Crooks! Avoid at all cost! They sold me a 3 year old batch of medicines with an expiry date within 6 months of purchase. I brought it back within a few hours (the pack was still sealed) as I would only need to take those quite rarely and therefore wanted to be able to keep them longer. They said that "they are not ready to wear the cost of these expiring medicines" and would not replace or refund. With the understanding that the doctor's fee I paid to have them prescribed was $400, I will now have to fork out that amount again in 6 months. Beware of this pharmacy, they probably sell out of date medicines too in order to get rid of their stock!

Dreadful customer service and outrageous pricing. Go to Priceline across the road instead. Their website states: Our friendly, caring and experienced staff are passionate about upholding our reputation built over many years servicing busy Brisbane CBD workers and visitors alike. I bought a perfume there and brought it back the next day still sealed, in the box and with the receipt and they would not offer me any exchange or credit. I realise that by law they are not obliged to but most business do it, at least those who care about their customers. Will not be shopping there again

DON'T GO HERE!!!! Just had surgery on the day and didn't mind knowing they were the most expensive ones. Had my prescription filled and quickly went home to recover, to my horror, we were MISSING one medication, and those were for my PAIN! I was waiting at home in severe pain, suffocating in my own drool while my mom had to rush back to get it. Horrific experience, unnecessary suffering and negligence. This is healthcare, mistakes have fatal consequences!

Really Good Customer Service, Emily is so patient and nice as always. She recommended me really useful products to help with my acne and eczema. Me and my parents stuck in Brisbane due to COVID, and I am not good at English, thanks to Emily always help us to transfer my mum's medication in English and give us lots of advices. Then I can get the presctiption from doctor and get medication for my parents. I had a fantastic experience in this pharmacy.

Not only does this pharmacy charge way more for prescription medication than any other in the area, they also do not perform legally required checks. For example, they asked no questions about my history with this medicine, gave no advice on how to take it and -shockingly- were more than happy to sell me prescription medication with an expired script (older than 12 months). So so dodgy.

Staff was kind, however they're overly pricy, on phone they gave me the lowest price for my script in town, however once I popped in they charge $22 more with that item and it was lucky I looked the price before I tapped my card. They did apologized for the 'mistake', but I'm just not gonna visit there again with their pricing unfortunately.

best pharmacy in CBD hands down. They provide services and care like pharmacy staff should. a few of their staff has also been there since the 1970's so they have a lot of knowledge to offer. I've sent my vitamins overseas with them, free of charge as well! highly recommend this pharmacy. you'd feel like you're actually cared for here.

Overpriced medications compared to any other pharmacies around. Staff refuses to price match and behaves rudely when asked to return all the prescriptions I have stored with them. Not returning here.

Ellis was excellent. Knowledgeable, patient, made sure we got the right thing and understood how it all worked. Stellar care.
