to councel.and talk to the patients and attenders in a polite and good way with out any rudeness. OP is horrible, no proper token system implementation, waited for 2hrs for general physician consultation. They have strange token system which ultimately decided by Dr.Dhana Laxmi whom she want to call. 'goalmal hai bhai goalmal'. We had argument about this at reception desk, finally after waiting for 2hrs+ our turn came, here more shocking part is doctor was speaking in satirical language as we had argument at desk, at end she told my dad that come for review in 2 days, and in satire language told to come at 8 am and take token and sit silently without arguing until 11 am and then when her appointments starts at 11am she will start calling patients in her own way of token system. She need to be school principal not doctor. I never saw doctors speaking such language to patients.

The hospital was good and treatment was well.. But recently I visited Dr.Dhana Laxmi Mam I was literally waited in waiting hall for 3 hours & above after that I got chance to meet Dr.Dhana Laxmi Mam after went inside she is not even listening what we are saying she is writing tablets by talking in phone she is full busy in phone and not at all listening what we are saying to her .. Verry bad experience really we are only 2-3 mins inside her cabin but no use .. worst experience to me & my Family .. when a patient is sitting infront of doctor first they should listen to patient carefully that’s a basic sense … but the hospital was good and treatment was well fine except this Dr.Dhana Laxmi Mam …

* It is 1km to Kukatpally Metro Station. * As it is a Trust Hospital, all the charges are very economical. * And Aarogya Sri (Andhra Pradesh & Telangana) both are available. * There is a Dedicated Daylisis floor available. * Almost all the departments are available, but doctors will do consultation. * OP charges are different from one to one. * Lab available for tests. * Waiting time is very high. * We met a Nephrologist, he treated very friendly. * There is a canteen but better not to eat there, better to bring our own food. * For the reference I am uploading pic of the charges sheet.

Excellent radiology depart in RH with good team work in that department .a very good and highly qualified doctor dr lokesh reddy garu with perfect reporting sense. Worst hospital and first we are 8n another hospital the Dr. Srikar something name told that come to our hospital (Ramdev Rao) there is no extra charges and also they said that for oxygen price is max 2,400 per but after we go to there they make it oxygen 6,000 per day said that 250 rupees per hour all this estimation by Rama devi but we pay only 2,500 per day for oxygen in before hospital. They very worst people they want only money that's it and treatment is 0% . Please don't go to Ramdev Rao hospital.

I went here for an emergency as it was nearby and everyone was asleep. I had to wake them up, the nurses were sleepy and were doing everything slowly. The doctor who arrived was also sleepy and rude, and was frustrated with me because she couldn't diagnose my condition properly. They closed the curtains but I could see that the doctor was Googling my symptoms. Pathetic. Never visit this place.

My name is mahendar I have leg fracture I went to this hospital for physiotherapy Dr.Aparna Mam is so kind and polite. Mam treatment is very nice. Because of mam i recovered in just 1 month. She is so kind and way of talking is very nice. Because of mam i recovered so much fast. I can tell she is the one who is in this hospital with her way of talking only we can cure half of our pain.

This is one of the few hospitals that offer affordable medical services. It is run by a Jain Trust. They charge only Rs.100 for eye check up. They will do cataract surgeries for free. For expert consultation of other services, the fee is Rs. 300. This hospital is very famous for maternity services. This hospital is a God's gift for the residents of Kukatpally and surrounding areas.

Dr. Promodini is the worst doctor at Ramdev Hospital. She doesn't care about patients' problems and has no patience to listen to their concerns. This has been my worst experience with Dr. Promodini at Ramdev Hospital. I would strongly advise against visiting her. If you do choose to visit the hospital, please avoid making an appointment with Dr. Promodini, as she is very careless.

Yasmeen mam evening OPD in charge and I believe even she takes care of scanning department also she was very much helpful in guiding my family.she is very communicative, problem solving and very polite person .thank you mam for your kind consideration. Hi, recently I admitted my mother in this hospital due to high sugar, charged unnecessarily high amount and if you ask why this amount is charged, they start bark on you.. very rude behaviour and staff also not good. Lost Money and no change of my mother health. I don't recommend this hospital. Please go to better even if it is small hospital.

Dermatologist Dr. Swathi is excellent doctor. Very sweet, listening patiently and treating well. I got burned on thighs and leg, situation was worst, I went another hospital and by seeing they said need to do surgery but with Dr. Swati's prescribed medicines and ointments my burned skin got healed fast.
